This place is awesome! Theyve squeezed me into Service TWICE when they were extremely booked and other places were booked weeks out. All the Service staff is very friendly and the Manager remembered me and why I was in for service even though it was just an alignment.
First of all I would give 0 stars if possible. I want to say that I stopped in here back in January looking for a vehicle. I had just sold my infinity QX80 that was fully loaded but was looking to downsize. I will be honest in saying, I was driving my daughters beat up chevy impala, and the way that I was treated was unbelievable. I was asked and I quote, What are the chances that YOU will actually buy a car from me?. My response was that it would depend on how he redeemed himself at this point after a remark like that. Then he proceeded to ask me to move my vehicle out from being parked up front because it was embarrassing to have that vehicle up front. NO JOKE. And when I would say that I wanted a vehicle that was fully loaded because that is what I was use to, he would NOT listen. Today it is Oct 1 and the truth is I have finally got my husband to decide on the type of vehicle he wants. BMW x5 i45e is what we are looking for. I thought I would give them another chance but just not deal with the same sales person. I have been searching online and there are different ones of this model out there as I have looked at them. I spoke with Jordan this time. I asked if she could help me search nation wide because it is VERY time consuming for me to search in each state. She flat out lied and said there are 0 available in the USA. I didnt ask if they were available to trade as I know most places are not trading these models if they have them. She also said that it is going to be 6-8 months for a new build. Maybe that is true but I was just told 6-8 WEEKS from someone else. I am sorry but what is her agenda, sell what is on the lot right now, or to help someone out?
Took my car to bergstrom Bmw because it would not start, estimated my total to be over 5000 for 2 parts to “possibly” get it to run again. decided to get a second opinion elsewhere. Come to find out with an actual thorough inspection from the second look the car didn’t need the previous 2 parts and was up and running by the next week, they even talked to me on the phone with a website report and ran through the issues and what was causing them, these are technicians that actually have a concern and care for their customers. Its almost as if bergstrom simply looks under the head and reads codes without getting their hands dirty and tell u the price of repair. It’s an honest shame that they are still in business. Will never go there for anything again. I recommend Robs Imports in Kaukauna if you need help with your car!
I used to enjoy Bergstroms level of service and quality. But things have steadily deteriorated. Poor communication, unacceptable errors and a lack of respect for their guests time has me looking elsewhere for service.
Pete and Faye saved us. Their compassion and kindness were exceptional! On a road trip we ran into car trouble and our tow was going to get us to the dealership at closing. They stayed in contact with us and reassured us they’d take care of us, not to worry. They saved our trip! Pete even helped do the service! With grease and oil up to his elbows, he smiled and wished us a great trip! Thank you for your incredible service and kindness. My experiences with the BMW parts department have always been quite positive and this particular occassion was no different. I ordered a part for my 7 series which was in stock at Bergstrom. They said they would put it aside for me even though I couldnt guarantee when I would be able to pick it up. I was able to make it down there earlier than expected and true to their word they had set it aside and it was ready for me immediately. The people in BMW parts are fantastic.

I had my car flat bedded in as it would not start. The BMW techs immediately identified the problem. The car was fixed and picked it up the next day. The tow bar was promptly stored in it’s original location, car was washed, oil was changed. Service Advisor, Megan was especially pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend her and the dealership for any BMW repairs. C. K.

Nice enough people. Theyre just trying to do their job. But you will unnecessarily pay through the nose with any sort of maintenance, or service. The amount they charge for simple services is absolutely outrageous.
These guys are in it for the money not the customer service. I brought my car in to have them diagnose 2 issues. They called me to ask a question about the car and said they will call me back by the end of the day. No call. I went into the store and no one would even say hello to me with multiple people sitting at their desk. So I decided to call them from inside their own building. Receptionist answered and put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and left. Took 2 more days of calling to get a hold of someone to figure out what was going on with my car. They said it needed a transmission and a new axle. And the fix would be thousands. It didnt need either. So not only was it absolutely aweful to deal with them, I paid them 200 dollars to misdiagnose my car! Will never be back to this place or any other bergstrom dealership.
These folks were a pleasure to deal with when buying a car. They facilitated the transaction online and even had a bow on the car shen I came in to take delivery.
Advertised a vehicle that wasnt on their lot. They couldve brought it back from GB, but someone was interested in looking at it. I had Cash In Hand, and they had a guaranted sale. Oh well. So over a week goes by and they call saying the other potential sale fell through and they brought the car back to Appleton and I could come look at it. Ummm. I needed the car then. Too late.
I ran into car problems while traveling out of town. Despite being busy, Pete K and the BMW service team went above and beyond to quickly and efficiently resolve serious issues in order to get me up and running again.

