I like that the staff will talk to you and find a firearm that will suit your needs. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices are very fair, and I love being able to buy from a local business rather than a big box store. They gave me a good trade in value for the pistol that I brought in. The selection of firearms is great. Overall I really liked the place, and I will be going back.

This is my first time doing business with Archdale Arms and wont be my last. My wife and I were very satisfied with their customer service and rate this purchase as a A++.My wife was looking for a Sig P238 Rainbow Titanium pistol which we could not find anywhere else at the time. We checked the big boxed stores as well as local and online dealers. When I went to Archdale Arms website they had the item we were looking for at a great price and when I called to inquire I was told it could be there in 2 days after the purchase but had to be ordered online and picked up in the store. This was the ONLY store that was able to get their hands on this pistol. My wife went online and made the purchase. 2 days later we received a call from Don that it had been delivered and he was kind enough to stay and wait for us as well as process the required paperwork the same night he called even thought the shipment was delivered quite late. I felt better serviced here than I had in the past at some big box stores. Don and staff, Thank you and sorry for the delay in reviewing this purchase!!Another GR8 transaction with Archdale Arms. I ordered a hard to find gun from an online retailer and chose Archdale Arms to receive the purchase since they were a preferred FFL with this site. When FedEx tracking said it was delivered, I rode to Archdale Arms after work and picked it up. The paperwork went smooth, I felt very welcomed and the transfer fee was only $25.00. Terrible customer service. The owner is very unprofessional with his demeanor and conflict resolution. Their selection is minimal at Best with primarily low end firearms. The store is very cluttered and unorganized. The experience very much reminds you of a pawn shop. Buyers beware of this establishment.In response to the response from Archdale Arms below. I am fully aware that you are regulated by the federal government and support those regulations. My issue was not with the relagulations but with the person that did a terrible job explaining said regulations and why our transaction fell within the parameters of the federal regulations. He became very irate when I asked him to explain the situation and the law. I even asked him on multiple occasions why he was yelling. A calm explanation to your customers would go a long way and that was certainly not what we experienced at your establishment.As far as a big box retailer goes, I would prefer to spend my money locally as I live in the same community, however somewhere that does not yell at their customers and if that means I purchase from a big box I will gladly pay their inflated prices for a better customer experience.

Have purchased many firearms online and had them sipped to this store. They have taken time to make sure all the paper work was correct and that I was receiving the the correct item legally. I will have my future purchases sent here. They have always been easy to work with and I know that they are looking out for my best interest.

These guys have it all...and if they dont just ask and they will. Purchased a Spikes Tactical AR-15 at a great price. Awesome people to work with for whatever firearm you may be in the market for.

The owner needs customer service classes. He cannot apologize for the shortcomings of his shop, and becomes defensive if you raise legitimate concerns. A simple apology or an honest attempt to make things right would be just fine for most customers. Instead you get defensiveness and excuses. The sales staff are pleasant and know their stuff, and the prices are competitive. If you buy from them and there are no problems you will be fine. Otherwise, you are going to get attitude.

Don is a great guy he can get anything you need. Also a great place to just talk with friends

A-1. These guys are great guys, very nice people and they always get the job done. Service is great and customer service is outstanding.

A great store with friendly and helpful staff, not the largest selection but always willing to work with you to find what you need. I live much closer to at least four other gun shops that I know of, some with a much larger inventory of firearms and reloading components, but the staff, and the smith in the back, make these guys worth the extra time and distance.

I sent a fire arm to the Archdale Arms & ..... My mailing address is a PO Bx. He called me & said he couldnt complete the paperwork with my address being a PO Bx. No problem. As I was giving him my physical address, go cuts me off mid-sentence to tell me: No one lives in a PO Bx. I asked: What do I need to do to correct or make things right? Still being unprofessional, he tells me: No one lives IN a PO Bx. I asked how I could correct this? Finally says he needs a copy of my TX DL. I also sent him a copy of my CHL. Had he asked for the docs, there wouldnt have had been an issue. He goes on to tell the person who was to receive the fire arm, he was going to send it back to my FFL. I had to bow down to Don and apologize to him so the fire arm could go to the the recipient. Stay away from this place. His response below explained I was uncooperative. Live & learn

I have bought several guns from Archdale Arms and ammo, a few other small items, Always received great service, Just last week i had a issue with my glock which i couldnt resolve, Don fixed my firearm, was extremely nice, helpful and even test fired my gun with his own ammo and didnt charge me a Dime! I would suggest them to anyone, they have forever earned my business for any of my firearm needs!

Very professional and have just about every gun or rifle. If they dont have it they will order it for you.
