This is a horrible store! I dont even know where to start. I went to this store and I will never ever go there again. When I went, this crazy sales woman did horrible service. She always asks if you are from china or are you American or Chinese! I just dont understand why it is important for them to know! And later when we did nothing she just went crazy and said Im not going to serve you and I do not welcome you in my store. I highly do not recommend anyone to go to this store. By the way she said online it was more expensive than her price thanks for for her remind I went home to check online and it was way cheaper and it was the same exact thing. Thank you crazy woman!

The Indian owner is very nice and polite, he offered professional advise and service. However, the cleaning short and fat Asian women was super rude and uneducated. When customers were shopping around, she just used groom to swipe my shoes on purpose! That was terrible! I was told that they were going to close soon at 9pm while it was 8:20pm only.... OMG.... Please make sure the lady isn’t there when you shop here. Good luck!

Be careful it’s non refundable and their back pack are too cheap fake

Good luggage selection although wish they had a little better selection in luggage tags and accessories. The one gentleman who assisted me was very helpful, knowledgable, and honest with his suggestions.

My sister bought the luggage there, it needed repair and we dropped it off during summer, nobody ever called her after that to pick it up. Since she travels a lot and forgot about it. By the time she remembered she couldnt find receipt. She then went to the store to check on the repair, the Indian salesperson was extremely rude to her, she puts me on the phone as she doesnt speak much English, he basically told me that they r not warehouse and dont stock peoples stuff. I responded that my sister wasnt contacted by anyone either. He then hung up on me.
