Ruben Jr. did an excellent job at helping me find a small truck for work. Working in refineries I needed something big enough to move my box while still being economical for travel. My credit isnt great and I needed something with a low monthly payment. Found a GMC that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend giving this place its shot if your looking for a vehicle or want to upgrade.

First and foremost, do NOT expect to get anywhere close to fair market value for your trade, and FULLY expect to pay (their) “fair market value” PLUS for whatever it is that you are buying.My personal experience had my providing them with the NADA value of my vehicle (which is the sight that I have found to be the most commonly used by most dealerships... just my opinion). They then proceeded to offer me $8k below the suggested value(s) and stated that if they were to give me full market value, they in turn would have to charge me full market value for the vehicle that I was looking to purchase (which they already were!!!!) I am an educated buyer and had done my research, this new vehicle was exactly in line with like vehicles from across the state and beyond.I then challenged my rep and told him that I could guarantee him that I would come back by his lot in a few days and my vehicle would be listed at $41k + (which was directly in line with NADA value(s)) to which he laughed and stated that there was no way that they could do that on a 2017 vehicle that had 60k+ miles on it.... Guess what, two days later and my old vehicle is for sale, on their lot, for $41,800 ......Additionally, I do not know why they would do this, but, I specifically saw the porter pull up in the vehicle that I was purchasing after it had been “detailed” and he got out with two key fobs in his hand. He then walked into the finance office and handed these two key fobs to someone. Then, when my rep handed me my new keys, only one key fob was provided and I was told that there was only one to be given, which is complete nonsense because I saw with my own eyes what had transpired. Guess someone within that facility has some sort of side scam running with key fobs, because I was only two feet from the porter and saw two fobs in his hand. Key fobs are not cheap.At the end of the day, I pulled the trigger and purchased the vehicle that was looking at, but in hindsight, out of complete principal, I really wish that I had not, and would unwind this entire deal right now if I could. This new vehicle represents the third vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership, but It will definitely be my last.

Great place! Everyone was in good moods and smiling and the guys in parts were kind and helpful smiling away which to me showed they enjoyed their job. Sanitizer was available anywhere you looked for customers and employees alike and most wore masks. Those that didnt were in the shop working under a vehicle or in the engine so I would find that confining and more difficult to perform repairs so I dont blame them not having it on. When one mechanic came inside he did put on a mask and policies or rules can now be made and enforced by business owners and managers regarding face masks at their discretion. This place has an awesome inventory...beautiful cars...and will definitely check them out when ready to buy a new vehicle!

So I called this dealership and talked to (Bennie?) who was less than knowledgeable at best about the product which was a gladiator, I was fully prepared to buy the vehicle if I was trading mine in or not. 1. It’s we’ll known that dealerships will always try and up the buy rate, they lied about the 0 percent financing right off the bat. 2 he had to ask the manager every single time I asked a question, pretty standard but super annoying 3. Sent him pics of my wife’s car and then was told I couldn’t get a value until I sent him my address. I informed him that I work at a dealership and ask him to save the BS, just wanted a price and a trade value, pretty simple. He repsponded with “ I think we need to end this conversation “. This would have been a shoe in sale. I’d find a different dealership to do business with.

This is ismael cantu I was very disappointed with the service I received at the dealership when taking my truck to get service. I knew my battery was the issue when I notice the problem it was having to start . I had it towed to the dealership because they had to look at the truck to figure out the problem in which I spend out of my pocket to have it towed. It took a day and a half to get my truck back and they only said they charged the battery which the tech jose told me. I told them my truck is still under warranty and has only 28,000 miles . The next day truck broke down again and went to autozone which they told me it was a bad battery like I thought and bought another one out of my pocket. I still have to take my truck back for another issue. I just hope its not worse.

Great service although I found out that my 2018 dodge 3500 will be needing a fuel filter change about every 15 to 20 thousand miles it has 2 by the way and over all it cost me over $300 dollars apparently its only on diesel do to me it was a surprise hope Im helping someone out there because that can add up really quickly other than that love my truck .

