Met a friend there at the Starbucks area. Was very nice and relaxing. Even though we were there for 3 hours, they had no issues with it which I really was thankful for.

Awesome store. We were looking for a hard to find item and they had it. Thanks a bunch for making a 8 year old boy very happy

The store its self is great. The parking lot is in need of repair, it would be nice if the parking lot lights were on when dark, and the bathroom needs a little TLC.

Great staff helped me find the books I was looking for.Starbucks on the other hand was not good at all. Got a coupon from checking out to buy 2 get 1 free, but was told I couldnt use it for my selection because one of the items was on sale. Took 5 minutes to explain to the clerk that I wanted to pay full price so I could use the coupon. Went to pay with my Starbucks gift card and was told I couldnt use it because they arent Starbucks. Its OK that he kept my coupon because I wont be going back there.

Love the store. I hate the business. They sold my personal information (they say they don’t) but from the exact date I gave them my phone number I’ve gotten a thousand times more spam calls and texts than ever before in my life.

Great selection of books older and new. Great prices on selected titles and a cool game section if you are looking for the ones back in the day. Well organized and very helpful and friendly staff.

A home away from home! From the baristas to the booksellers, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great selection no matter what it is...if you cant find it, just ask. The employees will look it up for you and if they dont have it they can order it for you. Great store to go and I always check it out.

Sometimes you forget about the joy and satisfaction of walking into a bookstore, the smell of new books and the drip of coffee and this Barnes & Noble reminds you of that every time! I spend hours there!!

Barnes & Noble has quite a lot to choose from, for all different age groups. Inclusive books, to games, and in between. Theres multiple of options of everything, and its quite hard not to be pleased, if you know what type of thing you want. Barnes & Noble also is quite organized, which makes it easy, and simple to find things.

I love to go and browse. My kids love the childrens area. The whole store offers so many great things.

Pricing is sometimes high, but I love their supplemental supplies for studying, bookmarks, and digital media. They have a phenomenal supply of Harry Potter items.

Currently waiting in line. There is a long line with multiple agitated customers. The cashier continues to make conversation with the person she is helping. There should be a back up cashier for times like this. The person in front of me put a stack of books back and stormed out. I understand completely. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to check one person out.

Always enjoy shopping at Barnes and Noble. Their selection of new books is great and I love to browse.

I always love going here for the wide selection of books. This visit did not disappoint.

No complaints from my visit. They have such a wide variety of products here such as books, journals, movies, vinyl, board and card games, magazines, etc. It can be a little overwhelming with all they have but its always nice to have options. The place also seemed clean and well organized. I didnt see too many workers so it would have been nice to see more just in case a question popped up, but thats just a just in case

Still love this place. Not 5 stars because there should really be some sort of computer system that you can use to find what book(s) youre looking for. The woman at the help desk didnt seem happy to help me.

Helpful staff. A huge amount of space in the store is dedicated to topics that dont interest us, though, such as Manga and Astrology.

The store is more open, which is nice for browsing. At first I had a hard time trying to find help and the first clerk was distant, not as friendly. I continued on and finally found two very friendly, informative, ladies. Low traffic volume, easy check out.

Christmas shopping here was fun. We found a whole lot of things for folks on our list from bed sellers to bargain books, journals to craft kits. The staff was very helpful.

I love this location but theres one lady and never fails she is ALWAYS working when I come in. Short brown hair and bangs but is always rude to me and my children. Tonight was probably the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. I can only imagine how many other people she is rude to.

Very helpful couldnt find the book I was looking for at first went to customer service and she helped me find it immediately. Love the customer service

I love bookstores in general, but Barnes and nobles has won me over, I refuse to use Amazon for books, too many good stores locally are gone. I want to be able to touch and see the stuff I buy, and to have that, I have to support the local businesses. Barnes has good selection and excellent service and is a bookstore worthy of support. Its one of my favourite places to go with my daughter. She and I are both readers. They also have lots of fun games and a really cool atmosphere if you just wanna browse and enjoy a cup of coffee 😀

Even though lines were long cashiers moved them a long quickly. Friendly staff willing to help.

A clean pleasant experience. They had everything we were looking for and more.

Currently offering curbside pickup, or if going inside, ample signage/directions and sanitizer for social distancing. Enjoyed our time strolling the aisles without really encountering any large groups. Be sure to wander the entire store, as their bargain bins are scattered throughout the store.

Love this store. But with covid 19, too many people for me. Much too crowded. I guess thats a good thing.

Everything is pretty well labeled. Usually good help coming from most any employee but the last visit (on the 3rd of January, 2020) there was a woman that was extremely helpful and friendly! The name on the receipt was Maj-Ra K.Dont expect to use Starbucks gift cards here though, as theyre technically part of B&N, not the Starbucks franchise... Or so I was told by the lady that made my coffee. Nice there too, though!

I ordered Dvds from Barnes and Noble. I got it delivered. It was labeled from Walmart with a price almost $20 cheaper than what barness and noble charged me. Very disappointed. I am a member, but rethinking this for next year.

My favorite place.

Store was moved around since pandemic started in March and store is difficult to find items. They also no long bag your purchase. You have to ask for a bag and bag your own items. They dont want to touch yhe bags yet the touch your purchase. Not very happy with experience.

To say I’m disappointed in this establishment would be a disservice to people with medical conditions and a drastic understatement. Under the current order by Governor Evers, people with medical conditions such as shortness of breath are not required to wear masks. The manager here didn’t care, she isn’t following the CDC guidelines or Governor Evers. If you suffer from a medical condition that makes it hard to breathe, find your books somewhere else or order them on Amazon. I cancelled my membership the same day she told me I couldn’t shop in the store.

If you want something to read they have it.

Good collection of books, toys, and vinyls/cds. bit pricey tho

It is little confusing which you want books like I did been look for exact book for almost 30 minutes and I wish they can label which series in the list organized so wont get confuse by got wrong second or fourth book in series.

Loved their social distancing, mask wearing and hand sanitizer right at the door for when you arrive and leave. Thank you for that! I appreciate all that you are doing to keep your staff and customers safe!

Great way to spend an hour or so. Grab a coffee from Starbucks and walk around and look at the many choices of books. I like their discount section and have gotten some great books for $6 or less. Its quiet and relaxing inside to study also.

Have never been disappointed, they can always order the book and I do not mind waiting for my new favorite reads.

I love this Barnes and Noble. I have the membership card and get discounts all the time. Their clearance section is amazing and you can amuse your 10% membership discount on clearance. If they dont have a book, they will find it for you. I have not met one person that works there that hasnt been able to help me find a new good read. Their coffee shop is fantastic too!

I loved the Harry Potter selection that is now available. The store has very helpful staff and the selection is incredible. They also have an amazing kids toy, craft and activity selection. Just the perfect the store overall for any gifting needs.
