The store on Integrity way in Appleton; Called earlier today to ask about getting something notarized. Left a voicemail for a return call for hours that a notary would be there. That was eight hours ago and no one returned my call. So, I drove over there. There were three people there working and one customer was leaving. No one said hi or hello or how can we help you. They chatted with each other. I asked to have something notarized they said they don’t do it at that store. PUT THAT ON YOUR VOICEMAIL MESSAGE. There is a phone tree number that says to press if calling about faxing or notary. It does not say they don’t notarize there. They told me that the one across town “might” do it or go to my bank. Very poor service. I’ll find another store in the future.
One star shall suffice for the partially competent service. If I could rate the customer service I would rate it zero stars. The franchise owner Martha Fernandez was proud to accept the products I chose to return to Amazon (glad to make a buck off the exchange). After completing the transaction I simply asked if she could place the Amazon packaging the item came with in the trash. Magically all of a sudden Martha (A.K.A Karen) couldn’t “spare an inch of space” in her precious rubbish container!!! She literally responded with “yeah sorry you know how that stuff can pile up”. At that moment I confirmed that as a UPS store customer I was grateful of the fact that I conduct the majority of my business at more mentally capable UPS store establishments. I told her how embarrassing it must be to have such a policy when the other establishments I do business with never refuse such simple requests. Karen attempted to blab some rubbish from her vile tongue, I simple wished her a good day on my way out. End of story I was glad to leave the store and I’ll be glad to NEVER recommend or return again. Should have read the reviews prior….Frequent at your own risk!

The employee wearing the hat, pictured in many other negative reviews, was extremely rude. He did not greet us when we came in the store and only spoke when he charged us a dollar for box taping. I have worked at a ups store for almost a year. All stores get the same training. We NEVER treat our customers so poorly. If I were the franchise owner, I would be embarrassed to have employees like that. Do better. We will not be returning. If could put 0 stars I would.
Quick and easy drop off location for an Amazon return
Yesterday, I called to confirm that they were able to ship back AT&T TV/Internet equipment. They said they could, so this morning, I took everything in there. They then told me their computer was down and there was nothing they could do. And it has been down for about 5 days. I asked why they didnt tell me that when I called. They then said it was up for a few hours yesterday. They said I could try a different UPS Store, and maybe they werent having the same issues. I did just that, and had no issues. I dont plan on ever using this location again!
UPS is an excellent shipping company and I have no problems with my packages getting to the destination on time, however, the man they have working here is so rude and condescending I will go anywhere else to avoid dealing with him. I have mentioned his attitude to co-workers and at least I dont take it personally because it sounds like he treats everyone this way.
All of the positive reviews here have to be fake. This place has the worst employees, possibly ever. I’m shocked UPS found so many dishonest people that have no problem closing the store early and denying customers at the door.I made a special trip here tonight with an important return deadline. I arrived at ten minutes to close, only to be greeted with a locked door. The employee could literally see me through the glass and ignored me.It’s absolutely mind-blowing how terrible this place is ran. The manager should be ashamed. Top 5 worst store experiences of my life. Hopefully corporate replaces everything about this location.
Stay as far away as you can! Horrendous customer service. I mailed a return package out with a prepaid shipping label that scanned and got a receipt. It ended up back at my house the next day. I brought it back to the UPS store and they said they couldn’t scan it and that “you could try to send it out again like this but it won’t make it”. Employee’s explanation made no sense and he made no attempt to help resolve. Left and sent package out via USPS with no issues whatsoever. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

I dont even want to give it a rating of 1 star. I give the whole experience a ZERO rating. I spoke to the guy on the phone about bringing all my items in that needed packaging and shipping for my move. He told me to bring it in. When I did, he said my name wasnt in the book and he couldnt do anything. I had a car full of items. He was terrible and made no attempt to provide other options. I took it to the UPS Store on Calumet and they were great!
I went to this location with an electronic label that was sent to me by a company for shipping. I brought in my package and showed the person the label. They told me that I needed to print it out and tape it on the box. I don’t own a printer and asked the person if I sent it to the store via email if they could print it out. This is something that I have done multiple times and FedEx. The person said they can’t do that and he actually suggested that I go to their competition, FedEx, and have them print out the label for them. I don’t understand, they have a store email and big printer, why the hassle.

