A bad experience turned around... a local water rep came offered our business a monthly water delivery service we tried the service out and it wasnt a good fit for us we were then billed and after going back and forth with their billing dept, Their operations manager Larry called me up, apoligized for the issues and helped me get my concerns resolved.. for me how a business deals with a problem defines the quality of the company and Larry turned my perception of premium waters around THANKS AGAIN

We get our water, cooler, cofee, and cofee maker from these folks. Drivers are polite, staff in house have always been helpful!!!! Price point is better than our former supplier...
