Dawn at Zales went above and beyond to deliver the product we were looking for and had excellent customer service. I would recommend to a friend.
Very nice employees
Zales used to be our place to buy all of our jewelry. After how we were just treated, we will be going somewhere else.
Great customer service.
Just went to the Fox River Mall location to get a promise ring for my boyfriend, and I’ll just say the experience was amazing! Great customer service by Nichole and her boss Donna (I believe that’s her name), she showed me a few rings and what sizes were available, also asked about the protection plan and what that would cost! Also asked about payment options or what they had going on. She mentioned their store card or lease program (which I ultimately went with). She went into detail about the protection plan and how long it’s covered for! I’d totally recommend this place and Nichole!
Discrimination! Disrespect! Disgust! Thats all I can say about this store.
Best Zales Ive ever been to. EVERY employee at that store is extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Even better, they CARE about the customers engagement and love hearing about the details! Ive never been to a better Zales. I drive 5 hours away just to go to Appletons Zales! Definitely recommending this place to all of my friends and family!
Horrible quality, JC Penny has better stuff than these stores. Its sad its even called a jewelry store. Horrible customer service as well. Good luck getting a replacement or even an answer from these guys.
Had a really good experience at zales and will go back again. I ordered a ring in a special size but they didnt have it in that size. I ended up buying the one in the store and getting resized and adding the protection plan. It was cheaper then ordering it in a special size. I highly recommend this place. They are really friendly and will take the time to answer questions you may have.
Great people to work with.
I was literally just in this poor excuse of a jewelery store wearing 3k in jewelry on my person, looking for diamond earrings with my girlfriend. The saleswoman instantly took us to the cheapest options and then tried to tell us about a piercing kiosk with cubic zirconia instead. Mind you the diamond earrings we were shown were only $120. This is the second time I’ve been belittled here. And the second time I’ve left to spend thousands at Jared instead. Where even though I’m young, I’m shown the respect every human being deserves.
Had my ring resized last summer through the warranty. 4 months later, the band broke on both ends of where they resized it. After them having it for a month, I finally get it back. They said they redid the setting so its perfect now. A week later, my stone falls out. Its gone. I now own a piece of junk.
Very cheap quality jewelry & very rude customer service, the chain broke on my necklace a week after we purchased it we took it in right away to see if we could exchange it for a new one. They told us because we didnt have the protection plan they couldnt do anything about it but tried to sell us a new chain. We ended up returning the necklace and purchasing one from somewhere else.
Horrible place, by far the worst jewlery store in the fox cities, let me tell you exactly why, 1st of all the customer service is terrible I will say a few of the sales employees were very kind but the manager is terrible, 2nd I have purchased thousands of dollars in jewlery all around the fox cities and the entire US, this is the lowest quality jewlery I have ever seen in my entire life this is not an exaggeration, a bead necklace from the dollar store is more durable then their gold necklaces. On more then one occasion I received a terrible product, I got a bracelet for my girlfriend and I payed a fair price (150$) it broke within 2 hours literally fell apart off her arm, luckily had a warranty so I got it replaced then finally got the replacement and the replacement broke within 2 days at this point I was fed up so I went in with my warranty card and receipt and kindly asked for a refund I have read the fine print and I was well within their return policy but the manager refused to return it and said I had to exchange. And here is the story that just disgusts me, my friend bought an 1,100$ necklace and bracelet set (10k or 14k gold)And it literally fell apart, again same situation where we got it replaced and it broke again the manager then again refused to take the return maybe it wouldve hurt her commission I dont know. So we called the corporate office and corprate said the manager was wrong and that she sould have taken the return and given us a full refund but she still refused. I dont feel wronged I feel robbed completely iligitamate jewlery would not recommend to anyone, you are better off going to a kiosk at the mall.
I bought a ring online but I didnt like it. Zales return policy states I can return it ti any zales store. The mgr at the zales store at fox rivers mall said i was stuck with it i can not return it. Too bad. I called custoner service and they said it was returnable. I let tgem know about the rude mgr. I was able to return the item at no cost to me due to my bad experience with that rude mgr. I dont recommend that store to ANYONE
The chain can be so easily broken, even walmart can do better than that for just $15. Zales is just cheap in quality. I would never reccomand nor go shop there again.
