Twisted Ink is a fantastic shop, the artists & receptionist are all really good people. And they do quality work, I’ve gotten my ears pierced here and the piercer is top notch. She makes the process as painless as possible. And will hype up your new look as well!Prices are reasonable, The artists do awesome work. I will suggest ya call & set up a tattoo appointment. Due to Covid they aren’t doing walk ins right now. So save and plan for your crazy tattoo ideas whatever that might be like… I don’t know a tattoo of a hamster wheel on the side of your head? You do you man. Last thing I can add is they have a super sick Space Jam pinball machine that’s a blast to play on! Check them out!
I walked in to get pricing on some tattoo ideas and then possibly set up an appointment. I then asked the tattoo artist if I could see the sterilization machine which I do at every tattoo parlor I go to to ensure that they are not hiding anything with their sanitation. He got very defensive and seemed very nervous and said that they didn’t allow people back there and tried to direct my attention to his license instead. While I didn’t have a truly bad experience here it just seems that they are hiding some thing and are not very clean.
I got a small tattoo here and the artist was extremely rude. Waited for over an hour even though I made the appointment and sent exactly what I wanted via text. When they finally took me back, I didn’t like the spacing of the words and asked if they could center it on my arm, the artist then complained and said he “couldn’t rework it another time” because it’s “expensive” and then told me the stencils are $5. Keep in mind I tipped enough to cover about 8 stencils. He didn’t put any saniderm on after the tattoo was finished. Now, about 4 days later, the tattoo is peeling off off my skin as it “heals” leaving patchy ink underneath. I have 3 other tattoos and I have never had any experience like this one. Please, save the money and go elsewhere.
The employees were as attenitive and kind as they could be. Also their pinball machine was rad 👌
I went here for a nose piercing. The place was nice and clean and the staff was very professional. The technician was very quick which was great because I had no time to get nervous. He told me to lay back and relax and close my eyes. Before I knew it, he was all done. I’m very pleased with my new piercing. It looks great!
Put a deposit down on a tattoo they took 3 weeks no response, no sketch of what I wanted and they dont want to give the deposit back. Dont go to this shop so not professional!
Unprofessional, rude, shoddy work, bad attitude from Kenny. disrespectful to children who are there for their very first ear piercing, made us very uncomfortable
Great place and really know what they are doing .Really talented staff
They completely overcharged me for a very small tattoo. Took a whole 5 minutes and they made me pay $80. They don’t tell the price until after you get it done.
NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN . KENNY over charged my gf with a tattoo on her rib . Had her arm up . Which stretched her skin while getting tattooed, but that’s not the biggest problem. He had terrible lining work . We paid 200$ for a small matching tattoo. He also tried to “fix”it by cutting her skin in order to defuse the shaky line work, but just made it so much worst and painful. All in all he just refused to admit that he gave my gf a bad tattoo. Although my tattoo isn’t as bad as hers, the lining work is still terrible. BTW it was a very simple tattoo .

Kenny was kinda heavy handed but other than that, they were nice. I wish he would habe talked to me more and I feel he rushed a bit. The tattoo turned out good so I cant complain much.

Frank Neil did a fantastic job he tried to be as easy as possible doing the tattoo as you can be that is. He is very professional and he explained what he was doing. He is very clean you get a very clean job. I recommend him to anybody especially one whos getting the 1st tattoo.

Joe did the tattoos for my husband and myself tonight. We couldnt be happier. He sketched it exactly the way we wanted it, I felt no pain (didnt even know he was done because he was so smooth) and we stayed well within budget. He even redid my daughters initials from a previous tattoo because it was so badly faded. Everyone was extremely friendly and come to find out frank was the tattoo artist who my husband had been looking for for years because he did all 15 of my husbands other tattoos. We will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Just went and got a cover up which isnt done yet. The pain I was in was unbearable but I took what I could like a champ. Frank is an amazing artist and does awesome work. Going for round two soon to finish my tattoo up in a couple of weeks. I wouldnt go no where else but twisted ink.

Just got my first tattoo and went to Twisted Ink. They were able to take me right away and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Sticks was my tattoo artist and he did a great job. Very fun and welcoming environment.

Very awesome! I have gotten all of my piercings from jennel and they all have healed amazingly and they are all perfectly straight. I always recommend people to this place for piercings and tattoos. Very clean and friendly environment.
I will never come up up here again or will I ever have anyone of my friends come up here. One gauged for a size 00 is $30 and a pair is 40 like tf. He just said when u get it sixed up its 20 for the jewelry too. And I asked hin if I size up and get it he said it would be 40. So why u tell me 20. And they were very rude to me about asking if they have wifi. I worked in customer service and they have very poor services
Their work was very sloppy and rushed. First i make a appointment almost a week in advance then I get there and they say the original tattoo artist is double booked. And I have to switch to another person. I shouldn’t be punished because they don’t know how to schedule their appointments I should of left right then but I already put down a deposit ( which if you pay with your debit card they charge you an extra 10 percent for doing so....who does that in this day and age of debit cards) and the place also had young kids running around playing and screaming back in the area where their giving tattoos. I have no problem with kids but they should of been in the main lobby not where you actually do tattoos . I thought that was very dangerous unprofessional and unhygienic. Ive has tons of tattoos over a 20 year period and this place is the worse by far I wouldn’t recommend this tattoo shop to anyone. I wasn’t happy with my work at all. I won’t be back and learned my lesson. I would recommend a older more established tattoo shop in a bigger city.

Came in last Friday for a tattoo got to work today and ppl pointed out it was spelled wrong called immediately to see what I could do about it and was told to come up there they would fix it. when I asked for my money back they refused said they didnt do refunds?! you spelled .y tattoo that will be on my body for the rest of my life wrong!? worst part I paid 100 bucks and then tipped 20. They said the best they could do was go over it and try to fix it. so I have to go thru the pain and time again and its not gonna be the tattoo I originally wanted.? thats crazy like Im stuck with this now but no refunds?! very upset and aggravated with my experience!😠
The attitude of several employees was very off-putting. I was visiting with my fiancé to check out the shop, however neither of us received any services. Although the employees appeared talented, they were condescending, rude, and openly mocked a potential customer after concluding a phone conversation with her. Their arrogance was quite disappointing and certainly means I would choose another studio for my piercing or tattoo needs.
