I was able to find cute decorations, bed sheets, towels, a mirror frame, and everything was on sale. The cashier that helped me out was nice and greeted me right away. She was nice an attentive. Her customer service was exceptional and made my experience pleasant. The only thing I didnt like was that I had no bags so I had to carry the many white towels I bought in the shopping cart to my car. The cashier told me they were completely out of all size of bags.

Big lots has nice affordable home decor but in this particular store it seems they dont have as much as other locations and at the same time the isles are so crowded and it doesnt look well organized, and the staff here never greets me or asks if I ever need help. The only reason I come back here its because I live near by and its convenient... But Id rather drive to other locations just to get better service and more nice things for my home ☺️☺️

I like this Big Lots. Its a Furniture Outlet technically but it has everything regular Big Lots have. Its large, well-stocked, clean and prices are great. Customer service was good, employees were wearing appropriate protection.

Always go in for one thing, and come out with a basket full. Lol Always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Purchased a bubble machine for our granddaughter. We had so much fun chasing them. Worth the stop.

I really like big lots but they are getting a little pricy now.... The store itself is clean and they are very friendly here... Just pricy now. I ended up going to the 99 cent store for easter stuff and found the same stuff five dollars cheaper.

I like this Big Lots. Granted, it is the closest one to my home, it is usually stocked with seasonal goodies, and a smaller selection of toys, home goods and groceries. Some parts of the store (back corner near restrooms) can be empty at times, but times are tough. The parking is never packed and staff is very friendly.

Bought a folding table for the purpose of doing puzzles. Size and price were good for what I wanted.

Bought a fan here... Not a great fan. Dont buy climate keeper high velocity fan. Rattles on any word surface.

The Store floor plan changed a little bit since Beginning of covid.... Some furniture sales in the front....cool, nice little spot, for arts and crafts, linens, Tupperware, to personal hygiene, to basic old school candies, and much more.

Never know what you will find. Just cruise through the isles and find the treasures.

Pretty clean for a biglots and associates are friendly. Only complaint is small areas to walk they have so much product and not a lot of room

Big Lots is a discount bargain store where you can do grocery, buy household stuff and furniture. They have one of the lowest bargain price in SoCal. I came here to grab a few things since I was too indolent to drive to my favorite Big Lots which is a few miles away from where Im at. This store is small, less spacious albeit organized and neat. Staff were amiable and competent. Parking lot is huge. I feel they dont have much less items compared to other Big Lots store. Suffice to say this store aint bad at all they got what I needed. Im satisfied.

Its Summer time and what better way to pamper my pets then to snatch a POOL !! Just needed a small Pink pool nothing fancy for these cuties. They had a 7 dollar pool and a water hose for 20 total deal. Good location prices are reasonable and fast service.

Not a huge selection of items that dont look like something you can get at the dollar store. It was clean and well staffed. Get some items that people want to buy. I want to see you stay in business.

I always find something to buy there. Housewares mostly. They carry a lot more than other Big Lots Ive gone to. Well organized, well kept and clean.

I have been shopping these stores since they were known as Pic & Save if I recall correctly...You will find deals on everything from furniture to food. Their website is great too!

This store has a lot of variety in things, but you have to be prepared with money, because their products are good but pricey. And now they are offering frozen food, some dairy, desserts (like icecream, popsicles). The people is helpful and I like the facilities clean and well organized.

They have all your needs. You just need to find somebody who does too. Which is who they call every time I would ask them a question. Is it jus seasonal help? My god people at big lots. please hire people that have some knowledge of the products you sell

The service was great. The girl at the cash register was tending to the line, while greeting new comers, as they entered; doing so with a big ol smile. Now, the only reason my experience was OK with due to the personnel of not for that it wouldve been 1 star. I expected to find what i was looking for at a much lower price than for what, lets say home depot might sell the same type of item for. Turns out, I am wrong. Total inferior product at a convenient store price. In its package the rachet straps look identical out just as good as ones Id bought previously. Upon starting to remove them from the packaging I could feel the cheap quality, but thought fé|< it Im in a jamb. Then, as I began to strap things down they were only 10 long each. So not only were they of cheap quality, but they were more expensive. I became furious. Then to boot, I miss placed the receipt. Pay Lots, Big disappointment.

Big store, great for furniture. Bought a dresser there and the sale they were having allowed me to save $100 on $500 with of merchandise. I bought a dresser and got a coffee maker, room heater, and misc other items for free. Also the furniture was brought out to my van.

I always come in here to grab an item or two and I get distracted and end up with a basket full of good buys. The employees give great service and are always willing to answer all your questions.

I like Big Lots, they carry a lot of name brands with great prices. Better than the supermarket.

Good selection and short line

The staff here makes you feel very uncomfortable keep walking by you in pairs of two as if they were talking about you. There was one employee who kept who kept looking at us with a creepy stare. Its not so tidy here and seems a little disheveled. Except the back garden section wich is always neat and tidy. None of the cashiers ever seem to know what they are doing or are extremely slow. It always seems they are training someone here. It might be best to do this during non-operating hours. Or make sure there is another cashier available for those who dont want to wait in a backed up line of 6 people two with a cart full of items. Its over all a good place to go if your looking for something a little below market value and prices are steady but product changes often and some sit on the shelf for seemingly forever. The isles are small and too much pop ups in the middle of the store to the left making it looked cluttered and hard for any disabled person to get through. If your looking for cheap then go here. If your looking for fast customer service I suggest going somewhere else.

Big lots has many items for sale from furniture to food. I have purchased a sofa, pantry and small dresser here that all turned out to be quality items. The food is not top notch there are a some interesting buys. This store also has kitchen items and toiletries. You can find many shampoo, soap, and shaving items here. My biggest buy is toilet paper and paper towels. These items are sold for $5 in a 12 and 6 roll pack. Big Lots has a rewards program but I never felt that It worked to well for me so i dont use it that often.

Good customer service, friendly staffs, but the place can use a little restocking. Maybe its a Monday and a holiday. The parking lot is empty but the traffic on this intersection of baldwin and las tunas is always packed.

Most Big Lots stores are pretty mangy Im not particularly good this Big Lots does break the mold on quality of merchandise and cleanliness. Very easy to load up on Necessities at this store and in an atmosphere thats not quite so so much like a Big Lots

The products at Big Lots were always very disorganized when I came. They had all their sale/mark-downs thrown haphazardly around the aisles. Not sure if it has improved, but they do have sales every so often.

Didnt find what I was looking for but who ever gets out of Big Lots empty handed?. Love Big Lots. Used to be Pick and Save but my friends still call it pic and scrounge.
