I must say I was very impress with my experience here. As an earlier review mention, the store name is nature collection so I actually did miss it trying to find the face shop. Anyhow, Coly was very nice and helpful. I went in wanting to buy the rice water toner which was discontinued. Coly recommended an alternative and I can’t wait to try it. The sample I tried at the store was very light weight and moisturizing. To top it off, I got a bunch of free samples. I’ve never been to a store that gave so much free samples. I got the face wipes, a sample size of the Dr. Belmeur toner and face cream that I bought, pore smoothing stick, and a sample size foam cleaner. This is a nice way to try other products from the Dr. Belmeur line without spending too much. Overall I was very happy with my experience here. Thank you again Coly. =)

This one is in the Westfield Santa Anita mall. Their store sign is “Nature Collection” but the Face Shop is in the same store. Just make sure to pay attention to the store’s sign as you may not see it if you are looking for the “Face Shop” and not “Nature Collection.” Overall, good experience as there was no one in the store besides my group and another customer. One worker only the day I went, so if you have questions, be patient as there might not be enough employees on the floor giving samples and such. I just needed to pick up a few items so it was an easy check out experience. A few sales here and there.

Came in here and was completely ignored. No customer service whatsoever, and the employees just repeatedly lie to other customers (making some buy 3 items for a BOGO offer). Pretty much a company that makes money by tricking people on their BOGO offers. Shady and stupid.Their management even gave themselves a 5 star review. Rating your own business to improve the rating is sad and pathetic.

I would like to address to the management of Face Shop at the Westfield Santa Anita mall a very negative & deceitful experience when I purchased items at the Faceshop this afternoon, July 10, 2016.I came in to browse for a brow pencil. Carrie approached me and informed me of the promotion today-buy one & get 50% off on second item. i decided to avail of the promo and purchased 3 eyeliners & 1 brow pencil.Each eyeliner was priced at $13.00 and the brow pencil was $5.00.Upon check-out there was a display of nail polish priced at $1 so my sister decided to get 1. Upon payment, Carrie informed us that we needed to get 5 for $5, my sister said she only wanted one so she returned it. Carrie then convinced us to buy it and said - ok I will give it to you for $1 so my sister decided to include it in my purchase.To my surprise, My total bill came out to $41.42, and my receipt was stamped with FINAL SALE. I then asked Carrie how the discount promo was calculated. She said the 50% was applied to the $1.00 nail polish. When I questioned her how did that happen, she said it was FINAL SALE and couldnt reverse the transaction.My sister then approached Carrie and said - had we known you were going to apply it to the nail polish we wouldnt have bought it. She requested Carrie to re-do the transaction and we will just pay in 2 separate transactions so we can avail of the cosmetics promotion since that was the whole reason why we got the eyeliners even if our intent in coming into the store was just for one brow pencil she said she cannot reverse the recent transaction because it was FINAL SALE and offered to give me 2 samples instead. I did not want to create a scene at the counter because the store was packed with customers but I was very frustrated with her response. She knew our original transaction only had 4 items and she just convinced us to get the nail polish on the premise that she will just charge us $1 for it. Besides, the 50% off promo SHOULD have been applied to the eyeliner purchase and not the $1.00 nail polish.This incident at the store is pure DECEIT and done with MALICIOUS intent to CHEAT the customer. It could have been handled in a more professional & customer friendly manner.Two transactions should have been done to avail of the promo.It was a stupid idea to even visit the shop, because of this unfortunate shopping experience at your store.Let this experience serve as a lesson to the general public and Faceshop patrons.
