BEWARE!!! I went in here for Oshkosh this year as well as several times a year outside of Oshkosh and have always landed at this FBO. The service used to be fantastic when it was privately run. Now the county runs it with government employees who are super rude and treat your airplane like its the least important thing and just annoyed to be there. Adam (shift lead) or at least thats what he told me his name was was so rude I ended up re-positioning the aircraft in the middle of a storm and I WILL NEVER BE BACK. YES, you read that right, Id rather pay higher prices in GB for fuel and parking to avoid this FBO at all costs. The GB staff actually cares about your airplane unlike these guys. IT IS NOT THE SAME OWNERSHIP OR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was hoping his boss Terry would call me to discuss Adams poor attitude and disrespect but he/she never did. VERY POOR SERVICE!

Flew in and out of Platinum for the EAA Air Show. Great FBO and outstanding service. We came back from the show hungry and the line person went in back and gave us some subway sandwiches the line guys were supposed to eat. Way above and beyond. Much appreciated.

Flying into KATW is a great choice once you realize Platinum is your FBO. The lineservice crew was waiting for me as I taxied in and promptly refueled me. Service was attentive and accurate. The FBO building is incredible with modern ski lodge architecture. It would be worth flying into Appleton just to walk through their building and say hi. I hope this review gives pilots the reassurance that its a great spot to take your service.

I love these guys!Theyve always made me feel at home, and for a sixpack of reasonable beer transportation happens. :). Yes Id highly recommend stopping in, fueling up and checking out the local fair. We just ate a a restaurant called SAP after being recommended to do so. It was an amazing experience, awesome food and service. The FBO building is worth checking out, very cool and unique.

A+ goes to all the folks at Platinum. Flying in here is like flying home. Service is always impeccable and with a smile. Well done.