Had aproblem and waited 9 hours for them to finally look and see that their computer already had the answer for. so we waited 9 hours for them to turn on the pc.also the man they sent in to us was not even an employee. he pretended to be the MGR and used the mgr name but when i looked at the website the mgr was a compltely different person.also the mechanic they CLAIM handled your car IS NOT THAT PERSON AT ALL. its another person and he uses the other guys name also. they even use others names at the oil change place across the street from dairyqueen in aransas. why? why do they all fake out whom they really are? plus after the car was paid 2 years ago, the GPS SECRET TARCER is still in the car inside the RADIO

My Ram truck has been in their service department for 2 1/2 months. First they fixed ther wrong thing, then locked up my engine test driving it. Played games for 3 weeks & then lied to get out of the warranty paying for it. So, after I called the dealership I bought the truck from to get the extended warranty to pay. Thats even they ordered the new engine. Another month of waiting, they tell me that another part was locked up and had to order it. Its been another 4 wks. DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON HERE.

POOR COMMUNICATION, SHADY, AND DISHONEST.Found a vehicle listed online at this dealership and the salesman was quick with communication when attempting to get a commitment to purchasing the vehicle. Following that, the salesman did NOT communicate unless reached out to first. He claimed that he was busy and dropped the ball. The salesman also failed to communicate issues with the vehicle until after verbally committing to purchasing the vehicle. The truck was due to get a new windshield in but for whatever reason, this salesman could not get any updated information on an estimated date for the vehicle to be ready to be delivered...at least four days had passed by this point. Later down the line, the salesman informs us that the wheel is damaged, mind you WE had to contact HIM in order to find this out. It was very clear that this man had us at the bottom of his list of priorities. This man claimed that the vehicle was ours and would not be sold out from under us, but sure enough that is exactly what has happened. DO NOT trust purchasing a vehicle from this dealership unless you can find yourself a salesman/saleswoman that will actually do their job well and communicate.

Called ahead to see if I needed an appointment. They told me no,just come on in and they would get me right in via the EXPRESS LUBE LANE. 2008 Dodge 3500 air went out in 2016 and had it completely replaced for 4300.00 air just went out again and they are telling me the evaporator is leaking and gonna cost me another 2300.00 this is complete BS and of course it was only under warranty for 2 years go figureUpdate: Called and talked to Alex today he was very friendly and sympathetic and I know that this is all out of his control, but Im truly Thankful for him taking the time to talk to me and explain things. Sorry sorry service. Scheduled my appointment 10 days out for my first oil change before a long trip. Had the truck there at 8am as instructed. Got a call on my way to pick up the truck at 5:45pm, they never touched it....all day...without calling to tell me. I could have at least paid to have the service done at a reputable dealer if the day wasnt wasted. Trip delayed, weekend ruined, not even an apology. Do yourself a favor, drive onto the next one, Allen Samuels does not have time to provide you with the decent service you deserve.

I walked into the service reception area, and stood, and waitied, for 5 minutes. Only 1 customer was there, and a lady was helping him. One guy (flat top buzz cut) was furious at someone on the phone, no one even looked at me. All i wanted was an oil change, i guess ill hace to wait. I left.

Needed an oil change and fuel filters changed when we arrived in town. Got in first thing in morning. Gentleman was courteous and informative. Very helpful. Service manager even walked me out and double checked the tire tread. Reasonably priced. Definitely will come back if in the area.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! From day one our sales rep would not communicate with us, we literally had to speak with the manager through our month long process. Then they brag on their awesome referral program but yet I have yet to see anything from them when it’s been months since I referred someone. I’ve spoken to both Jennifer and Sarah in accounting/finance and both promise to get answers and call back yet never do and ignore messages. It’s been 4 months and I’m still trying to find out where that check is. It’s not about the money but DON’T pride yourself on something and not follow through with it. They even had someone walking around the service department telling everyone “make sure you refer people we’ll get you money” HA what a joke. The person who referred me hasn’t even gotten hers and it’s been 6 months. But of course they got their money so who cares about the rest of us right?
