I have been going here at this location for 12 years and I absolutely love it! Never a bad experience, and I pick up meds weekly. The pharmacist, the pharmacist technicians and the staff work so hard all day long on their feet with long lines of people. Take that into consideration when giving a bad review based on them not answering the phone, giggling or taking too long. What is required of us is patience. It is crucial to understand that they have certain times of the day where the volume of customers is extremely high. If it appears they are not under stress and they’re acting like they don’t care, they are under stress and they do care. They are professional, that’s why they don’t show their stress. Take a minute to talk to a few of them and ask them how their day is going and give them a complement. And if you have to stand in line for 20 minutes, then that’s what you do. If you don’t like that, come back at a time when they’re not busy or switch to a different pharmacy and stop complaining.I have been helped so much by this pharmacy since I started going there. They not only fill my prescriptions, they answer critical questions about medication interactions and side effects, etc., and have even called my physician several times questioning whether a certain medication prescribed to me is appropriate and several times the physician changed it to something else. Physicians know very little about medications. That’s why there are pharmacists.Thank you to the wonderful staff and keep up the great work! You are all appreciated so much!
Great pharmacy! Good service and professional.
All team members were incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. Both pharmacists worked together to help resolve an issue that had unexpectedly come up.Thank you for a great experience.
Often forget my prescriptions and I have to call several times. This time I made sure to give them all my personal information a second time and put everything backed up on file so they could for sure have everything, and they just forgot to ship me my prescriptions. The pharmacy tech was very kind and I know mistakes happen but because of this I will likely not sleep until my medication comes. I get severe side effects and I don’t have any backup plan.
I was there on Wednesday night and there was just one pharmacist and 2 techs to handle a huge crowd, I thought they did a great job especially since there was a couple of people being really unreasonable and expecting special attention. judging from their actions I am guessing they were coming down from something. you couldnt pay me enough to put up with what the pharmacy staff has to. grow up people
I am a new client of this pharmacy (due to the lower prices of their medications). After I switched everything over to them, I then read the reviews. Needless to say, I was a little concerned, bc there were obviously some horrible experiences by people. Well, I was very pleased by the professionalism, the friendliness, and overall experience I had here. Im assuming they took care of previous concerns, bc I was very satisfied with my contact here. Thank you Tiffany and Diane, and to the two male pharmacists (I dont remember their names).
How unprofessional. Pharmacy Tech Joann Cisler pulled me aside as I was leaving with my elderly Grandmothers prescriptions asking if I would sell her some of my Grandmothers narcotic prescription. This was after she violated numerous Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act protocols. We will be switching pharmacies after this episode.
These idiots apparently do not know time. When I was told 3 different times in the same 2 hours when prescription would be ready only to come back to be told half hour more needed each time. What a joke. If they dont even know when it will be ready I wonder if they are even giving the correct med.
I transferred a prescription today and the pharmacist was helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a great experience.
Standing at the counter while at least 5 people standing there watched me but never said a thing. Couldnt find my sons prescription and when they did the second time asking...one if the ladies at the drop off desk was so rude! Made a big deal about me coming up flailing her arms like lets go and because there was a lady in a wheel chair in my way to be close to the counter I respectful stood behind her and then the drop off lady says with the rudest tone ever! You need to step up I cannot hear you back there NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PHARMACY!!! RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...HATE YOUT JOB SO MUCH THEN LEAVE!
NO NO NO!! Ill start with the fact that due to my husbands job, I have had to move a few times in the last couple of years, and have always used W.M. pharm. Simply due to the fact that I figured they already had all my info etc, DESPITE the forewarnings, and suggestions from THREE different doctors, in 3 different states, warning me of the unprofessional, and uneducated characteristics of this particular pharm. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!!! This last situation is by far the absolute worst though, as I had already filled several times at this particular pharm. With the SAME meds and SAME doctor, but upon turning in my most recent script, they insist to know (after lying several times about having called my doctor, of which she informed me they HAD NOT)from her, the EXACT original diagnosis upon which this medication was prescribed-THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE VIOLATION OF HIPAA-for many reasons and of course my doctor informed them of such, and refused to do so considering that they are insisting that she BREAK THE LAW-without reason other than uneducated power trips, and false sense of entitlement willing to violate ones character and privacy in every way possible, SICKENING. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND HASSLE. THEY SCRUTINIZE AND PERSECUTE DOCTORS AND PATIENTS ALIKE IN A SICKENING FASHION AS THOUGH THEY WERE GRANTED SUCH ENTITLEMENT.
Woman at drop off was rude n giggling like she was on something(tiffany). i dont see anything funny about being sick n having to pay lots for a medication. that woman alway at drop off doing nothing. phone is ringing n she ignores it.. everyone else seem to be working real hard. i wish they get rid of her
Pharmacy Tech Joann is rude and unprofessional. I am unsure she knows what HIPPA privacy laws are and is a slanderous liar. I will be filing complaints with the appropriate agencies due to Joanns unprofessionalism and seeking legal advice for her breaking numerous HIPPA violations
For the love of God. After standing in line for 15-20 minutes you make me wait in another line for a pharmacist to ask me of I have any questions about the same medication Ive been taking for a decade.
I called ahead at 5:40 pm then I get their it’s 6:10, not ready said 15 minutes then I wait till 6:35 and they called me up and said another 5 mins like the point of that?? And then they take another 20 mins.
Got what I need
By far the slowest and rudest pharmacy I ever ever experienced. No customer service at all. Will NOT return.
The pharmacy peeople should much more through with questions, when giving out prescriptions. I was given my prescription, i being a nurse i knew the information, they didnt know that, and being the drug was a narc, and such a very dangerous drug the pharmacy should have taken the time to ask- are you taking any heart meds?, have you taken this medication before? -it should gone over it knowing naturally most people will not question the medications. They could have taken a better action.
After being told to wait an hour for my perscription to be transferred, I waited on a bench for another hour and a half after that because they were still working on it. What an absolute joke.
Always out of certain meds i get every month.computer info on med refill dates always off.this month by over a week.last but not least they take forever.il call they said my meds are ready il get there and have to wait 45min.
Believe it or not but my prescription called for 45 pills and 2 days later when I looked at my bottle it looked to like not the right amount so I counted them and came up with 28, also was only one to access to those pills. So I called and they told me it was impossible that they gave me less than prescribed. Also I noticed that they gave me 30 instead of 45, but I noticed when I got out to my vehicle, so they fixed that mistake SO COUNT YOUR PILLS BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE.
Only dregs and losers suffering from the lack of personal responsibility work here.
