I am a 13 year old girl who got into sewing about a year ago. My grandma recommended this place to me as my machine needed a tune up. I never thought I would come this far where I have my own embroidery business. The staff is so helpful and kind! They all know me by name as I am a regular customer and have bought many machines from them! I highly recommend this place if you sew or what to start!!Here are some of the items I was about to make with my experience!

What a great place! I took my Dyson in for a tune-up. I paid a small deposit and they told me what they would be doing. They called me twice to tell me what they had found, and ask how Id like to proceed. It only took 1 day! It cost me substantially less to fix than I thought. I would recommend KK Sew & Vac to anyone needing repairs.

I purchased a sewing machine there a few years ago and have always received great customer service any time I go to the store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help.

Lisa and Holly are always available in person and or on the phone for questions on the Baby Lock machines. Also, all of the staff at Kk Sew & Vac are able to use all of the Baby Lock machines. The best part of KK Sew in Vac is the Team. Heath can fix almost any BabyLock machine . It’s the best place for fabric therapy.

Helpful and kind. I was working on a quilt and the owner was most helpful with finding fabric that went with the theme. Which takes a special talent. My mother had her old sewing machine repaired and was also pleased with the service.

The ENTIRE STAFF of Fox Cities Quilt Co. owns Babylock machines. The only place we tell our customers to go for sales, service and training is KK Sew & Vac. Hands down, the best in the area.

Great customer service, if they don’t have an answer to your question they do all they can to find an answer and call you back right away. Love their events. They are a great educational tool to help everyone to make the most of their machines.

I purchased a Baby Lock Ellure plus at KK several years ago. I never truly learned how to use my machine especially the embroidery feature. I recently needed help help with a project for my granddaughter. I made multiple calls and was told they had no idea how to help. Never once suggested I come in for help. I am very disappointed with this company.

This is one of those businesses you dont really know about until you need their services! Their customer service is fantastic, I have used them multiple times, once to get a tune-up of my 25+ year old Singer sewing machine, repair of a Dyson DC25 vacuum cleaner (8 years old) and again to replace a missing bobbin case to my sewing machine. Each time I was very pleased with their repair services, as well as their willingness to help fix my machines, which is something you dont find in todays throw-away society. They are a family owned business, and treat you as family. They also sell huge computerized sewing machines and vacuums, but dont be intimidated that they cant help you and your small machine out, they provide a great service at very reasonable prices. They are located in a small strip mall next to the Wine Cellar in West De Pere. I have referred multiple friends to their shop, and all have been pleased with their services.

Great place! All three of their locations have super personable and knowledgable staff, and outstanding customer service . They have sewing and embroidery machines, vacuums and sergers for sale, as well as sewing notions, patterns, thread, and attachments for your machines. They also have a good selection of premium quilting fabrics, stabilizers, and embroidery designs. They also do repairs on the machines and vacuums. Awesome store!