I purchased my new BMW in July. It had a re-occurring problem that was triggering the engine light to come on. It required service three times. You may be wondering why this yields a five star review. It is because the service I received from the dealership was absolutely excellent. This is the first new car I have owned in 18 years, and although the problem was frustrating, the dealership made every possible effort to ease the burden. The sales and service staff made it clear that resolving the issue was important to them. I believe character is best revealed in difficult circumstances. They definitely did their best

This was one my best car buying experiences ever. Professional courteous and experienced people. Luke (my sales person) addressed all my questions and concerns. I am not from Wisconsin so he made sure to tell me everything about the car. He even emailed me a video of the vehicle that he took with his cell phone where went through every detail. Finance was a breeze too. Jason (the finance manager) took my application and approved me for the full purchase price, which was really nice. There was no pressure, no hassle and no hidden fees. I drove to the dealership to pick up the car. Luke made sure to come and great me personally even though he was on a short vacation. He brought his adorable toddler (Weston) with him. It was a warm family-like feeling.I highly recommend these guys and look forward for my next purchase from them.
One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The service writer and the technician that worked on my vehicle were extremely helpful and did and excellent job. They both went out of their way to make sure my 2011 m3 was taken care of. From managing to fit me in on a short notice on a Saturday, too going above and beyond to resolve the issues I was having. Visited the Bergstrom BMW/Mercedes dealership in Appleton yesterday and am pleased to say it was my best car buying experience EVER! My sales consultant Jim McDowell showed me a few vehicles I had previewed online and several others I hadnt considered. He really knew everything about ever car on the lot! In the end I went with a 2018 BMW X1...so fun to drive! The dealership experience was the best. Upfront pricing eliminates the dreaded back and forth haggle process. A well thought out, fair and very transparent trade-in process with Rob from the dealership who rode with me and talked about my trade-in. Smooth sailing through the paperwork with Katelynn in Finance and finally a thorough walk-through of all the vehicles features with Trinity before driving off. Never thought Id feel so positive about a car buying experience but Bergstrom BMW completely delivered. Thank you!!
The worst service I have ever gotten from a dealership. When you walk in, no one says hi and no one asks if you need help. I waited 10 minutes to find someone who would even talk to me. The service department is the same way the advisors take a look at you and walk the other way. I hope to never go back again.
I was at Enterprise for a routine Inspection II for my 2011 BMW 328i, and I couldnt be more pleased. Dan and the service staff were efficient and very considerate of my needs. They also reported on a new service adjustment needed for the car, and took care of it while I waited. Among car dealerships, the waiting area is very pleasant and well-lighted for those needing to work while they wait.

My experience with Enterprise Motorcars has been excellent as have my experiences with Bergstroms other dealerships. They are unbelievably fair and customer focused.I find their service work to be thorough and fairly priced. They are eager to serve and even if a problem arises after the warranty has expired they manage to work with the manufacturer to arrive at very fair cost sharing arrangement, without me asking!There is no doubt that they want my return business and I will be pleased to give it to them.

Worst dealership. Will never take any of my vehicles for service to this dealership!! Ive had 2 vehicles that I own serviced here before and never will again. One of which was in for an inspection to the dealership and everything was perfect... 2 days later they tell me its leaking oil and all these issues came up. Today I picked my vehicle up to have an issue with my headlights taken care of that were replaced caused by an accident. That BMW APPLETON put in, both headlights shake and level at a different time. Which they even told me they could see them doing, but there is nothing more they can do to fix them. Billing the auto body shop multiple times to try to fix the issues. The issues were never resolved. Because they told me their is nothing more they can do!! Very shady dealership. Will never refer anyone to buy a car from here or get service done!!! BEST PLACE IN OSHKOSH, if you have a BMW, Mercedes, etc is KRUEGER AUTO!

I have been a customer of Bergstrom Enterprise BMW for a while now. Dan Tibbits is my service contact. Dan continues to meet and exceed my expectations. This time I was in for a routine oil change and inspection. They got the work done under the time Dan estimated (even replacing the wiper blades) and got me on my way to work. It is nice to see people actually do what they say they do. The service is why I keep coming back to Enterprise every 3 years or so for a new car!
Changing from a 5 to a 2. I had great service last time, this time, lets just say not so good. So the average of the two is a two. If I was to rate it just based on my last visit it would be a negative.

