This is an awesome place to get all your needs when you own a Harley. From the ladies in motor clothes keeping you looking good, the sales staff finding the right bike, parts getting your bike looking awesome for bikes nights and service making sure your bike stays healthy for the long haul. You have to make the trip to Appleton Harley-Davidson, if you haven’t your missing out!!

Was in a pinch and my normal shop was 3 weeks out. Harley could get me in the next day which was the only positive and why this isn’t a 1 star review. Had check engine light/battery coming on, they diagnosed the problem and called me to come back in. The service desk explained The voltage was going out of parameters causing the warning lights, “alright so what’s the fix?” Was told there isn’t anything they can do and “that years electrical systems just can’t be trusted”… brought it to my normal shop after writing the diagnostic fee as a loss and the voltage regulator was the issue. THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR.Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else.

I have now bought 2 motorcycles from AHD, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and sales. Russ, Cain, and Heather treated us very well and would be reason alone to return. Very knowledgeable staff, along with a superb service team make this a great place to buy or have your bike serviced.

I took the safety course with two fantastic coaches. I am positive that after taking this course, I will be better prepared to be a better, safer rider. Dropped my streetglide off for a 10000 mile service plus a few minor updates on friday. I returned Saturday for their in the garage program. All service work was done and the dealer program Saturday was very informative. We discussed my winter upgrades for the bike and i am now making my list for my next upgrades! All around it was a great weekend.

Definitely one of the better Harley dealerships in Wisconsin. Everyone is always super friendly from parts department, service department and the sales staff. Theyve got some pretty good deals on their clearance racks as well. Like this place way better than the one south of Oshkosh in Fond du Lac that I dont want to use by name LOL

Great deal on a new 2020 Ultra Limited!

My wife and I were going to purchase a bike from Appleton-Harley for $17,380 out the door cost until my wife and I were spoken to Very rudely by the assistant manager Gabe! All because I said if they could get the price down to $17,000 that we would take it today. Anybody in Customer Service would have nicely said, Im sorry that is the best price that we can do if they couldnt come down any more but instead...We were literally told by Gabe that he would rather lose us as a customer than work with us! This is the first time in my life that I have ever heard anybody tell somebody that they would rather lose them as a customer! My wife and I had already talked and said we would pay the extra $380 if they wouldnt go to $17,000 before he came in and then thats what we were told. I have never been treated so badly in ANY business so we just got up and left! He definitely needs to take some communication classes because he does not know how to talk to customers! We have been to plenty of Harleys and will continue to go to them but never again will I step foot in the Appleton Harley as long as Gabe still works there!!

Appleton Harley-Davidson has done some remodeling since my last visit. There was only a couple customers at the store today I was kind of surprised. Not sure what their activities have been over the last year today was a shock with empty parking lot Im used to a lot of cars and motorcycles in the parking lot when I get to any Harley dealership. As always a lot of help in the service department

Wonderful experience with Sales Associate, Jennie! She was kind and understood when the first bike I test rode was not a good fit for me. After having a disappointing time at the GB H-D dealer, I was glad to have taken the ride down to Appleton. Although it is not my home dealership, I never miss a chance to stop in. They always have a good selection of bikes, parts, and bling on hand, and always deliver great customer service. Better yet, they are one of the few open on weekends or near weekends where others are closed down.

I dont know if there is enough room to share the awesome experience I had at Appleton Harley Davidson. Every aspect, person and department was outstanding! This is my second Ultra Limited and I am thrilled. My wife and I went to this dealership to buy a bottle of Quick Wash and had zero intentions of getting a new bike until we met a fantastic sales associate named Jennie! Jennie is the best sales person in any category we ever dealt with. She made us feel like people not just customers. She also has a knowledge base the will rival many others. Thank you Jennie not just for being a wonderful sales associate, but also a compassionate person. I would also like to mention Russ the sales manager who is meticulous with the paperwork and makes you feel comfortable and at ease during what can be a stressful situation involving money and Terry at the service center who is a can do guy who gets the job done. Both these men are to be commended for the excellent job they do. I wish I could remember everyones name at the dealership that day, but I would like to recognize them all, they do an amazing job! Jake S, Technician, is great. Picked up my bike on a Friday just before close and OMW home I lost speedo, turn signals, and music. Turned around and got there 5 minutes before close. Jake stayed late, ON A FRIDAY mind you to take care of my bike. Such an amazing team overall at Appleton H-D. I have been in the service world for years and I just cant say enough good things about them.

Good store with sales people who seem to actually care. My only issue is after they finish selling something to you they seem checked out, no answers to texts they had previously answered rather quickly but that could have just been my guy. Parts and service are rather pricey, I found better prices at Docs Harley than here, so if you are willing to drive there it is well worth your time (1,000 mile service was approx. $100 cheaper). All in all though I would recommend visiting here they have a good variety of products and are very friendly.

I mostly do my own maintenance and repairs (being an Old School Guy). Appleton Harley has been my parts source for years. Also, the Service Advisors always give me great information regarding procedures I may be less familiar with. Top Notch Dealer!

