I came in looking for a tool to help me remove a broken audio plug from an audio jack on my laptop. They helped me find the part I had seen online and had one sent to the store. I ended up not needing it as I was able to remove the broken plug by disassembling the laptop, so I wanted to give them a good rating for their willingness to assist and help me get that taken care of. Would visit again.

If they dont have it, they will find it. Truly a one stop shop, and great service. But it does come with a premium price.
