I had such a wonderful experience with Lincare. Debbie was very helpful on the phone with directions and answering questions. Paula was fantastic in explaining how my machine works. When I had problems the first night, Paula was able to fit me in the next morning to help me with a new mask. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Terrible experience. Do not go through this place, I have been waiting to obtain my CPAP machine for 4 months and my medical prognosis was moderate to severe. They have had my approved authorization number from my insurance since January and it is now almost April and I haven’t received anything. Terrible service. Report to BBB of Wisconsin.

I was told from corporate to call the Appleton joint and see if I can get a new mask so, i did and the receptionist was very rude to me for just asking if they had one. I found the exact one on Amazon. If you need supplies, Id HIGHLY recommend calling or ordering from anybody besides Lincare appleton.

Hands down absolutely the worst healthcare related company I have ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and go with any other provider. If Lincare were the last or only provider in their field it would be much less painful to suffer and die than to deal with them. Zero stars at best.

They show up announced at your home! We have ring security so when I was out and unable to rush home I knew they had fine. I contacted the company immediately upon my return and was transferred twice with wait time in between. I gave receptionist my cell phone number and asked her to only use this number and to please have the service rep call me prior to showing up. Either she did not relay the message or he did not use it. He return again, unannounced when I was out!!!! My machine needs cleaning badly for months! As of 4.11.20 it stopped working altogether!!! What the hell am I supposed to do?! I wear it only at bedtime. Has anyone made a complaint with the BBB ?

Stay away at if at all possible they will rip you and your insurance off. They said we have to start over on paying off my wife’s c-pap machine. After it was almost completely paid for because we switched insurance. I myself had a similar experience personality but can’t remember the exact details.

Contacted them to see if they could help me get a print out of my CPAP for DOT physical. Was told they could not because I wasnt their customer. Guess I never will be now. Called another provider who was great and didnt even charge me.

If I could give a company zero stars I would give this company -5 stars. After being warned about their issues from my medical provider, I went with them anyway because they were local and “in-plan” thinking it can’t be that bad... I was very wrong. Let’s back up 8 weeks, after multiple calls with them I was told everything was good to go, it would take 5-6 weeks to get my medical device and not to call them, they would call me if there were any issues. I called them today after 8 weeks to find out the device was never placed on order. When I asked why, I was told that they required more paperwork from medical provider before it could be ordered. I never got one phone call or email saying that there was any issue. I told them that they were fired and to cancel my order.Very poor provider, do not believe anything they say, don’t waste your time or money with this company.I wish I would have listened to my medical provider!

Awful, awful customer service. Somehow cannot process payments from HSA accounts; they cash the checks, but do not credit you for the payment and then require YOU to gather all kinds of proof of payment.

I have used several companies and Lincare HANDS DOWN has been the best. When i travel they always have a machine waiting for me at the other end, and i have never, not once had a problem with the people in Appleton. Dont believe everything you read about them being TERRIBLE! THEY ARE NOT!

The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would give lower rating but I cant.Where do I start?1. After leaving the doctors being told my machine would be ordered and ready in 3 weeks, it had been 4 weeks. No call, no email, no letter in the mail. So I called and was told that they needed more info before they could order my machine. So, they didnt call me or the hospital to tell them they needed more info? I had to call the hospital and tell them to call Lincare and find out what more they needed to order my machine.2. Multiple times I have dealt with my insurance not working, constantly something is wrong. One time they told me they didnt even have more plan ID. So of course insurance isnt working. Ive sat on the phone for hours sorting out why they couldnt get through to my insurance.3. Bills are not straightforward. They feel shady and shifty and are not clear what you owe. Im a college educated 25 year old, and I have issues figuring out what I owe you? I cant imagine what you do to people who dont have the time or energy to fight back.4. There are always surprises. My bill is always different, always changing, one month I owe $700 because of many different charges over the last year that insurance hasnt covered? And now I owe $300 this month? I understand insurance covers different amounts, but this surprise charges is not ok.5. The straw that broke the camels back. I have been paying off this machine for 8 months. I understand a rent to own system but I am 8 months into a 12 month rental, with them charging $1300 a month. Thank god insurance says they cant charge that much. But my insurance comes to term here in a week, and I am going to be with a new company and they tell me now my rental payments start over because its a different company? ALLLLLLLLL that money that Ive already paid on this machine means nothing now? We have to start from $0.00? This machine is 75% paid for, and now I have to start over.This company is the lowest of the low, scummy, slimy, and you need to expect problems at every turn. I am not sure how any company who treats customers like this can stay in business. Its only because they provide a necessity to many people. Stay away, at all costs. Shame on you Lincare.