Horrible experience, was told by phone,I was going to get 160 check point before I purchase a bmw, was a BIG lie, they only did 20 point check up and the proof was their report from their own mechanic,I wasnt there,a third person tooked the car to this stealership,they called me to collect payment,I pay over the phone and I request the report,after two hours I got the report by email by them was too late for me to cancel payment,I call back to get my money back because they didnt do what they promised me,I got a bunch of b/s from them,I will never come back to this horrible place.

I guess Bergstrom BMW didnt take my wife and I serious when we said we wanted to buy TWO vehicles from them. We have talked to several sales people and have not once received a quote. I dont know if we seemed too young for buying two BMWs, but this was definitely not the service Id expect when buying a premium vehicle...

Was at Premier at 5:45 and my 2012 S550 would not start. Turned out it needed a new battery so the Mercedes-Benz Personnel brought a battery over and installed it. All personnel were very kind and considerate, especially since it was so close to closing time.

I have been a long time customer of Bergstroms dealership and over the years have purchase more than 30 vehicles, for myself and family. This past week, I worked with the Appleton BMW and Mercedes store. The vehicles I was to trade in, had been assessed, a short time ago for trade value. I found the car I wanted, a BMW 5 series and agreed to the price, as long as all the numbers remained the same, for my trade in value. The salesman, Bill Schaff, along with Rob, the used car Manager, are both excellent to work with and go out of their way to help you. Having said that, the new way vehicles are assessed, leaves much to be desired. The value on my BMW Z4 had dropped, according to their current assessment, by 3,329 dollars, if my math is correct. The salesman, Bill, was having a hard time believing this drop in price, in such a short time as well. I am leaving my rating at a one star as this new way of doing business does not consider the loyalty of the customer or those he has referred to Bergstroms, for purchase of a vehicle. All told, I have been a loyal customer and the new method of doing business, treats one like you are just a number. It is impersonal and degrading to have a huge drop in the value of your car, when only a very short time has passed, since the assessment. It makes one believe that the new system is full of bugs and incompetent people. I have purchased Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, Honda, Audi, VW, and recently was instrumental in helping a friend purchase a Lexus, all from Bergstroms.Edit: Reason for change in rating: Bergstrom staff resolved the issue to my satisfaction and once again, Rob was instrumental in making things whole. Less than a week after purchase, several issues occurred with the vehicle.While negotiating with Russ Darrow to absorb the cost of expensive repairs, Pete at Bergstrom BMW sourced a free loaner at Bergstroms expense because there were no available loaners on their lot.Pete has gone above and beyond to keep us informed about costs and repair progress.If thats not customer service, then I dont know what is! My next purchase will be at Bergstrom BMW!!

BMW Buyers Beware!In late October of 2018 my wife and I were driving through Bergstrom Ford in Neenah and spotted a used BMW X5M and we really liked it. We were looking to trade in our older Nissan Pathfinder. The salesman assured us he maintenance was all up to date and this was a great vehicle for year-round driving.We picked up the vehicle the next day and we were very impressed with the features and performance of the SUV. So much that a few weeks later we decided to trade in our other cars on another BMW from Enterprise Motorcars. As most are aware, Bergstrom has a new “no haggle” pricing strategy, which is promoted as being the fair market price of the vehicles. This is what I was assured when I was convinced to lease a 2018 X4. I trusted that the price Bergstrom was offering was the best I could receive and inline with what I would receive at another dealer. Not that there are choices outside of hitting the big cities. The sale price for the X4 was $64,500.In December the snow started to fall, the X5M was a death trap in slippery conditions, sold in late October with summer performance tires to a family of 5, the sales man really did a number on us to make the sale. Also, the maintenance was not completed only reset on the dash per the BMW dealer who had no records of the work done.A few months after buying the X4 I had a sudden change of employment and needed to investigate my options. Upon returning to Bergstrom BMW, the best offer they could give me on the X4, with 3000 miles, was $45,000. A $20,000 loss over what I paid 3 months earlier. I was in shock. I asked the sales manager to help me find an alternate car that I could use up some negative equity in and lower the payment to suit my new job. After 6 weeks of emails, I finally was able to get the salesman to get some follow up from him, and there was nothing they could do, they were not willing to take any loss on trading the car back in even though it was overpriced to start.Come to find out that the X4, was overpriced by about $7000 over market price at other dealers sold at the same time. My own fault for trusting that the “no haggle” pricing was a reasonable representation of the cars market and that Bergstrom was interested in building a long-term customer relationship. My salesman Lane did a great job, however the sales manager really worked the price to meet the top limit of my range and made a killing. DO NOT BUY FROM BERGSTROM YOU WILL GET WORKED OVER< Head South!
We do most maintenance on our vehicles but every once and a while we bring it in. This place is very nice, people are very nice as well. If you have kids they have a small kids play room too, on the Mercedes side.
Bergstrom Enterprise and Dan Tibbits provided excellent service. As I travel over two hours to get to Berstrom, Dan was able to work with my schedule and perform the required service in less than the allotted time. I also appreciate the updates and contact via phone calls while the service was being performed.
Service is excellent. Been there few times for my 2008 528xi service. Dan really does a nice Job.I have encounters with sales persons also and so far very good.
I have been needing a new car since about a year ago. My dream car was a BMW, so I figured why not go look at them. Jim McDowell at Bergstrom BMW in Appleton had helped me from day 1. We went on test drives and he answered all of my questions. I came back at least 6 other times during the year asking more questions. He was very patient with me. It was a very big decision for me to purchase a brand new car, but that finally happened at the end of December. I bought a 2016 BMW 335i xdrive GT. I am in love with it. The purchasing process was very thorough and I did get a run-through with all the new gadgets. I was very happy to receive a few add-ons with my car as well, thanks to Jim. I do know if I have any questions with my car, Jim will be able to answer them. I would recommend him to anyone looking into purchasing from Bergstrom BMW.

