RxLink was the only place that could get me in asap, for a covid test recommended by my Dr. even though I thought I had strep. The pharmacist was fantastic making the whole process simple. Thank you sir!

I went specifically to RxLink because they offered nasalpharyngeal covid tests which were required for the country I was travelling to. I was assured the test was indeed nasalpharyngeal and that the covid test paperwork would be filled out, but when I received my test results it had the incorrect test type. I also had a hard time getting a hold of anyone to fill out the form needed for travel, and when I finally did receive it, it was only partially filled out. RxLink really let me down; I had to spend $300 to get another rushed covid test at the airport and I almost missed my flight. I tried reaching out to the owner about my experience but received no response. I would not recommend this place for travel covid tests.Edit: I did indicate which type of test I needed and you did tell me it was nasalpharyngeal, which is also what you advertise on your website. The fact that you are not a travel agency is irrelevant. I did my due diligence, if you couldnt accommodate the kind of test I needed I would have preferred that you had told me that upfront when I asked.

Highly recommend getting COVID tested here, process was quick and easy. Not to mention the store itself has tons of amazing goods. Great customer service and a friendly atmosphere with cheap prices.

Love this pharmacy! Not only does it give free covid tests and make it easy and quick, but the mini mart also has a little of everything if in need of some quick general shopping. The owner is absolutely great and customer service is outstanding!

I was able to visit........Your Google account indicates that you are open on Wednesdays until 9:00 p.m., this is also posted on your front door. I arrived at 8:30, only to find you closed. Walgreens would have been a better choice.

I highly recommend getting a COVID test here. You dont have to provide an insurance card even or ID. Theres no wait and you be the results in two days. Very convenient location too! And the staff is super friendly as always.

Made getting a covid test very easy! They actually answer their phone, answered all of my questions, very nice guy that was quite busy was working by himself, but fantastic customer service!

FYI! Beware if you are looking to get a PCR test here! He sends the PCR tests by mail to TEXAS and takes no responsibility after he sends them. Have been waiting 10days and lab said they never received it. Owner said it must have got lost in the mail. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED THE TEST IN A TIMELY MANNER TO GET BACK TO SCHOOL OR WORK!

So nice and helpful when going through the covid testing process! Staff are competent and so friendly! incredibly fast turn around time for test results, and you can buy snacks and funny cards while you are there. It really makes a less than ideal situation a lot more pleasant.

Do NOT go here for your COVID-19, my family got tested here and ALL of the tests came back with no result and told me that we all should get retested there. NO THANK YOU! I will be going elsewhere. So, my assumption is is that they do not know how to properly give or package the tests.And going back through and reading the other reviews - I did in fact fill in ALL of the blanks except for my member/RX number in the form that I was given.Response to Owner: Owner stated that my tests were unable to be processed due to the winter storm that hit Texas???? We took our tests on DECEMBER 26TH 2020 and the storms hit Texas 2 MONTHS later on February 13th, 2021. Please get your facts straight! AND I called multiple times and every single time they stated that the lab was in MADISON, WISCONSIN, not Texas. Processes times were stated to be 2-5 DAYS, not 2 MONTHS

Yeah this place is a joke. I had a covid test done and it’s been almost a week and I haven’t gotten my results back. Yes it’s the holidays but wouldn’t you have a couple people there and taking calls and what not like we have people needing their results and it’s only New Years. I have called repeatedly and after about 10 tries the guy picks up and says we will be open on Saturday and hangs up before I can even say another word. I have a job, school, and sports that I need to get back to and can’t do that till I have proof of my test and results.
