After the company that made our crib went out of business, Pete was able to find a similar part, paint it white to match our crib, and gave it to us free of charge. Thank you so much for accommodating our needs! We appreciate your help with tracking down the part we needed.

This is by far my favorite store I’ve shopped at in 2020! I searched for a dresser and crib that was free of harmful chemicals and no one had stock, except the Lullabye Shop. I drove from MN to WI to pick it up and they were very helpful in getting it loaded in my vehicle. They graciously accommodated a color change once I arrived (as I purchased online without seeing it). They even stayed a bit later to help me load it as I had to rent a trailer from across the street because the crib wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. Unfortunately when I got home I realized that the dresser they sent was the wrong color. Not a problem, they actually offered to drive it to us promptly and take the other one back with them. Every interaction with them, from selection to pickup, was filled with great customer service and a truly helpful nature. I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Everybody is super friendly and knowledgeable and we had a great experience. I am so happy that we found a local store who offers such nice furniture and baby stuff that you cannot find at Target. 5 stars all around

Edit: I received a phone call today from Steve, who apologized for not wearing a mask and for the other issues described below. I feel that it was a sincere apology and greatly appreciate the effort he put into making things right. I have changed the star rating to reflect that and how our other experiences with the Lullabye shop have been wonderful and pleasant. We will definitely continue shopping here and hope others do the same.If we never had to deal with Steve, this would be a five star review. My husband and I have three crib/dresser sets and five car seats from the Lullabye shop, and are very happy with the quality of the products we have received, and the customer service we have received from most of the employees there. However, every interaction with Steve has been awful. He has significantly ruined every experience and our interaction today finally led me to leave this review. His unsolicited advice is exhausting and insulting. Every single time he has been in our house, he argues with me on where to place the furniture. When choosing our furniture, he argues on the style and color we should buy. Today, during a pandemic, he had the audacity to come into our home, use our bathroom, not wear a mask, enter almost every room in our house, follow us around as we were trying to keep our distance, and then once again argue on where we should store our furniture. If you are entering the homes of pregnant women who are at high risk of complications due to infection, at least pretend to care. We will not be making any further purchases at the Lullabye shop if Steve is the person we have to deal with.

My husband are expecting twins and we’re hoping to utilize the lullaby shop for a stroller we had done research on. When we arrived today we found the city select stroller we were looking at online and wanted more details about compatible car seats. The salesman that helped us did not acknowledge our direct question in regards to compatible car seats and took us to show us the Britax car seat. We appreciated the fact that he educated us on a different car seat however we had already done some research on car seats and were looking at a graco car seat. And simply there to confirm their compatibility. This gentleman stated several times that he thought it would be better if we went to target or Walmart as they were “more our price range” and that britax was the only “high performance car seat made in the US” ultimately we walked away without purchasing anything and will likely never be back. Very disappointed in the customer service we received and will discourage expecting friends and family from utilizing their store.

Absolutely incredible experience! Stopped into Lullabye Shop today (a Sunday afternoon). Dave, the owner, was super knowledgeable and offered a lot of great advice on car seats. I am pregnant with triplets and he was more than happy to help me find the best products for our little gang! Was also super happy to hear that they offer a discount for customers with/expecting twins, triplets and other multiples. Overall: excellent, friendly service, great variety, and an amazing family business you can feel good about supporting.

The Lullabye shop has a lot of great quality baby and toddler items-so nice to have this store in the valley! We were torn on which set to buy and had visited the store many times as we were trying to narrow our selection; each time we were assisted with helpful and honest advice. We finally decided on a nursery set and although we had found the full set a little cheaper at a larger retailer outside of Appleton they were able to work with us to match their price! Happy to shop local and support a small business- especially when they have competitive prices and helpful service!

We bought a crib, dresser, and travel system here and we were so impressed with the service provided. The staff was extremely knowledgeable! As first time parents, picking out travel systems can be overwhelming but they made the process easy. We were very happy with the products and the customer service.

My husband and I went here the other week and we were helped by a man who puts together the furniture. He was great and helped us pick out then crib and dresser we wanted. We came back today to buy everything and we were helped by Steve. We had the WORST experience. I told him which pieces I wanted and he asked what color. When I said white he asked me why I would want white. I told him thats just what we want. He then proceeded to ask what if you have a boy? I told him we were having a boy. He then laughed and asked if we were going to name our boy Sue and what we are going to do when he is older because no one wants white furniture. We were both so insulted by these comments and will be doing our business elsewhere.

They made the process of choosing an infant car seat/ travel system very easy. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Maybe we just got lucky and hit a sale, but their price was less than Target, Babies R Us and Amazon.

Great service from the time we walked into the store. Dave and his staff helped answer a lot of our questions as we planned our nursery. We never felt pressured while making our decisions. Although the furniture sets can get a tad pricey... it is all quality materials. Got everything delivered and set up by staff within the time frame we were given when we first ordered. Happy to support this local business and will continue to reference friends here

Very very knowledgeable. Being a first time parent I have no idea what I am doing. They were able to explain everything from cribs to how to fold up one of those God damn baby strollers. You dont get this kind of help anywhere else but a home grown family business. Very happy we spent a little more here. Life time warranty and they are very committed to making sure you are happy.

The owner along with his sons were extremely helpful. We ordered our whole crib set after spending hours looking around and asking questions, which they had no problem answering. They have even helped load up our bassinet in the vehicle when we came back another time. I am extremely happy with our furniture and its nice to find quality rather than your cheap furniture that you can get at your big box stores. The only issue we had was part of our order was lost during shipping but was completely out of their hands. Some people would probably drop a star for something out of the stores control but things happen. We ended up getting everything we ordered and they had delivered and set up everything quickly and we couldnt be happier. Will definitely recommend Lullabye Shop to anyone looking for quality furniture!

We had a great experience here! Loved all the insight everyone had, and we learned a lot. Great place especially for a first time mom!

Happy with the crib purchase itself. However, we were very unhappy with the service we received. We were told that we would get our crib delivered to our hometown within a few weeks. We never so much as received a call about it. We finally drive an hour and a half after a month of waiting for some information about it and they didnt even help my husband load it into the car. Poor service for the money we spent.

Staff is always willing to help and explain items. Great customer service and selection.