I was continually billed for supplies that I never received after I called and cancelled. Through 5 separate phone calls over 6 months, the response from their customer service personnel was characterized by bumbling incompetence and persistent idiocy.Never, ever deal with this company for anything for any reason.

So disgusted with this company. Customer Service is poor. Phone tag is ridiculous. Ive been waiting two months for an increase in pressure on my Bi-pap. Finally went last week, machine will not accept increase to 18 only 16. Promised a call back....nothing! Calling at 9 am this morning. Order for new machine sent over a week ago. My guess is they wont be able to find it. If your insurance allows you to go elsewhere...DO IT!

Don’t walk RUN!!!! This is a terrible company to work with and has been and absolute nightmare sense day one. They are very disorganized. The people at the local office are good to work with, however its obvious that their hands are tied by corporate. I get letters in the mail telling me to call certain extensions because they have questions. When i call no one ever answers and the voice mail box are always full. This company is complete disaster!!!!!!!!Update. Im switching insurance company the first of the year. Im five months into a 10 month rental. Offered to pay the last five months out of pocket. They will not allow it because I am not an insurance company. The CEO of this company can kiss my ***

Twice I had to order the tank for my bipap machine. Both times the wrong one was sent. I had to take them back. What a waste of time! Also am supposed to take my memory card there to have it read rather than having it read at the doctor. Wont do it. Thats ridiculous.

This company is horrible! My husbands doctor sent a prescription for a new C-pap machine to them in July, 2015 and its now Mid September and no C-pap machine. They promise to call and dont. Every time we call, we get someone new so we have to explain everything ever time we call. Finally fed up and had the prescription sent to a different company. DO NOT USE THEM!

Not customer-oriented at all. Made us go pick up the supply we needed and didnt even offer to drop it off at the hospital where we were staying. The hospital told us afterwards that Lincare delivers there all the time and should have offered to drop it off for us. Lincare also lied to us about our insurance information, forcing us to pay up-front out of our own pocket for what we needed. A few days later our insurance company told us the complete opposite that Lincare told, stating that Lincare should have submitted the charges directly to them. When I called Lincare to get them to submit it to our insurance and refund my card, the lady was speaking over me, wouldnt listen to a word I was saying and then hung up on me out of nowhere without giving me the phone number to the billing department that she said I needed to call. Was shocked and very disappointed in the awful services we were provided.

Usually I read these reviews with a huge grain of salt but these are actually spot on. Very bad or should I say non existent customer service. It will be a minimum of 3 days before you get a call back and I have been dealing with them for over a year now. They will blame it on staffing but it does not take a year to hire someone. Now they dont even answer their phone. Oh yea I forgot about the $89.00 bill that has been paid over a year ago but yet I still keep getting a bill for. Dont walk RUN AWAY from this company.

Unfortunately we had to use some of this companys services and products after our baby was born. At first they promised to deliver the machine we needed to our home, but called us back and told us that it cost the company too much money for them to deliver it. Then, when my husband paid our balance due at the Appleton office, they ridiculed our health insurance. We were thankful to be done dealing with Lincare, but now, three months later, we have received a bill in the mail! Every time I call, I get directed to a different persons voicemail and never get a call back. We have received the same bill in the mail twice in the past week, addressed to my three month old baby. When they ask for my name, they have the audacity to ask me if I know who (name of my child) is. This company is a joke and I highly recommend avoiding doing business with them if at all possible.

I agree with the other negative posters....RUN dont walk away from this company. If you have any type of questions, plan on spending your day on HOLD. I filed a BBB complaint. Check BBB and see all the complaints against this company, its UNREAL! How can they be in business.
