The supermarket was fine, I went threw self checkout for the reason being,, The staff and not all of the staff but the majority if them were rude and not helpful in any way im sure that corporate does not tolerate any such thing so thats the reason for my bad review.. Management do something..

Great market, they do carry plenty luxury items but many affordable and quality products as well. Absolutely love the fried chicken and panda express here as well.

Not a very good vibe here. If you have been working hard and come in a little dirty well ....made me feel uncomfortable.

This store is horrible, and so are their prices. I am a Ralphs woman and I dont think thats ever gonna change. Even the Kroger brand items taste better than vons brand items. Dont waste your money or your time. GO TO RALPHS INSTEAD.

I dont have issues with staff. Its the advertised specials that dont ring up the advertised prices. Search for the item on the app. Then you have to load it onto the Just for U app then deselect delivery option, then look at the shelf label for limits on items or buy in multiples, check out, only to find it wasnt that brands selected variety, and then call the head cashier to void the item, to only then cancel the entire purchase because it wasnt free or the free applied to only 1 item per purchase. Fab5, $5Friday and freebies are a marketing game, but we consumers end up losing

Clean, well organized, good selection ... can I blame parking lot on them? 5 stars if the lot had better layout / spots.

This vons has great stuff but the employees are rude very rude and they have secret shoppers from upstairs constantly watching workers and loss prevention looking for thieves. Watch out for them they dress normal but it’s obvious when you see one. Hard not to miss

Always friendly staff and full of fresh produce. Their deli and salad bar section is always stocked and fresh. Theyre butcher section has a variety of marinated meat, chicken and seafood to choose from. A big selection of organic food and ready to eat packs.A good selection of beer and wine, but they are not BevMo. Pricing can be competitive, but dont count on bargain pricing.The flower department has a big fresh selection of flowers and its always staffed for custom bouquets.Finally dont forget the Asian section with a variety of popular trendy and current Asian food. Again, the price can be competitive, but do not count on finding bargains.

Clean store and friendly service. Has lots of services like a Starbucks, Panda Express, a fast food counter, Wells Fargo ATM, and a pharmacy. Sometimes the likes are long, but there are self-checkouts.

Is your company training white salespersons to drive Chinese out like animals? Will the technique of throwing the customers invoice directly on the ground be rewarded in your company? If you are not willing to do Chinese business, you can post a notice at the door. We Chinese are not like going to your company to spend money to buy humiliation.

Great staff. Great grocery store. They do their best to stay in stock. Jamba Juice is delicious. Their habanero baked chicken is delicious.Their Panda Express is better than all the Panda Express locations, for some reason. Im saying this as someone who doesnt like Panda Express. 😁

Best market in Arcadia. Well stocked and best variety. Employees ok, it’s just business there. Not overly friendly. They get the job done though. That would be my only comment.

They currently have a Monopoly Game running. When you buy certain items you receive a ticket for each of them. The tickets have either free grocery items, free Shutterfly items, discount grocery coupons, discounts on Redbox rentals or addl chances to win free grocery items or tokens that can be redeemed for various prizes. I picked up 2 of my Free items, but when I checked out and went home discovered I was charged for the items instead of getting them free. Now I have to go back to the store to get a refund for the charges.

I love this location. Its my local grocery store. I love the staff! And it is usually stocked when I go in the morning. I think theyre doing the best they can during these trying times. They have a wonderful cleaning crew that is constantly hustling during these crazy times.

This review is for the pharmacy only. Ms. Like What, the pharmacy clerk either has limited English, or is indifferent for providing ANY customer service. She has no idea what I was saying, or was NOT listening AT ALL! Upon obtaining my prescription, she told me wait for 30 minutes. I asked politely, would you please check whether you have it first?. I was then informed that they need to order it and have me pick it up on Monday. Then she went to the inside counter and started doing other things. I waited until she saw me again and said I told you the pick up date is Monday, just call before you come. I was very uncomfortable and asked would you please set me up for the text alert? She said yes and went to do something else again. I stood at the counter for another 3 minutes until she noticed me and said something again. I reminded her that I am still waiting for her to set me up. She finally did after a total of about 10 minutes. I have done similar processes at other branches of Vons and it took less than 2 minutes, they really need to ramp up their customer service quality!