After waiting for over 15 minutes the guy working the counter was awful. One of the packages wouldnt scan and he wouldnt stop correcting the label placement... he was still going as I walked out the door.I fixed the package and came back and had to wait other 10 minutes with the line backed up to the door. The guy working the counter never bothered to mention to people standing in line that they could just drop things off if they already had a label and didnt need a receipt.At the end of the day there is a difference in lack of customer service and being rude and this guy was flat out rude.
Was in and out in less than a minute to return an Amazon order. They even have a special counter just for Amazon returns. They also were friendly and asked if they could help and then thanked you.
Every time I’ve gone to this store they have been borderline rude and it’s clear they don’t value customer service. They would rather turn customers away than help them. God forbid you ask for any help lifting a box on the customer side of the counter (while they lift the same box away for shipment on their side of the counter). I also once got sent to fedex/Kinkos to print a ups label from my email that had a barcode that for some reason they couldn’t scan and print. This location makes me avoid UPS at all cost.
This UPS store does a great job. Even when busy they handle themselves very professionally.
Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in my life.
We had a return label from the company we were returning to, but had no return box. This UPS employee would not package a return for us and also said he couldn’t do it. We went to the next UPS store and they boxed it up for us no problem with a box we bought from them.
DO NOT USE!!!!!! KEEP AWAY. The woman who owns the store has NO CLUE how UPS operates, nor can she answer questions clearly and is incredibly rude.
This UPS Store is an embarrassment. The customer service is horrendous and the staff closes the store ten (10) minutes early. They did so tonight (3/15/21), and by the looks of these reviews, they do it regularly. I’m not sure how they’re getting away denying paying customers. I will be reporting the employees on duty to Corporate from here on out. And at this point the Store Manager may also be liable because clearly he or she is turning a blind eye.
I paid $90 to over night a package to MN I dropped the package off at 4:30PM. Went to look at tracking this morning and it had not left the store. (also why is there only 1 person working every time I have go) Well Im never going there again. F-
Terrible customer service. Left feeling like I was such an inconvenience for trying to ship a package. Ended up down the street at the post office where I had no issues. UPS seems like a good company but this location is poorly representing the brand.I’ll be sure not to inconvenience this location with my business again.
This location was supposed to be open this morning at 8:00. There was no-one there, so I waited a half hour, as a long line of people start forming at the door. At 8:30, I was fed up with waiting so I went over to the Appleton East location, and they were obviously open. If you say your business opens at 8:00, you should probably open at 8:00.

Ive had okay experiences here, and not so great. Most recently, I stopped 10 minutes before closing (my bad) and found they had already closed for the night.
You would think the manager of this store would read the reviews....guy that works the front desk should work in a factory. Obviously hates his job and when customers walk in he takes it out on them. Each time I go here to return something I prepare to be treated like a child.
While I was waiting on line today and I overheard an elderly customer trying to file a claim. He shipped a box that weighed 2.9 lbs and when it arrived at the destination It weighed under a pound. There were some items missing.When he brought the weight difference to the clerk’s attention he was told that maybe there was something on the scale when it was sent out. So it sounds like this store is ok with overcharging packages or just trying to confuse elderly customers so they don’t file a claim.I left the store.
The cashier was not very helpful or very friendly. Was rude and short with anyone asking questions. This was a Tuesday afternoon so Im sure there are other employees who would maybe be nicer🤷
Such a helpful saleswoman! I didnt know how to ship some stuff back to Amazon and she walked me through each step of it. So pleasant and kind. I will always go there to return or ship stuff!
Awful customer service. My mother (who is older) brought a 40 lb box to the store for shipping. The cart was broken and the service rep would not even help her carry it in. There was also a delivery driver in the store and no one would lift a finger to help and she was the only customer there. What has happened to helping others out? We do a lot of business with UPS but we won’t be using the store again. Customer service people!!!
I called and was put on hold for 30 minutes before I was disconnected... then tried to call back for over 3 hours only to get a busy signal... not good service!
Just read the reviews. They all say the same thing. The guy who works at the counter is clearly unhappy and subsequently, gives terrible customer service. This UPS is the closest to my house and Ive gone there multiple times thinking maybe it was just the day, but nope, same thing each time. I will drive further out to avoid this place.

The sandy blond bearded, hat wearING guy—who probably doesn’t wear a name tag for this reason—has zero customer service skills. And annoyINGly, he’s always the one who has to help me. On several different visits, he’s used profanity in front of guests, talked poorly about a coworker to me, and always seems to to be bothered by the fact that I need to ship a package. His whole attitude revolves around “sorry, can’t help you”. I really need to stop tryING because usING this UPS location is always frustratING.
I asked for the cheapest way to ship to save money. That cost me 10 bucks and was received the next day. I was not happy with that ripp off. They have great prices for printing in color.Do keep in mind they are good, if you stay on the ball, and make certain you get what you ask for. Printing pictures and such. They are very reasonable and I will still return as a customer.
Went to drop off a package Martha Fernandez greeted me and was very respectful. She ensured that my package would get to my mother safely. She was very professional and i will continue to go to this ups store from now on.
The people at this UPS Store tend to do a good job. I take all my confidential shredding there also. My only concern that prevented me from giving this a 5-star review was that sometimes the wait is long if there is someone in line who has a lot of packages that need packing.
Walked in and was greeted right away with a Hello and a smile. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to ship your packages.

