I’m so happy I stopped at Surface Creations when looking for kitchen cabinets and counters. It was easy and stress-free. Justine was great at communicating and giving input as needed. The installers were true craftsman and accommodated an adjustment we couldn’t live without.

Outstanding service all around! Justine created a beautifully designed island in the style I desired (look at that color! And those legs!), providing samples to ensure they would blend well with the existing cabinets/counters. Rob and Andrew provided exceptional professional delivery and installation. They set high quality standard for their venders and manufacturers so when a corner piece did not meet those expectations, they immediately ordered a replacement. From the minute we walked in and meet Justine it was an amazing experience. She was so helpful in advising and picking counter tops, sinks and tile. The installers were Personable, on time, did a wonderful job as you can not see any seams, cleaned up, even washed the floor. The plumber was on time, again personable and did great job. Looking forward to the tile installation in a couple days. This was the best remodeling job we have had done in many years of remodeling.

Everything seem to start out well, and the install team was great, but after the installation one of the corners was curved and I asked about this because it hadn’t been presented to me at ordering and I wouldn’t have selected a curved corner, and Justine told me that this was standard and simply, “sorry it wasn’t told to you”. It felt like she completely brushed me off. I don’t work in the countertop industry so I certainly don’t know what the standard is. I think all options need to be presented to a customer so that they can select what they’d like. That’s what I expected and thought had occurred. I’m disappointed that this happened and with Justine’s response - I hoped for accountability and options to fix it. Instead I was treated like I was silly for not knowing, out of luck because that is the norm, and unimportant because the job was complete and paid for. After pushing back with my frustration, Justine further insulted me by changing her approach and insisting I had been told, that it was done that way because my previous countertops were like that, and asking what I’d want them to do to fix it - as not a countertop expert, I don’t know all my options, and she didn’t offer any. I asked to learn the process to replace that piece, and she did not address my request.

Loved the atmosphere. Justine had a really great personality and had an answer to all our questions. We cant wait to go back and pick out our countertop!

The team at Surface Creations is wonderful. Justine, our designer, came up with perfect options for us to choose from; the installers Andrew and Isaac were professional, polite, cheerful, competent and willing to go above and beyond what was required of them and Rob was great. We had a couple of issues from the manufacturer and Rob came over, looked at the cabinets and immediately got the changes made. Rob came out to out house and measured the kitchen and we had new counters and an island before you knew it. He was friendly and respectful of the dogs and the pigs. Rob and his team did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen! The cabinetry and counter were exactly what we wanted! The cost was a much better value than going through a box store which is what we had originally planned to do. Wendy was a gem listening to all of our ideas and helping us design the layout, and so patient with our changes. My husband particularly loved when they put the handles on that we had picked out so he didn’t need to worry about it! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome job!We had surface creations come and resurface our Corian tops in our kitchen. They are 12 years old and had a lot of scuffs and minor scratches. We got quotes from most places in town, because the quartz we selected was expensive and we needed quite a lot of it for our kitchen. Rob and his team from Surface Creations were the only company that mentioned seamed placement to us. Surface Creations was the only company that pointed out the ways to minimize seams and really give our kitchen a clean and elegant look. We only ended up with one seam for our entire kitchen! Had we gone with another company, we may have had up to 3 seams in our counters! We are so thankful Surface Creations thought of every little detail to make our quartz perfect.