Masks required for employees and customers. Clean. Friendly employees. They have separate entrance and exit doors. Clean carts after each use. Bonus...they have a Starbucks :)

I love this store ! My opinion, the staff could use more training all the way around.

Love the store, but the supervisor older lady with long grayish/blonde hair is one of the rudest managers Ive come across. I would suggest upper management sending here to get alot more training on her people skills.

Plenty of parking, good selection of fruit & veggies, great selection of everything grocery-wise you might need. Basic greeting cards, wrapping paper (if you need that type of thing), party items. They have ethnic foods as well, keeping in mind their local shoppers. Theres a Starbucks and Jamba Juice in there, as well as a pharmacy and a small dry-cleaner service. They also sell lottery tickets, if Im not mistaken (human, not machine).

Tripped over the floor mats exiting the store, fell onto my knee & face, No Supervisor or Manager came to My Aid, No Personal Info taken from me, No Accident Report Completed. someone handed me some tissue due to blood present upon my face that scared me, I was a nervous wreck, Walk back to my friends car where she was waiting for me 😩

Fresh daily,and those jalapeno and cheese bagels are AMAZING,covered with tons of cheese and plenty of jalapenos,and their opens at 6am!This Vons Bakery is Awesome! With a beautiful store, inside they have a Starbucks, Panda Express, and many other places inside that I cant even think of right now... but its an awesome Vons! 🎉 Fresh produce,flowers and plants,stuffed animals balloons cards...they sell everything you want for a birthday gift...a great Deli with fresh hot soups and I just LOVE their bakery!A must try if your ever in Arcadia!

This place is completely anti Mexican I walked in to buy Panda Express and the service there was very good but upon walking out I was being followed by staff as if I was stealing something. They made me feel very uncomfortable and I didn’t even notice it until my wife and daughter pointed it out. Is this what America is?? I’m an America citizen and pay my taxes. This some “BS”

Smells good, floors shine, shelves are full, bread is baked, people are friendly... Not a fake friendly but honest to goodness Customer Service friendly. Fairly large newer-style Vons with many extra departments, even a drive through pharmacy. Parking is free but can be crowded at busy times. You pay for the large variety in prices that are not great overall. Sale prices can be good if you use a Club card account and the Vons app. Best to shop here if you plan what to buy before you visit. Staff are helpful when asked.

Vons is actually a great supermarket. They have a deli, hot food case, sandwich deli area, prepackaged foods from the deli, fresh produce, organics, a florist, dry cleaner, lotto vendor, Jamba juice, panda express, Starbucks, sushi makers, pharmacy, bakery +++ this store is very clean and the staff can be friendly. There are some grouchy people but not enough to discourage me from visiting this store. You can actually get flowers cheaper at trader Joes than you can here. From what I heard the pharmacy is kind of pricey. Also the parking lot is absolutely the worst feature. Be extra careful because it can be hazardous with people not paying attention. That said, I use to live around the corner and always walked to Vons. My biggest criticism is that they never replaced their bike rack. It was destroyed by a driver and ultimately removed. So if youre thinking about stopping in it is worth it. Try a low flow hour because they no longer have their self check out and peak times are crazy with long lines. My favorite items are the carousel ice cream cakes and the giant hello kitty balloons.

This place is ok for what itis now. Selection and services is fine. The reason for this rating is what they are compared to what they were. Before, they were Pavilions. They are still the same company but it was so much more special. They use to treat people special and were more outgoing and friendly. That really made a difference and I notice it. All stores could be alot more but itisnotdueto store policy and training. Too Bad. Loyalty goes both way and is earned.

Opted to drive closer to Vons for Wagyu steak, nothing.Ralphs always has Wagyu in stock.

I enjoy going through Vinson Pavillion, such a great variety and wonderful flower/plants displays. Staff us always friendly. Just a bit pricey for my budget.

Slightly dated decor that could use some skylights, otherwise ideal grocery market. wishing every location would live up to this standard.
