Grand Chute Auto is my go to place for a used auto, I keep coming back for many reasons, first and foremost, I have never purchase a bad vehicle from them, as a matter of fact, my family saw my first one I purchased on the road the other day and I am on my fourth car, a family member is still using the third car I bought.Craig is so easy to work with and what you see is what you get. No haggling and no buyers regret. This place goes over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb and replace parts and disclose what they replaced. Oil changes, tires and brakes from normal wear and tear are the only repairs I can remember making.In house financing is a breeze. I just purchased my Chevy Traverse and I love it. I have family members that go here and their loans are paid and they are still driving their vehicles. We all are happy with our purchases and will continue to return. Thanks GCA!

I absolutely love Grand Chute Auto. We have bought twice from them. The first time we paid off the vehicle after getting a loan through a bank. The second vehicle we ended up defaulting on the loan and returned the vehicle. After auction we paid payments and got the rest paid off. We owe NOTHING to them. The only reason for the 1 star is because they are supposed to work with people that have bad credit and so on but they wont give us a chance. We need a vehicle very bad. I walk to work and it takes me quite a while. It would be amazing if they would back there bad credit vibe. Otherwise Craig has always been super.

Quick, excellent service and they stood behind their sale. Our vehicle had a funny quirk that needed tweaking, and they fixed it with it no problems or run around. I felt respected and well cared for, excellent place to buy a car. I highly recommend it regardless of your credit history. Craig is a no pressure salesman who truly wants to help his customer, not for the commission but because he actually cares.

Car buying experience was pretty good for people with credit issues, however service after the fact isnt very good. My car had a noticeable clunk from day one and when called I was told they dont chase noises. Today I called about the noise being louder and was told its not covered with an attitude and was then hung up on!! If something isnt covered, fine, but you dont hang up on someone who bought a vehicle from you asking about coverage and how its okay to sell a vehicle in that condition!! I would Not recommend this place!!! Customer relations is a part of their business and its not pleasant!

It was exactly what I needed- fast, efficient. No hassle, no wait, had car I wanted. Didnt have to spend time w/ sales people talking me into something else or hours on end with finance people- they tell you how it works, what you need (credit, down payment, trade) very fast. I had been to other dealers- and my time is more important than haggling over the price of a used vehicle.

After a dismal experience at another dealer, we came in at closing time and spoke to Craig. He took the time to sit us down and explain how things work there. No games, no gimmicks. He was honest and professionally blunt.We came back the next day and got the same level of service. Ive never received such straight forward, excellent service when buying a vehicle. And so far, the vehicle is working wonderfully! But, Craig went over what the warranty covers very clearly with us. Thats another thing...theres no upselling, no add-ins other than the GAP coverage, which is a no-brainer.We were never left wondering if wed be able to afford the vehicle we drove. He told us up front that as long as he felt comfortable with our ability to pay, it would cost about $X.xx a month, varying in what we could put down. So very refreshing!I dont like car salespeople. Never during our experience did I feel like I was talking to a car salesperson. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in and talking with Craig. He took care of us and weve had a very positive experience.UPDATE 5/18/18: We had a sensor come on and something with the emissions went wrong. Craig honored his warranty 100%, the service was fast and excellent. Its good to know that theres someone who stands by their word. I wanted to mention this because there are unfortunately reviews suggesting that the warranty isnt honored. Were proof that it is. I didnt even think this kind of thing would be covered but he said it was and wouldnt cost us a dime. Once again, more than pleased with our experience at Grand Chute Auto!

Went and looked at a truck there and the truck had rust repair done that they had no idea about. The rear window didnt work so they glued it shut. And they were not willing to negotiate at all. Was not very happy leaving there. Went to jeffs north shore auto and bought a truck that same day was very happy.

