What a wonderful experience! Nowadays it is hard to find good customer service, that is why it was such a pleasure today to work with Heather. Heather went above and beyond in helping me choose a plant to send for a funeral service. So many times you don’t get to see what you’re actually sending. Heather was kind enough to send me photos so I could choose which plant I wanted. She made it feel like you weren’t just another order. She was thoughtful and kind. Such a pleasure to work with. Thank you Heather for your exceptional customer service, I know that they will love the plant and I appreciate the time you took in helping me.
I wanted to give this place a amazing review because they had awesome communication on Facebook. Unfortunately what I ordered vs what was delivered left me disappointed. I get it, itll never really look like the flowers in the photo...but then the whole flower bouquet didnt even look close to what I ordered.In photos attached, I chose and order purple flowers. Then unfortunately what was delivered, didnt even look close to the flowers I chose.@Flowerama since I cant reply to your respond on my review. This is my response to you.I messaged okay because when I address my concerns, the response from Flowerama was, those were the correct amount of flowers. There were no other choices of words of making my concerns right or at least trying to help me out. Flowers were not cheap! I am not blasting, I am sharing my experiences. It wasnt all bad. But my lesson learned not to order from this flower shop again.
Absolutely horrible customer service! They tried to deliver flowers to my fiance same day. I wanted the flowers to be on the porch when she got home so I paid $15 for same-day delivery. They were not delivered! They claimed that they cant leave flowers outside and they need someone to be home to get them delivered. Of course, I found out about this after the fact. So I had to go to the store and pick them up. I asked for my shipping back because it was not disclosed online that you need to be present to accept the delivery. They refused to refund the shipping even though I had to drive to go pick the flowers up. Lost a lifetime customer over a $15 delivery charge. I was harrassed by the manager, insulted. I did not feel appreciated or respected. Flowers were cute though.
They ladies at FLOWERAMA went beyond expectations and if I could give 10 Gold Stars for all their hard work, Id be doing that. Thank You Sam, Amy, and Niki. You are the Best.
I am giving them 5 stars bc they went above and beyond to make sure my flowers were delivered the same day even after their orders were done for the day. Samantha is the real reason I am giving the 5 stars bc she deserves it! she was very patient and understanding with me and called the first driver who delivers and she didnt pickup and then called another one who actually picked up her phone and I also want to give a HUGE thank you to Haley as well for coming back to the store to deliver the flowers to my wife thanks again to the staff at Flowerama.
ORDER FROM FLOWERAMA IF YOU WANT THE VERY BEST.I cant find enough words to explain how absolutely WONDERFUL it was to have found a business that actually sees people not dollars (they understand are humans with feelings and emotions and they treat customers as so by the way they went above and beyond what I expected being almost 50 years old that obviously used many (many) types of normal businesses including ordering flowers twice every year for Mothers day and her birthday day, I always thought there is no other choice than to hope for good flowers, having to settle for whatever the most loved person in my life ended up with.Of course being polite she always told me how pretty they are, as soon as they arrived shed call and describe the colors and the number of roses since flowers that are ordered sight unseen can result in paying for 12, 18, or 36 roses and often it appears with place you ordered from can not count, Ive even ordered and paid full price only to get 11 out of the 18 roses not even sending any vase when I expected to get what I paid for especially when it was a special vase I paid extra for. On the occasions I was not able to see them myself later that day or the next, I started calling those that were likely to have seen them obviously they gave me the sad details, most often were negative but I knew they were truthful since each I called described the exact same thing. Then my calling where they were ordered from would in been given a round around starting with call back in a few days - let me tell you when there are less roses (if you can call the pile of petals that arrive a flower since they have a rose center, on a dried out leafless brown stick - not what I call a stem arent they suppose to be green).NOT with my order from FLOWERAMA, they were absoultlythe most beautiful roses I have ever seen, the colors were very pretty, the open roses are seriously the biggest ever seen my me, her and everyone else that seen them said. When they were personally hand delivered to my mom, that she said they must weigh close to 45lbs, when I picked them up I was pleasantly surprised. I do not know any other word then OUTSTANDING roses, EXCEPTIONAL business, SUPERIOR management.If I could I would shout my praise from the rooftop so everyone can hear, not just all of the many people I personally recommended Flowerama in the Appleton and Green bay WI area to. Knowing they all will pass the word to those they know. I personally need to thank Kyle the Owner and his sister Shelby the Florist Designer from my heart and soul, they are the very best and went out of their way to help with the issue I had and made me proud to gift my special Mom with the most beautiful roses. It helped to ease the grief of recently losing her only son, not so long after the death of her husband (our Dad), I am the only one she has now. Called on a Friday night to have flowers delivered for a friend’s first grandchild congrats. Told them they were the experts. My friend texted to thank me so much. The flowers arrived and they were absolutely beautiful. The best part is they are do pretty they make her smile every time she looks at them. That to me is worth millions as she has had some rough times during the pandemic professionally as well as losing a parent due to Covid. Thank you so much to Flowerama. You have never disappointed me, but this time just absolutely nailed it.

