My fiance tried to return shoes with a gift receipt...Alex the manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and obviously ignorant to their store policy. He refused to return the shoes without the original receipt. The irony is 2 days prior their helpful and friendly manager Tommy was more that happy to return my shoes with a gift receipt.
