Called and asked about a part i have been needing the man answered the phone with an attitude the first time i called they said the part had not come in. I called again today another gentleman answered and asked the other man (the one that had the attitude) if the part was in i clearly heard their conversation and he yelled ITOLD HER NO!!) Next time they should make sure the phone is onmute or something he did not have to sound that way i was recommended to this place andUnderstand i had called a few times to check on theproduct availability i have been asking nicely

Fowlers is a diamond in the rough, one of the last of its kind. There was a lumber company back in my home town with the same feel. Old and dusty, with some old, dusty guys who know their stuff. Great advice from real, dyed in the wool pros! Dont let the outside put you off. AND, they sell local honey!

Found the fix fence pickets at Fowler Lumber Co company went in ordered the pickets I needed they loaded the pickets that I needed and they were in good shape the people got good ones for me. The man loaded the pickets on my trailer and I was on my way thank you .

Awesome... Customer service and the actual materials I needed. Lowes no one would speak to me and the dont carry that.