This business doesnt even deserve the one star I gave it.I paid $70 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my Boss for her birthday. What she received was worth not even 7 cents. How embarrassing for me. But this is way more embarrassing for you, Flowerama.You should be ashamed of yourselves. You are what puts local businesses out of business.
Flowerama made our 25th wedding anniversary the best! I came to them with an idea and they were off & running. They were gracious enough to let us take pictures and video of them delivering 25 dozen roses to my LOVELY BRIDE! She was Sooooooo surprised. THANK YOU FLOWERAMA!!!
I stopped in last week to pick up flowers for a friend who is very ill from Covid. I pick out a plant and when I went to pay for it I could not believe none of the employees were wearing masks. There was not a barrier of any kind between myself and the employee who was going to check me out. She walked right up to me. What is wrong with these people? I will never shop these again.
We had the Birthday Wishes Flower Cake delivered to my grandmother for her birthday. We placed the order a day prior to her birthday and they were able to fulfill and deliver in less than 24 hours. Were so impressed! The individual who delivered even took the time to ensure the order was placed exactly where it was intended (apartment complex) and not just left outside the building. The arrangement itself is fresh and beautiful! Thank you! We will be ordering from your business again!
I used Flowerama for my wedding bouquets and boutonnieres in November. They did such a wonderful job putting it all together. We discussed what flowers I was interested in having but I had a very open mind. I LOVED the colors and flowers they chose. I am so happy with the work Katie and her staff did. I could not speak more highly of Flowerama.
Stopped to pick up flowers for Valentine’s Day. Was able look at multiple different bouquets at different price points - decided on a bouquet of unique purple/pink roses with vase for about $70. The price of flowers, specifically roses, always bothers me. However, the quality of the flowers and how happy my girlfriend was to receive them, makes it worth the cost. Checkout line was quick for a busy holiday. Cashiers were friendly and packed the flowers well to protect them from the cold.
I just wanted to share my experience and why I always go somewhere else for flowers. It was our 5th year anniversary a few years ago and we went out of town. I arranged for flowers to be delivered to surprise my wife when we returned home from our trip. I gave instructions that they needed to call first to make sure my parents, who were watching the house would be around. Flowerama did not follow the instructions. They did not call but left a note that we missed them. How disappointing. I went back to talk to them about it but they made excuses. They gave me a refund for the flowers but not the $5 delivery fee. I said but you never delivered the flowers nor did you follow the instructions. They didnt care. Even when I said I would never be back. It is now a few years later and they have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars because they had to keep their $5 bucks. They did nothing to make it right. So they lost.
Initially I was going to stop at Pick N Save to grab a few roses to lay at the cemetery but saw that Flowerama was open so I chose to come here instead - and I am glad I did!! I told the woman who answered the phone what I was looking to accomplish and she told me the price, which I was fine with. But then she proceeded to say for the same price I could get a cute little bouquet then just pull some flowers out and keep the rest for me. Thats awesome customer service and someone whose genuinely looking out for their customers best interest - great job!!!

Did flowers for my husband funeral on short notice, made good suggestions the flowers turned out beautifully.Sent flowers to my daughters work with a box of candy made her day better after losing her father. Most other places you pay a lot and get very little.

Tried to have flowers delivered to wife at work. I told them she works 9 to 430. Her job opens at 9 am and they going to deliver the flowers before the company opens and only offers chocolates to make up for it. I paid 121.00 for this service.