There is an older woman that works here. She is rude and snaps at everyone! We will not visit this store because of her! If she is unhappy in her job dealing with the public she needs to quit or stay in the back!
Staff is condescending. Be 100% sure to read all instructions prior to shipping anything. Or the staff will inform you that all you had to do is read the instructions in the most charming sarcastic condescending way known to man. I will not be ever coming to this UPS Store again. There are plenty in the area to choose from that are actually nice.
I have dropped off a few Amazon returns here. The young woman that is there in the mornings usually is very friendly and was super helpful the first time I went there. The man that is there in the afternoon clearly dislikes his customers, or maybe just the Amazon returns. No greeting. Ripped open the package in front of me with no explanation, when I asked he said the instructions say to not package. He then placed my envelope on the counter and said that was mine. I have never not had to package a return, so surprised. Very rude and abrupt. Ill be sure to go in the mornings and definitely seek out other options when I have to use a shipping firm.
Had an Amazon return with a code to scan on my phone, but it wouldn’t scan properly. That’s not bad in and of itself, but the guy wasn’t able to just type the number in. That’s a silly system that doesn’t have that as backup.Also, I was charged $1 for tape to tape my box :( He did use way too much tape, but even that much costed probably $0.10.
The UPS across from The Fox River Mall in the Strip Mall by TJ MAXX provides WONDERFUL customer service.Even though Amazon returns are a pain in the hinder for the Postal Workers.....therere always willing to help, explain, & show you the process so the next return runs smoothly not only for them but saving the customers time as well.My 1st experience was a nightmare. I had numerouse returns. Not knowing how to use QR Codes (via cellphone) the gentleman took the time explaning what some other customers do which is.........Rather than scrolling thru all your emailsTake a screen shot of the QR Code via Amazons email & save them in your gallery (pictures) then arrange your pkgs on the counter in the exact order the QR Codes come up in your pictures.Personally I found taping a post it note on the pkg numbering (1, 2, 3, 4) in the order the QR codes come up while scrolling thru the photos.NO HASSEL OF PACKAGING, PRINTING LABELS USING PRICEY INK, (finding someone who has a printer) WASTING BOX TAPE. They do everything for you.Anyway hope some of you found this helpful, or if anything you dont need to be uncomfortable not knowing what to do as the Postal Workers are more than willing to help. I go a few times a month & havent had a bad experience yet.
The guy that was working the morning of Sat May 16 who has brown hair and a beard was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Manners and common courtesy should be taught to their employees here.

This is by far the worst UPS store Ive experienced. The guy that typically works afternoons, Jarred I believe is his name,is arrogant and condescending. Never greets anyone and goes out of his way to belittle you if you have any questions. Youre better off going to a different store.
This UPS store has friendly customer services and it’s an easy way to ship my personal packages. the guy in the morning helped me and explained the shipping and handling very clearly knowing that it’s my first using their services.

I recently used the UPS Store location to help with packing up a graduating Lawrence University student. Martha was so incredibly helpful to us. She assisted us to make our packing more efficient and better for fragile items. I had left my packing tape at the hotel and she let us use some of her tape. I had boxes and packing materials but I ended up purchasing a couple of boxes because mine were probably going to fall apart. This store location is worth the drive from the LU campus for the great attitude and assistance you will receive.
Service was quick. Man working couldn’t have been more rude. Wouldn’t even let me get a word in to ask him a question. He kept cutting me off by continuously repeating himself. Very belittling.

This is the most rude UPS Store in the state. I’ve given about 5 try’s, 5 different times. Every time the guy is very rude and very unprofessional. Very short with customers, interrupts while you are speaking, and throws packages on the counter towards you. Go somewhere else.

Wouldnt be a business if they didnt charge for goods or service Randy. Each store is individually owned so prices are subjected to change. People are so quick to downplay the service of UPS. the UPS Store and UPS are totally different corporations. Educate yourselves before critiquing employees for doing what their job entitles.
I send a package internationally typically once a month, that will cost about $300 to send. Yesterday (11/28/17) I arrived to this location around 5pm with a package I wanted to send out. There was only one person working, who said she has only been working there for a month. I asked her to send my package, and she said she couldnt because she didnt know how. She told me to come back tomorrow morning when the manager was there. I come back the next morning, and she was working again, and said the manager wont be in until the afternoon.Regardless to say, this branch has lost all of my business. VERY disappointed by the customer service. If youre looking to send something internationally, DONT come here. Youll take a chance that theyll know how to do it.
