I bought one of message chairs and thought I had a problem with the charger. I spoke to the sales rep at the store and she told me I’ll get a call to see if someone will troubleshoot it.To my surprise, they had someone come over and replaced the whole chair at ZERO cost to me. They tried calling me but I was busy and don’t pick up. But they came by anyways just to check if I was home to fix it. That is some crazy dedication and customer service right there that I have never experienced! We talked it over and realized the charging port doesn’t support newer phones due to low amp (which is fine).I had to leave a review as I am still blown away by the level of customer service. Absolutely recommend them and the company.

Ive been looking for a massage chair till I came across Bodyfriend.They have chairs exceeded my expectations and really put themselves in a high-end category.It is loaded with newer features and has a nice appearance.Their airbags and roller systems work well and truly give a great massage.They had high-end models and the staff was very friendly.They offer 5 years in-home warranty and excellent White Glove delivery and installation service of the chair not like others.I really enjoy my massage chair every evening at home. I came into the store over a year ago, casually looking to replace an old massage chair that was 15 years old. I was a bit intimidated, the staff was dressed as if they were selling BMWs.I walked into the store and was warmly greeted by the staff. I tried the Phantom massage chair and was impressed. I wasnt ready to buy, let alone at their price point. But over the last year, nothing else I tried even came close to their foot massagers on the chair.Back in town, I went back to the store and asked about delivery to Northern California. They said they can deliver anywhere, and then I finally made my purchase.I kinda walked in blind. Not sure how the staff would treat me after I bought the chair. Delivery would take over a week, since I wasnt local. I had a ton of questions over that time, and the salesperson offered to text me about any and all questions. And after making a purchase for that much, I had a ton. She kept me up to date about the status of my delivery.When their 3rd party delivery person came to deliver and install, he raved about how I bought a great product. The installer owned one himself. He showed me how the chair was put together and his favorite massage modes.Having my massage chair for over a week, I have been practically living in this thing. Very happy about my purchase, and very impressed with their customer service after my purchase.
