I took my Sonata to this service center for new brake pads and possibly rotors on Friday. After the mechanic inspected my car, I was quoted a very high price for all four pads and replacing one rotor. Really, only the front pads needed to be replaced, but I wanted to get all four pads done just so I didnt have to come back a couple months later for the rear. I told the mechanic thank you for your time, but I have a better quote from the dealer.That evening, the mechanic called me and said he can do the front pads and rotor for $199. I was very happy with this and told him I would be in to have it done Sunday morning.When I arrived, the owner was there and had the mechanic pull my car in and get an inspection of the rotor and pads again. After discussing replacing the front pads and one rotor, the owner said he would get a quote for me. It thought it was just a formality since I had already been quoted verbally over the phone. So, after being there for over an hour, the owner gave me the quote of $388. I told him his mechanic quoted me $200 and his mechanic also told him $200 was what hed said over the phone. The owned did not honor this and wanted $388.The dealership quoted me for $299 for new pads, rotor, install, balance, and alignment! $388 for basic replacement is too much! So, now theyve wasted my time and I have to wait till next weekend to go to the dealer when I could have had it done already on Saturday because the dealer service doesnt work Sunday!Not only did they waste my time bringing me back in to their shop with an un-honored quote, they had my car on the stand with the front wheels off as they did another customers service, and I had to wait on that. All in all, I was there for about an hour and forty-five minutes for nothing.Ill never come back here obviously. Too bad for the owner. My girlfriend and I just moved into the area and were looking for a good mechanic. Between my girlfriend and I and the business she runs, we have five cars that need regular service. had he honored his quote and been fairly priced, he would have made a regular customer.Im giving it two stars because the shop is nice and clean and well maintained.-James

Got an oil change and everyone was courteous and nice..no one tried up selling anything else but had some suggestions and was never pushy. Very hard to bump into mechanics and auto shop that are honest these days. Will definitely be coming here for services and any work in the future.

Very knowledgeable guys, they got right to the point about what needed to be done. The prices are very reasonable as well!
