Decent amount of stuff for sale but guy that works there think he knows it all. Asked him if he had a certain headset in stock and told me no but it was the wrong one i needed after i explained i wanted a non usb headset. So i left and went to bestbuy to get the headset he advised me not to get, ive had the headset and works phenomenal. He should look into his product knowledge before giving the wrong information to a customer.

This store used to be great but now they have terrible customer service and never answer the phone. When they do answer the lady puts you on hold with a bad attitude. The employees dont care about videogames and are not knowledgeable at all about them. The only reason I came back to them again was for Cyberpunk and I was reminded why I dropped them in the first place. Im going to start buying digitally and letting this trend of in-store gaming purchasing go.
Mandate is no longer in affect but you have to wear a face mask in this place. I will be taking my business to more American oriented places, that do not restrict your freedoms..

Amazing. Brand new building. Kept very organized. I am extremely impressed with how informed the employees were and they were very polite and willing to tell me anything I needed to know.

Awesome store. Staff is always helpful and going the extra mile. Had a used game not work upon original purchase. Store did not have a second copy. Danielle saw the nearest locations with it were far off. She had asked me to give her a couple days and would have the game by Wednesday afternoon. Showed up and sure enough had a copy plus an extra just in case. Little things like that go a long away. Will always keep coming back.

As a Gramma Im not Tech Game savvy so when I needed help in order to purchase what my grandson would like, I couldnt of asked for better help. Both of the young men sales associates were tremendous. One looked up our account and saw what games had previously been purchased and suggested one for my grandson. He wanted a paticular game system and they helped with that also. He made sure to set us up in order to maximize discounts for future purchases. Grandson was perfectly pleased Christmas day.

Staff here is awful. Especially the guy with long hair. He said for the holidays they were not taking new games back but if I opened it I could trade it in as used. I drove to the Corpus Christi store and purchased about 150 bucks worth of additional things as well as they excepted my trade in.