I have bought two cars from Craig at Grand Chute Auto and I have been more than happy with both of them. The last car i bought from Craig had an engine problem that happened around a year into having then car. So I called Craig on a Monday and by the following Wednesday he had the whole top of my engine fixed. He covered it 100% under the warranty and never once tried getting out of it. To top off the wonderful service I had, he found out my shifter was broken and fixed that too, even though he didnt have to because its not a warranty part. He just did it because he is an honest man and stands behind what he sells. I can honestly say I will continue to buy my cars at Grand Chute Auto because i know that when I do, I will get a car for a reasonable price with a warranty that i can trust. Thanks again Craig!!!!

I recommend Grand Chute Auto to everyone in the market for a used car. Craig assisted me back when I got my vehicle, the first vehicle I had ever bought on my own. He was fair, honest and patient. I had visited another lot before this and they were rude, pushy, tried to rush me and sell me vehicles I wasnt interested in and wouldnt allow me to sit in the vehicles to get an idea of leg room and head space (Im quite tall). It was a relief when I got to Grand Chute Auto and the attitude and service was the total opposite. Any future cars I may need will be bought here for sure. I just went to Grand Chute Auto today. My old vehicle was falling apart and unsafe to drive. I met craig and he immediately put me in a new vehicle. He was very nice and very patient. I went in to see if I could approved I didnt have the money for a car at the time and wanted to see if this was good place for me, my job right now. Im a manager so I know how it is, but my upper boss is not by me alot so I get direct deposit and have never got a pay stub in half a year, because I couldnt present it but could pull it up on my online he started literally screaming at my husband and saying stop jerking me around and that if I can present a check stub I obviously cant pay for a car which I can. I paid 3k$ for my car in less then 4 months. And make 32 grand a year. He was completely rude and I wouldve bought a car if I was given the chance to explain my situation. Bare with me as I have a lot to say about Grand Chute Auto... My wife and I are on our third car with them and just when you think the experience couldnt get easier or better, it does. We went back to Craig not because we had to, but because we wanted to. We just couldnt imagine dealing with any one else.Twice we have had issues with our cars, both times Craig, Matt and the entire team helped us, not because they had to but because they could and wanted to. The first question you are asked is, do you see something out there that works for you?, not what can I sell you that you dont need. Thats what they are worried about... They dont care about what you want they care about what you need and that folks is what matters. They want to see you succeed as much as they want to succeed, and that is what sets them apart from the rest.

I was car shopping about 2 years ago and I found this Chevy Equinox I really wanted to by online at this place. I called and set up a time to go look at the car the same day! As soon as I got there, I was informed they sold the car acouple weeks ago and they forgot.....I decided to look around at some other cars so I sat down with the owner/manager and went over prices. Their interest rates are EXTREMELY high and you have to put down almost 50% of what the car price is to get their lowest interest rate, which is still high. When I took a car for a test drive, as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot there was a loud clunking in the front end. Anyone would know that a car should NOT be clunking in the front end. When I returned, the man asked me what I thought and I told him that there was a clunking noise and I didnt like it. He tried to tell me that the noise is normal. Any stupid person would know that a clunking noise is not normal. Lol, all I am saying here is this place is a rip off! I got my car loan through Verve when I was 19 with very little credit, no co signer needed no minimum amount needed to be put down and my interest rate is 2.9%. Steer clear of this place.

