Great place to get materials

Got there around 8 to pick up a couple of boards. I tried to flag down employees for help, just looked at me and kept going. When I finally did get someone to help me I was told the forklift guys dont really do customers and that they are really short-staffed in the morning. Perfect time to have a light staff. Employees inside were absolutely no help. I was lured here by the cheapest price I could find on what I was getting, but all these are the reviews are correct. These employees couldnt care less. I wonder how many five-star ratings are from management, employees and their families...

The person I spoke to was as helpful as you would expect in a lumber yard, but when I walked back in to ask another question the guy was being rude behind my back. The location would have been nice for me, but Ill never go back. Could be a great lumber yard, just not for me.

The Mill Yard is the best! They have all you need to build almost anything. Its managed well and has plenty of staff with the best customer service. I recommend this place for all your building materials and supplies.

If youre not a contractor dont come here. They talk down to you worse than anywhere Ive ever been. At least they answer the phone...

Only as a last resort do I spend my money here after going to Ace or Pearsons. Rude and condescending employees only give the time of day to contractors. If you are a DIY home owner, go somewhere else!
