This is great place to get piercings done. Staff here are very nice and very professional and the inside of the parlor is very inviting and homey feeling. Being still fairly new to Wisconsin I didnt know what was the best place to get my ears re-pierced so naturally I searched through businesses through Google and Colts caught my eye given how many good reviews they received.I explained everything to lady at the front desk yesterday afternoon and she made note of it all for Stephen, one of the piercing techs there at the parlor, and she made me an appointment for today. I was in and out in no time with a new set of gauges and will definitely be back in 6 months to do it once more. Keep up the great work Colts!:)

Absolutely amazing workers and the inside is gorgeous! My two friends and I went to get piercings and it was the fastest service ever. They were thorough at the desk and our piercer Abby was clean, professional and calmed our nerves! I had an arm piece done by Matt Binder and I cant recommend him and the entire staff enough. To start, the facility is gorgeous. Nice, clean, new building, artfully decorated. You know its a place where artists hang out, but its the opposite of some hole-in-the-wall parlor with a single chair. Matt took my request, drew up a beautiful sketch on the spot, and made sure I was comfortable with it. As far as tattooing, the art is gorgeous and Im looking forward to wearing it forever. Matt also did a great job outlining aftercare. Even the front desk was friendly and made me feel welcome. This was only my second tattoo, so Im not a seasoned expert, but Ill absolutely be back.

My tattoo artist Carli is truly one of a kind! Ive gone to her for a few tattoos now and she is so clearly passionate about her job and it shows. Shes so easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable, always makes sure you are comfortable and doing good.The entire place is kept super clean and well maintained, the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Carli did a tattoo with me and did an amazing job! I showed her a few reference pictures and she was able to come up with the perfect tattoo for me, exactly what I had invisioned! She was very respectful ans patient through the whole process as well.

I have gotten one tattoo by Mertzy and 2 from Matt Binder when they were at the mall. I got one from Matt Binder since they have moved locations. I love all of my tattoos, they are beautiful. Kelsey is amazing, I look forward to seeing her and chatting a little every-time I go in there. The colors are vibrant, they’re flexible in design and take their time to place it correctly and ask if I like it before it is tattooed. Matt is funny, and always gives me tattoos that I absolutely love. I have gotten so many compliments on Matt’s tattoos and I always tell them to go see Matt Binder at Colt’s Timeless Tattoo’s. I also hear about people with infected tattoos a lot and that has never happened to any of my tattoos from them! One of the best Tattoo shops for sure!

2 consult appointments with Katrina, but she double booked herself and was not available with zero heads up. Now she is out and was told I would need to wait another 2 months to get in again.Not professional, Katrina clearly doesn’t care about keeping appointments.

I gotta start off and say Albert genuinely saved your reputation w me and how well this review is going to go. Albert is a badass and I am definitely going to return to have more work done by him and highly recommend him as an artist. He is very talented, has a great sense of humor which made the experience more enjoyable and fun, and he went above and beyond everything that I expected my experience w this shop would be.Realistically, the bad Im going to keep to myself because I feel that it was communication error more than anything else, but I will take a star for that.

Nothing but great things to say about Colts Timeless Tattoos. I worked with Nathan Mozuch for the last year finishing a sleeve. I came to him with a partially started tattoo from an artist elsewhere who essentially bailed on me. I had lost money, hated what was on my arm, & regretted starting it after a horrible experience overall. I simply told Nathan my ideas & he executed perfectly. Nathan was laid back, easy to work with, & he was always professional. He clearly cares about his work & does everything to make sure the client is happy while ensuring the tattoo outcome is the best he can do. He knows his stuff & his talent is out of this world. His prices are extremely fair & he NEVER missed or messed up an appointment despite having to schedule months ahead of time. I’ve worked with numerous artists at other shops for different tattoos & only had 1 bad experience. The experience with Nathan & colts timeless is by FAR the best one I’ve ever had. I would never look elsewhere at this point. Their shops are clean, professional, & every employee I’ve talked with has been friendly including the owner. I went to get the first tattoo of my life today from Colts Tattoo.. And just like any other normal person I had a tattoo decided which I wanted. I was nervous and excited. It was supposed to be on my ankle. However, very very disappointingly, I could not get the tattoo because the tattoo artist was offended by the fact that the art belonged not to him but someone else. It was more important to him that the art belonged to him. As an artist myself, i can understand the importance of this particular feeling of belongingness of the art. However, there should be an exception to this when someone elses body is involved. Priority should be given to the person who is getting something on his/her body for life.Moreover, the tattoo artist had a rude attitude which was not acceptable to me as a customer. I would still say that I respect him as an artist. But I would recommend that they connect with the person as well.