We were so grateful for the truck and loan we got 2.5 years ago and a decent interest rate. . Now, The LAST place I would ever buy a car from again. We have about 6 months left on our loan that has not even been 60 seconds late. Craig would not even talk to us about our vehicle, because he says that you cannot even do a trade in unless your vehicle is nearly paid off (we have about 3K left on it)....granted, we now have 348k miles on the truck, but we are a pilot car business...he made references to having dealt with other pilot car businesses, like he had been screwed by them, and the truck we were looking at, he doubted would get the miles we have on the Chevy we bought..Funny the Dodge Durango I traded in for this truck had 392000 miles and also the same engine this Dodge we were looking at has in it, just does not make sense. He would not even look at my husband in the eye...put us in to some category, where he may have been screwed before....who cares what we use the truck or vehicles for? We are not like others in the category he put us in, which apparently was that the vehicles did not hold up...and the people stopped paying their loans Im guessing. We were even just given a note in the mail from the finance company offering a potential loan, because of our good credit on what we have paid. Craig did not even want to look at our truck because of the miles...new tires at $800, new transfer case at $2500, new solenoid packs in the transmission, new rear crank shaft seal and oil pan gasket at $1000.00...new rotors and breaks all around.....he would not even look at the vehicle. He offered $1200 for ours and I told him I wouldnt even let him sit in it for that. Maybe that was wrong but I was insulted with the offer and the truck we were looking at was over priced by about $5k more than Clean Retail from NADA, and it had a sign on his truck that they put $2335. into it....( to make your family safe) All I was asking and trying to get was some of our money out of our truck with all we just did...but its OK for Craig to add $2335.00 to his price on the truck for repairs he did . it all boils down to the attitude we got .... We drove to Appleton, and because Craig and I had a difference on the payoff of my truck, I GOT attitude from him.....he said he did not get out of bed this morning to argue...He came from his desk and started in with the attitude.He never even asked us if we had money to put down or go towards paying off the other truck. I had $2000. bucks I was going to give him or the fiance company which ever way he wanted it but again He NEVER asked what our intentions were. He made me and my wife feel like pieces of crap and scum of the earth. My whole perception of this place just went down the toilet. If he deletes this I will just keep re posting it. Seems all I see on this page are the positive post and nothing negative which I find hard to believe. I have never had a dealer who didnt want to make a deal,,,NEVER.

It felt i was getting pushed out with every excuse as to why i couldnt qualify; one being I didnt make enough to cover a hypothetical payment range around 400 dollars; even after the fact showing a paystub with 10 hours of overtime( as a reference) to show it could be paid easily. Im making 16.67 but with overtime its over 25 an hour. Apparently you need to be making 25+ to even be considered, what a joke of a place.

Their warranty is very very limited and when you need something repaired they never do it or if they do they do it half ass I advise you to stay away from this place

I called Craig on a saturday due to some leaking coolant, he asked me to stop in on Monday to have it checked. When I got there, I mentioned that i thought it was a bad hose, nope, turned out i needed a new radiator. When i was waiting to hear from Craig about what was wrong, he already had his guys replacing the radiator. Craig then came over to tell me what was wrong, and that he was going to cover it even though it was outside of the warranty for the specific part.With him covering the part really helped me out especially with it being christmas season.Big thanks to Craig and the Grand Chute Auto team for helping me out with not only a good car but amazing service!

I had heard of Grand Chute Auto and driven past more times than I can remember. Im confused by the other ratings as included in the price of the vehicle is a 3 yr extended drivetrain warranty. When I purchased from a regular dealership before my credit went downhill because of personal issues, I paid $1000 for a 1 year warranty. Anyway, the fact is, I went here because I have bad credit and I am working to rebuild it. The other choices did not include the extended warranty and to be totally honest, their customer service was horrible in comparison. At Grand Chute Auto I was treated with respect as a buyer. I do believe this is the best option for those of you with bad credit like me. Even if I didnt have bad credit, I would prefer to deal with these people over any other dealer in the valley.

I dont even know where to begin. Grand chute auto is the place to go. This place deserves six stars. My experience: In February 2014 I totaled my first car. With having three jobs and still being in high school I obviously still needed a car. So I got my Ford Escort 1998 (lets just say it was in pretty rough shape). I knew that the Escort wasnt going to last me in winter so in late October 2014 I looked around for a car. Everywhere I went something was wrong. High interest rates, high prices, and dealers NOT so for the people. Eventually I arrived at Grand chute, I had no credit, no co signer, and just a Ford Escort to trade in. An hour later I was driving away in a Volkswagen Jetta 2005. And I still love it today. I finance through them around $350 payment a month and will be paid off in about three years. So now its July 2015 and I ran into problems with my Jetta so I called Craig and the next day I was on my way to Grand Chute to have his macanic look at it, no charge. I needed a new alternator and some wiring in the door panel needed to be replaced. He gave me a loaner car and told me hed fix it all, no charge. I had my Jetta back the next day. They really understand how life works. Go there! I will recommend it to everyone I know!
