This guy Tuan or whatevrr his name is...is a thief. Paid him 600 to repair my clutch. Come to find out from the other mechanic I had to pay he did M Mouse job. Thief. Do not trust.

I have been taking my car to Fast Autoworks for 4 years. The owner is very honest and trustworthy. They do quality work at reasonable rates. I refer to them as my RAV4 Hybrids PCM (Primary Care Mechanic). I consistently experience nothing but Excellent and timely service. No more dealerships for me! I just moved to the area in the middle of July and I needed to find a auto shop. Looking online I saw this shop with too many good reviews to be true. I had to find out for myself and I decided to give Tuan and his crew a try at Fast Autoworks.These guys did an amazing job on the suspension and steering for my 1990 Mustang GT. They were honest and upfront about everything they did. My cars not the newest around but they treated it as if it was. What amazed me even more was that Kevin called me 2-3 weeks after my visit just to check on how the car was running. I have never had a shop show this level of service to make sure I was satisfied.I only drive it 10-15 miles a week but I can definitely feel a difference in the overall smoothness and handling of the ride. Ive had my cars steering looked at by multiple mechanics over the last 4 years. These guys are the first to actually make it feel right. Not only that but it was a simple part and the overall cost was more than reasonable.As long as I live in this area I will always give Fast Autoworks my business.

Tuan is very cool peoples if your looking for good mechanics this is the place and they do the work quick. They installed coilovers and headers on my 1991 Honda Accord and ordered a bunch of other parts for my set up....would highly recommend.

At first they seem to be ok but after some visits they will charge you big and suggest some unnecessary repair untill some strange leaking in your water pump, transmission or radiator ect...the last time that l caught them doing wrong is when l took my corvette they said theres something wrong with my computer system only the dealer could fix it according to tuan charges me 1k approximately but l ends up towing my car to my home. But after 3 months l found my filipino specialist we spoke the same language and told me tuan just rip me off because the only problem with my car is a broken presure fuel regulator l only spent 54 bucks to fix it and because the specialist told me tuan is doing somekind of monkey business you should report him to consumers affair or take him to court but l didnt do so because he use to be my friend and his wife is a filipino and for the sake of his children.

I have taken my car there for installation of a few purchased parts (intake, header, exhast, etc). They seemed to do good work - I was happy with the experience. Most recently took it in for coilover installation. The actual coilover installation went well, but when they put the some new lug nuts on my car, they damaged one of my wheels. They said my lug nuts were just too big and tool damaged the wheel...THREE TIMES IN THREE DIFFERENT PLACES! They made no effort to rectify it. I suggested color matched touch up paint? They said it would be a good idea. Asked them to help find the right size lug nuts and they said they would have them the next day. Its been 3 days now and no call about the lug nuts.Recently upgraded my audio as well, and my audio installer found a cut ground cable and my battery terminals installed with screws to help keep them tight, which actually reduced the contact of the terminals. They are the only shop to have touched my car, so I can only say they did this when they relocated my battery to install the air intake.

I usually come here to get all of my car maintenance needs taken care of by Tuan!First things first, I have a modded luxury sedan, and I am very picky about who works on my car. With that being said, I have been to Fast Autoworks numerous times for oil changes, a brake pad change, etc. and they have provided excellent customer service each time that I was there.Tuan is very courteous and no BS; he will listen to your problem and help take care of it. He charges fairly and will not give you the run-around about what is causing your car problem.There is a couch in the reception area, so you can sit and hang out while you wait for your car to be worked on.If you need a mechanic, this is your place!

Ive found Tuan extremely ethical. I would recommend him, without any problem or issue.
