My friend bought me a $200 bong with a chip on it. I have been storing my bong in my room and been taking very good it, making it impossible that the the piece chipped after purchase. When I talked to the cashier, they were rude and essentially called me a liar, telling me to return with the person who purchased it. Needless to say, I will be doing just that tomorrow. Do NOT shop here: they’re glass is overpriced and they did not check well enough to notice damage on an expensive piece. They clearly only care about money and not their customers. Buyer beware. Not only do they sell damaged products, but their customer survive is rude.

Excellent Service! Service is fast and they have everything you’re looking for! Every sales associate they have, has treated me with excellent care and provided excellent answers to any of my Questions! I enjoy walking in every few days and hearing the friendly and familiar voices of the sales associates greeting me. I have had no hard time finding anything I need here. 10/10!

Bad bad bad, unfortunately all their vaping equipment is OUTDATED and they sit there so long that the battery gives out, bought like 2 vapes here and none of them work, oh and I bought a vape and got scammed, $49.99 with 30% off all vapes. The dude sold it for retail price. DO NOT COME HERE. Scammers gonna scam.

Owner never shows up on time to the point where this ridiculousness has to be loosing him hundreds of dollars a day..the owner advertises being open from 9am to 7pm, most days not showing up until WELL AFTER 9:30 and leaving before 7 arrives (Ive shown up at 645 more than once to a locked store). There are never any signs or apologies nor does the owner change their hour even though he obviously cant keep them. Ive personally waited with and then left with DOZENS of people in disappointment after the owner failed to arrive after 10am.I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO HAVE A BACKUP PLAN LIKE HUMBOLDT GLASSBLOWERS OR 4th STREET!

If I could give a no star I would. Sales man sold me a defective cartridge and I brought it back to exchange. He points at register under all the sales tape that there are no exchanges or refunds. No way to run a business. Im stuck with a leaking cartridge.

Kool store the people who run it r freindly and chill. they sale evrything for smoking and for cheap to. really good spot to find little odd things like a new bowl for your vape pen or a down stem for the bubbler. my favorite head shop in town for sure . maybe not the best place if your looking for artistic glass pipes. for that try glassblowers or stil in eureka. but if u just want to get the job done for cheap u cant beat this store