Called yesterday to get flowers for my fiances mothers funeral. The lady I spoke with on the phone was great, said she would mark us down as first drop off because of the time issue. Confirmed for me the flowers would be only blue and white and then we ordered a dark red rose as well.However, today has been a complete mess. They were supposed to be here between 930 and 10am. Called at 1020, they employee said Oh sorry it does say first drop off here, but we didnt notice. Then she said she would call the driver and get the flowers here in the next 20 mins. Almost 30 mins later our flowers get here.They are blue, white and PURPLE. Also, the we got a single WHITE rose instead of dark red.I called again, and asked for more blue flowers like there should have been (we took out the purple) and a dark red rose.I just spoke with them again and they told me there was nothing they could do about the blue flowers. They could send the driver here with a dark red rose later but she wasnt sure when that would be.She did not seem apologetic and tried to put the blame on other employees. This may seem like a small thing to them, but after the week we have had, we just wanted something to go right.Now, we have to run around town and hopefully find the correct flowers in time before the funeral.Oh, and we wasted our time and $118.Thanks for nothing, Flowerama. You can be sure I will never go to you and will tell everyone about this.
My husband bought me a beautiful orchid for Mothers Day from Flowerama. Unfortunately, it was knocked over on my screen porch from the wind in a storm last week. Both stems broke and the pot shattered. I brought my sad looking orchid in today expecting to purchase a new pot (these are thick, expensive looking pots) and to hopefully hear good news about the stems. Instead, I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and approached by a cheerful employee. First, she let me pick out a brand new pot at no cost to me. Then, she explained to me how to care for my wounded flower and snipped the broken stems off. She was very knowledgeable and kind. As we were about to leave, she made my daughters day by giving her a rose. Thank you Flowerama! You have a life long customer.

Stopped in yesterday morning (Saturday) to pick up some flowers and both employees were maskless during a pandemic. There is a statewide mask mandate and I will be calling the local health department. Im at high risk for covid complications. I will not be supporting this business any longer. I had to ask the employee to wear a mask while checking me out and the other employee remained maskless. Says open until 8pm thats a lie! Employees look doors early. Here at 750pm tonight and the employees shock their head at me when I was at the locked door.
I called to ask if it was too late to have a delivery done and was pretty rudely told uh,YES it is. I tried to ask another question and was hung up on. Will never call again.
Time and time again I have gone through Flowerama and they have always given exceptional service and the flowers always come out gorgeous.
Ordered a dozen red roses and 1 extra white roses for my wife. 13 year anniversary. They were delivered on time but was shorted 1 red rose. They said they must have gotten confused with the order, even though they charged for the extra rose. They did say I could stop by the store and pick up the missing rose...Will not repeat as a customer. It was a simple order screwed up on a very important day.

Just spoke with someone on the phone about setting up an appontment for a wedding consultation. I was told that I should look at the wedding flyer first. I said that I was out of town and was told that I should stop in next time Im in town to pick up a flyer. Just an initial reaction, but this seems very unprofessional. Do you not want my business? Why not send me some informaiton?
We have bought flowers from Flowerrama for years and years and the florist were very courteous and knowledgeable. BUT... we were very disappointed in their Appleton, WI store. We had a sudden death in the family and ordered flowers. They told us we had until Thursday to pay for the flowers, took my name and number. We went to pay for the flowers on Wednesday and they couldnt find our order. They called the manager of the store and informed us that they THREW THE ORDER AWAY!!!! They also informed us that they couldnt fill our order at that point because it was too short of notice. They never called us to confirm the fact or to ask if we still wanted the flowers regardless of the fact that they had two phone numbers for us. We are now stuck with a mess of having to order flowers the day before the funeral.......THANK YOU Copps in Appleton for helping us with this.

WOW!! I have never been more unhappy or mistreated by a business in my life!! I ordered $80 worth of flowers to be sent to my girlfriend on 2/14/12 and the arrived in the morning as promised. She did not seem to thrilled by them so i asked for a pic to discover that many of the roses were brown and wilting to the point of looking dead... Happy vday sweetheart here is some dead roses! Man let me tell you i scored big with this...not.. So i called them to ask for some help and i was told first of all by Amy i was incorrect they wouldnt of sent dead flowers! Then that if my girlfriend would drive them there they may replace them...I asked for the Manager and she refused to speak to me! So i called Corporate in hopes of making her day great but no such luck i was told that its busy and they could send more a different day.. Enough said they lost a guest for life!