The communication is awful.This shop has ZERO understanding of customer service. I spent weeks emailing and communicating with colts wife who handles all of his communication practically begging them to give me a tattoo. My budget is $2000+ and I wanted to have a 3/4 sleeve done, but after weeks of emailing, i was told they didnt want to do the style of tattoo I was asking for... What? The inspiration photo I sent them was directly from the colts instagram page of his own work.. On the photo it says he would love to do more work like this please reach out.After weeks of slow communication from them and then being told colt didnt want my business and had no interest in doing that type of tattoo anymore, they offered to have me work with another one of their artists.. I agreed and sent additional inspiration photos. It has now been almost a full month and the shop just stopped communicating with me. They clearly dont want my business.. I honestly think I couldnt be an easier client. I have a loose idea of what I want and asked that the artist use their creative license...At this point I believe I dodged a bullet and will be happy to spend a few thousand somewhere else.

I have all of my tattoos except for 1 from Colt’s. They really make it a great environment. Colt is my favorite person to work with there. I have nothing but good things to say.

This place is lit piercings and tattoos at a very competitive price once covid is through. Youll be able to get the best ink for the cheapest price. They have experience and skill. Almost like a drive thru tattoo parlor theyre so busy. If you want it odds are theyve done it before and perfected whatever you want.

Sooooo.... i went searching online for a good tattoo artist in wisconsin when i came across carlis work and decided that she was the one for me.... i reached out to her and discussed what i was looking for (coverup), budget concerns and other questions on the work i was looking for. she responded in such a timely manner and had answered all of my questions along with some advice. i booked and was not dissapointed AT ALLshe even reached out to me the day prior to let me know that she was going to send me the tattoo design she thought would work best on the area, and i thought that that was such a professional gesture, and was much appreciated....i was nervous coming into this but she reassured me that she was going take care fo me and that she did! i will definitely be going back!!!! such a doll and professional young woman.def worth the 1.5hr drive!

I had a finger tattoo that I have absolutely hated for the past 4-5 years. I have asked several artists to do a cover up, but they all said that they couldn’t do it. Matt Binder was willing to help, and he did a beautiful coverup. I could not be happier! The shop has a wonderful atmosphere, I felt super comfortable the whole time. They have a great location at the mall upstairs and their prices are fair. My friend has gotten a few tattoos done there, and I decided to use the same artist as her. I got a fox done right above my left breast, and since my shirt wouldnt pull down to give the artist easy access, I had to remove my shirt. I used my hoodie to cover myself, and the artist was cool about it. I love my tattoo, but Im disappointed he messed up some important color on it that wouldve changed the entire feel of the tattoo.

Abby pierced my nose and she walked me through every step and was very informative and kind! I’m from Minneapolis but I will definitely make the trip back for my next piercing/tattoo!

If you want a realistic tattoo then go to Josiah. He does such an awesome job. It was a really chill environment. Albert & Gary spiced things up, too, which just made it even more memorable. Josiah is rad. Get your ink from him. You wont be sad.

I googled places to buy piercing jewelry and this place popped up. Seemed a little strange to have a tattoo shop in a mall but who am I to pass judgement on mall business places? I should just be glad there is still a mall here. As much as I love Amazon (which is a lot) sometimes you just want something immediately. Anyway, so I went there to look for a couple of piercing pieces. The girl that greeted me was super nice and helpful and I found exactly what I wanted.

Advised me to look into how finger tats look after theyre healed to make sure Im ok with the fading instead of simply scheduling me an appmnt to get the money

I cannot tell you enough great things about this company and the artists. I personally worked Carli and she just blew me away with her talents. Not only was she welcoming, but for a first timer, I felt extremely comfortable. She walked me through the whole process and answered any question, even if it was dumb, that I had. In addition, the pride this company holds in the sanitary and safety of their customers was also very impressive. Every needle was opened in front of me and things were wiped down often, I was very very impressed. I will definitely be going back to carli and this wonderful company the next time I get a tatoo. Just got my nose pierced here today! I came in because I had my nose pierced at a different place the day before and the placement was bad so I needed it redone on the opposite side. Abby was super nice, professional, and informative. She walked me through the process and explained the after care great. She is willing to follow-up wit you on your piercing via text or call 30 days after to make sure everything is ok with the new piercing. I would definitely recommend Abby for anyone looking to get a new piercing!

