Ive been going through them for years. Yes, sometimes their trucks dont always have what Im look for or the correct size but they do have I believe 3 other stores I can go to. Ive called the store a few days before or even a day before and they always bring them on the truck to our work site and the guys on the truck are always pretty cool.

Stopped in the other day to get Safety Boots.Had a decent selection and actually had my size. I stepped on the foot pressure machine and they recommend I get some boot insoles for my high arches. Worked out very nice. The people working were very nice and helpful. I used to go to that buy one get 1 half off place, but now will only go to Vanderloop. Thank You

I was in the Casaloma store on 12/16 to safety shoes for work. The two gentlemen that were there were very polite, helpful, and informative. They helped me pick out a great pair of safety shoes that I already love. I will certainly shop there in the future.

They were very friendly

The store doesnt understand that their boot truck employees rush you out of there and insist they know what size you wear. I tried to order the same pair as last time and they gave me two sizes smaller telling me that they were the same. I am now stuck with a pair of 245$ work boots that are too small for me because its been more than thirty days since purchase.

Worst customer service every. The two very heavy set girls were rude and could have cared less weather they helped you or not or answered a question. I don’t think they cared if they sold a pair of shoes or not! I will never return as I have never been treated so poorly.
