I came in to get crystals and as I picked up 3 small ones I was immediately approached by a strange woman that works there telling me that I need to put them on the counter because its glass and she was worried I would break them? I said politely that Im comfortable holding onto them because I wasnt done shopping she then said I have to put them on the counter but other people were shopping with tons of crystals in there hands, Idk If anyone else has dealt with this before it was Very odd I was clearly profiled and or she thought I was an easy target to harass because of my small figure anyway my experience was ruined. I got what i needed tho. I will be buying crystals somewhere else. :)

Stopped in today with my daughter and her service dog. The staff greeted all 3 of us, gave us the Store sales details, made our entry very comfortable. The icing on the cake (and the part that made my daughter smile) is when the cashier asked if the service dog could take a break for a treat! The store was already one of our favorites. This definitely adds to why!

I love it!! Every time, I went there and enjoy it even I tried budget myself to choose stuff because I want all! 😂 I likes the staff are so friendly and patient when I told I am deaf so we can use gestures in the communicate! ☺

Love this store. They have a variety of items that are always changing. They also have items that when sold also donate to various clean up projects.

The employees were rude. They way they treated me was so embarrassing. I don’t get out much, and when I do, I have my child (single mom here) who has just recently started her terrible twos. So I’m sure you can picture how it goes in stores. Either way, I was so excited to go to this store, and even drove a couple hours to get there just to be treated and talked to like I’m dumb. I will honestly never go back, and if anyone asks where to get crystals I will be sure to tell them not your store!!

I was very disgusted and offended by the employee, Jessie, at the Fox River Mall location in Appleton, WI. She was very rude, immature, and obnoxious when my daughter and I were there trying to get a gift for a friend. Very poor customer service and tried causing a scene while we are there. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to that store. Very disappointing to know that behavior is acceptable there.

I was in the store today (12/17/20) and there were two young ladies working - Im sorry I didnt catch their names so I could mention them directly. they were INCREDIBLE. The store was busy and they were polite, worked quickly without making customers feel rushed. The store was tidy - and they were super sweet. I dont often leave a store feeling like I would totally want to go back and hang out there, but I did today. They felt kind, and like they genuinely cared for their jobs - that is so rare these days.I hope you both get a chance to read this and know you made me smile today ladies! 💜

My wife and I love this store, they have so many unique items for sale. The store near us closed down, so it was nice to see they are still around. I have been here several times and the staff has always been very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be shopping here again!

I normally love Earthbound and every experience I have had with this location has been fantastic but today was awful. The young high school aged clerks were completely disrespectful and very rude to me, not professional in the slightest and have made me rethink shopping at this location again. I had a full cart of stuff to purchase today but that quickly changed after being laughed at by the young clerk. I will not be shopping here anymore. Earthbound: Please hire better staff, staff that can actually do their job.

This is one of my favorite stores & I have shopped there many times. I usually enjoy the young people that work there and the atmosphere but the woman today that waited on me was quite abrupt and rude ..she appeared stressed....big difference than my usual experience.

Love the products. Hate the policies. I went back another time because of broken product. A piece of an earring broke before I even got home and my money had gone wasted in the store twice now. Dont recommend this store solely because of its customer service and policy.