Clean facility, friendly, courteous staff. Went in without an appointment, and had my tongue pierced within 30 minutes, and they were busy. They will also change out your tongue ring for free. The tattoo work they have on display is amazing. Highly recommend stopping in and taking a look.

I have only ever been pierced with a gun, and after more research Ive realized that its unsanitary and less safe than getting a piercing from a professional. Going in to get four more ear piercings at Colts was sort of scary, but after being greeted with a super friendly staff - I was totally ecstatic! The atmosphere was relaxing and really made me feel safe. Plus, the actual piercing room had a lot of nice things to look at while I was getting pierced. My piercer was super kind, and the whole experience was relatively painless and super quick! I didnt even know he was finished with one ear because I expected it to take longer! But no, everything was a total breeze, and he made sure I was comfortable. Overall Im super happy with how my four new piercings turned out, and Im totally going to go back for any more piercings I want to get in the future!

Went in as as a walk in yesterday to get my dermals redone, and Abby was able to get me in right away and talk me through the process. She helped with my breathing and did such a fabulous job that I hardly even felt the initial piercing. Shes done other piercings of mine in the past and I will continue to come back as well as recommend to anyone looking for a new piercer!

I went here on one of the walk in Saturday’s, told them what I wanted and waited over 6 hours until they had a spot for me (no big deal, that’s what walk in Saturday is) I had Mertzy and as soon as I explained that I wanted to integrate a tattoo into my another one I already had.. he said, “oh, so you want to cover it up? I can’t cover it up and maybe you shouldn’t get another tattoo since you obviously regret this one up.” I said no I don’t want to cover it up I just want to add more into it, I really love the tattoo. He didn’t want to do it he didn’t think he could do what I wanted but was extremely rude and said that I should think more. I walked out after waiting 6 hours with nothing. They do good work, but that doesn’t mean they can be rude.

My mom and I did the walk in Saturday and Mertzy was our tattoo artist! He was so great! He took the time to make sure both of our tattoos were perfectly placed and he drew mine on himself. Mine looks perfect, and it is for a memorial for my aunt so it was great that he worked so hard to make it perfect. I would 100% recommend him to anyone and ill go to him for any future tattoos!!

Got a tattoo a few years back, matching one with my best friend, hers looks great, mine has always looked like junk. I was and still am so disappointed. The people are friendly and nice, my husband has had a few tattoos done there more recently, by different artists and has had better luck. I felt like the fella who did mine just didnt like it so didnt care as much?

Went here to get a simple tattoo. I have 15 tattoos and have never had any issues with any of them until I went here. The tattoo I received from Colts became infected immediately. I had to get it redone at another tattoo artist who said she cant believe it was done by a professional. Wont go here anymore.

Spontaneous walk-in and the receptionist (Angela?) -- super nice girl with a cute haircut -- was nothing but helpful and kind. Steven did a great and efficient job piercing my daith. Would recommend and be making another trip soon.

I’ve only had piercings done here, but Abby is amazing! I would highly recommend her. She is always super friendly and is very good at what she does. I had to get a dermal of mine removed due to it being very irritated, Although painful, Abby did everything to help make me as comfortable as possible and it was very quick.

My daughter has had multiple piercings done here (I personally wish she didnt have them) and the staff at Colts has always been great. Most recently my daughter had somehow let her nose piercing close. I took her back and to our delight they fixed the issue quickly and without charging us. When I asked Abby if she needed to charge us she said, Nope. Once you get a piercing here we take care of you. This was unexpected but it shows me that Colts gets it. I would recommend them to anyone.

GREAT for piercings. Never got a tattoo here but the piercer, Abby, is very nice and quick. She obviously knew what she was doing as she went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything she was doing and everything to help me take care of my piercing. Highly suggest this place as your next piercing stop.

As said in a previous review I would also give it 0 stars if I could. The customer service was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any business in my life. I went in there looking for information and I was pressured into making an appointment and I had to pay a 20 dollar deposit which at the time they did not tell me I would not be able to get the deposit back under any circumstance. The day before my appointment I called and asked about my deposit and I was told that I would not be able to get it back, so I decided to just go to the appointment. When I got there I was told that they had scheduled over my appointment so I not only did not get my deposit back, but I didnt have an appointment anymore either. They were not only very rude about the situation but also very unprofessional. During the conversation about why they had gotten rid of my appointment without me knowing, the tattoo artist, Wes told me I was just wasting his time. Colts Timeless Tattoos only wants your money they do not care about the customer at all. You will be much happier at any other tattoo shop in Wisconsin. Dont waste your time and money by going here. Take your business elsewhere.