No pressure and no hassle dealership. Went there with no intentions on purchasing a motorcycle at least from the dealership floor.A super awesome salesman named Cain met us upon entering the building. I told him I was interested in a trike. He showed us what he had in stock. He let me and my friend look at them on our own. Well within in a few minutes I found it 2014 HD TRIKE! I told him my lovely wife Barb gave me permission to get a trike. I sent her pictures she was on board. Brought the wife back last Wednesday and we finalized the deal. Also thanks to the awesome finance team especially Heather for explaining everything step by step of the financing and getting me set up with an awesome package deal. So excited for my wife and I our first motorcycle purchase together. My first motorcycle ever! We hope to enjoy it for years to come. Overall very friendly staff all the way around and ready to assist you in all your motorcycle needs. Great dealership, nice size. Lots of choices of decor and bikes. Great motorclothes department but when asked if they had any 5xl mens dealership shirts, the lady looked at me and said, here we only go to 3xl, shrugged it off and just walked away from me shaking her head. That was not cool. So we left. But there was a cool bike there, oh well.

Just purchased my second new bike from them. 2020 SG. This experience was just as good as the first. Very fair price, Cain and Russ went above and beyond to get me the bike I wanted. Heather did the paperwork with Russ. Both were great. Cain was my sales contact. Great communication no pressure great job. All the staff there is very nice and I would highly recommend Appleton HD.

I’m enrolled in the Learn to Ride class. Just finished the first riding day (in the rain) with “Tim” and “Tom” as the instructors. Despite the rain, the instructors and the class are great! I would highly recommend this class to any beginner or experienced rider. You will learn a lot! Looking forward to class tomorrow.

I recently purchased a used bike from Appleton HD. It was a great experience. I went to Harley Davidson dealership to get training from the riding Academy. Ive never riden a motorcycle before or done a clutch. Tom and Kief the instructors were awesome. They taught me so much and everybody at the store is just amazing. I think everybody should take a course there!

Could not be happier with my experience. Jennie was an excellent sales lady. Throughout the whole process she listened and provided knowledge that led me to choose the perfect bike. Jeff in the back took time to remove some ugly stickers and bring my bike back to showroom condition. 100% recommend Appleton HD to anyone looking for a bike or gear.

Staff is good there, but unfortunately I am seldom able to shop there, I run into the same thing every time! I am sorry! We are out of that item, but can order it FYI I could have ordered without wasting a trip there! So again, on my way to Green Bay.

I was looking for a new bike last January 2019 but things werent lining up the way I wanted and the bike I was looking at was going to need some upgrades to keep the wife happy.My wife and I stopped by after a Valentines dinner and found the perfect bike and a good deal on a new Ultra limited. Chaz in sales as well as the rest of the staff were great.Looking forward to this riding season.

Appleton Harley-Davidson does not stand behind their work. I took my 2015 street glide in because I had lost all power to my controls. After they diagnosed the problem they informed me that the wiring from my left controls had a short in it and they would have to replace it, this costed $428. I drove less than a 100 miles on vacation to the Ozarks when my bike started acting up again, luckily I was able to turn my bars all the way to the right to get it to power up so that I could drive ( without any use of the right controls) for the majority of the trip. This was the exact issue I had when I took it into Appleton Harley-Davidson. On Thursday it finally stopped working so I had to take it into another dealer to find out was wrong. After they had did their diagnosis it ended up being the right side wiring which they had to replace for half the price and it was an emergency fix. When I returned, I went to Appleton Harley-Davidson and informed them of the situation and they refused to do anything to try and make it right.I will no longer be utilizing this location.

Loved this Harley! The bathrooms had Lysol, they had hand sanitizer in the front, 6ft rule for social distancing, very safe during these times and very friendly staff..... I love this store. 10 for this Harley Davidson.

I stopped in last week to get a replacement key. When they looked up my serial number, Jeff in parts told me I had a recall notice on my ABS system (something the non-Harley dealer where I purchased my 09 Road King forgot to mention when I bought it). I scheduled to have the work done yesterday. I rolled in about 15 minutes before they opened and my bike was taken in exactly when they said it would be and the work, including a beautiful wash, was completed ahead of schedule.While I was waiting, I picked up a new helmet. I knew exactly what I wanted and Penny was very patient and helpful as I tried on a couple different sizes to get the right fit. They had the model of helmet I was looking for, but not the color. That helmet is on back order and keeps getting pushed back for a delivery date, but that is the helmet factorys issue, not the fault of this dealer. Penny actually tried to find one for me, but no luck. She did apologize for not being able to find one, but that was in no way her fault. The replacement key was in and I went to pick it up after I paid for the helmet. About five minutes later, the recall work was done, my bike was rolled out and really sparkled after the wash job. I reserved a spot for winter storage and was on my way.I have been in other dealers where I was essentially ignored, but the crew here was very attentive. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me and every other customer who was there. Keep up the good work !
