Horrible.. customers are paying the price for careless workers from other stores im a faithful customer and they rather see people loose stuff then keep it i wont be dealing with cash america anymore after this i buy so much from them and they show no appreciation not to mention i bought a what i thought or should i say told was white gold went to go get my daughter something different to find out it was silver ..all i got was a sorry and a 98 dollars back remind. You i sold them a way more expensive ring to puch this silver ring im soo over this place very careless

Couldnt even shop here the fumes of gasoline were so bad that was making me sick. Steph didnt even acknowledge even though they were too busy talking with themselves.

This place use to be very good but not anymore!!! The new people they have don’t know what they are doing. They try to give you the smallest amount for what you bring in even though you’ve been a returning customer. They no longer give courtesy calls like they did before now your stuff will just be sold at least that’s what happened to me. My advice stay away from this place or go to another one that has better customer service.

Nice place, will give you a fair price when you pawn something.always can haggle the price down when you buy something

Everyone there is amazing. Ive been using them for many years. Stace and the crew go above and beyond on customer service. I truly recommend this pawn shop for all your needs.

So I cant post another review so I have to edit it my last one. I had my sons dad go in today and take my stuff out of pawn which was a couple of rings & a beatbox drum set. I pawn this beatbox pretty often & they always wrap the plug-in with it. Well, I guess this time they didnt and when he brought my stuff to me there was no plug. So now my son cannot play on the beatbox. However I will go in tomorrow & speak with them. I really hope they see this so that way they can find it and hold on to it because I dont want them to accidentally throw it away.

There is nothing wrong with this pawn shop except they seem to close whenever they want. The sign and their web sight both say that they close at 8:00 p.m on a Saturday. We drove 20 miles to get to this shop only to find them closed at or before 6:45 p.m. What a waste of time and gas!!!

The worse buissness in Aransas pass. There people are doing there jobs fine. But as a buissness in a community thats in the lower bracket of income. Had good buissness for around year and a half. Then no worning with no call. And sold 500.00 dollers of family drum cymbles.and stands. And Im not the only one I found out the hard way