My new BMW M4 had a defective rear view camera. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, with a loaner. By days end, the problem was fixed. Staff is outstanding!
Brought in our 2011 Sportwagon because the Menu button didnt work. It was still under warranty. A part was needed and it wouldnt be there for another day. We were given the option of coming back maybe the next week, or we would be provided with a loaner car to get home. The loaner car was a new car that was a pleasure to drive. The next day our car was delivered by two very courteous and friendly people who then took the loaner car back. Alls well now and we got way more service than we expected.
This has caused my wife and I such a headache. In July of the past year I brought my wifes vehicle in to get serviced for the AC not blowing cold. This was the SECOND time for the SAME reason because the year before guess what... We brought it in for the SAME REASON. I told Megan the service writer at that time, that my brother suggested its probably broken or leaking somewhere but she insisted that just filling it in with freon will surely solve it. Well guess what, it didnt and we were in the next summer (last July). You thought that was it huh? No, it gets worse... First off we have warranty on the vehicle but freon isnt covered. We had to pay $260 for that. When the checked it again for the damage and leak the second time around our warranty covered it all, did they reimburse the previous charge of $260 of course not. Secobdly, they said there was a gasket leak in the motor and replaced that for us while fixing the AC issue. Oh thats great until... Yes you guess it, they broke something within the spark plugs / coils and the car was literally dropping 2000 rpm up and down while sitting at a stop. We brought it back, Megan calls my wife and says we did a tune up on it and we broke it. WE DONT TOUCH MAINTENANCE ON OUR VEHICLES AT ALL. She then says they can cover the part but the labor they would charge us... Understand this now, they charged us $260 for freon which was not the problem and I told Megan that before they even put that in and now they broke a coil of some sort and blamed us and was going to CHARGE US AGAIN! I called and called. .. asked for Megan she never returned my calls. It was for over a week that my wifes car sat there due to this . I wanted the manager but the BMW service manager was on vacation . Are you serious? You think it would end there? No it didnt... When we went to drop off her vehicle with the rough RPM idles the service writer, a bald tall medium build Caucasian man tells my wife to wait that it will be a quick repair, which doesnt allow my wife to just drop off the keys, it made me (dropping my wifes vehicle off and taking her to work AND myself) late. So I speed on the highway irate at this whole ordeal and trying to not get fired because I work all the way back in Oshkosh. .. I get pulled over and receive my first ever traffic ticket. Meanwhile my wifes car still was not working...How did I get my wifes car back?We called and called and they sent me to the Mercedes service side . The manager looked into the work and saw where they wouldve touched the coils and broke them... He had it fixed and didnt charge us and I went thru the back garage and had to sneak my car out of their mechanics garage after showing ID from a salesman... Incredible ey? We are pursuing legal action and are having everyone involved in this whole mess face accountability on the matter.I have to add another bit to this, my wifes vehicle has 3 different recall fixes that were never brought to our attention. This is literally free money for the shop and during all of this, no mention...Atrocious.
