They acquired badger office in Manitowoc which was a company we would work with. Since the takeover, we can never get in touch with the right department, have had repeated billing issues, and most recently received defective products which instead of replacing as they said they would, just billed us for more of it. I just paid the bill and when explaining these problems to their employee and told them we were disappointed and would not do business with them anymore, their employee replied, “ok”. Could not have cared less. Terrible company, terrible service, faulty products.
