I wouldnt even give this shop one star if I could, very un-professional and doesnt even care about your safety after the work was done, took the car to another shop not even 48 hrs later because they were to busy at that time and to have something else look at and possible fix and to find out there was a bunch of issue that should of been told about for safety reasons and fixed. I call to talk to them and was given a bunch excuses. After spending a few thousands of dollars for the work that was done. The work they did and didnt address could of been life threatening down the road.if i wasnt notified by the other shop.. Im just happy they were to busy and I took it to another shop to find out the poor work they did and now more money out of my pocket for something that should of been correctly done the first time. The life lessons you learn for dishonest people because we hope most people are more honest then trying to deceive you.

Ninson was awesome, customer service definitely on point. He was able to get us in and really dive in and fix the problem we had with our car. Weve had a reoccurring problem with our alternator and battery. After visiting many other mechanics but the car still breaking down, Ninson was able to find the real cause of why the alternator and battery wasnt working well. Honestly we feel so safe and worried-free in our car now. Truly amazing.

Fair prices and great service!!

I went to more than 3 different places to know whats needed to fix my car transmission and non of them knew whats the problem to begin with, but when I went to Unity Auto they inspected it and figured out the problem and fixed it right away. Since then I always repair my car at their place. Honest high Quality work for very reasonable price and fixing in timely manner.

I had read really good reviews on this shop but was highly disappointed. After making an appointment, it still took 2 weeks to get the job done. There were several wrong parts ordered, the communication was not great. Eventually the heater was fixed, we were happy, then suddenly the blower stops working. When I called about it he wanted me to make an appointment because they were too busy. I feel I should have been a priority because I had waited so long in the past.

I’ve been going to Unity Auto for years and could not speak more highly of Ninson and all of his mechanics that work here. Extremely professional. They truly care about you here as a customer, always honest and upfront about what work you need done.

My 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 has dual exhaust and both the pipes broke off and Unity Auto were able to weld them back together nicely. Honest price and great customer service.

Great experience! I have been to other car shops and all they did was telling me how crappy my car was and tried to convince me to spend thousands of dollars to fix unnecessary problems. Unity is different!! Ninsson is honest and trustworthy. He always thinks from customers views and helped me save a lot of money. You may notice his shop is not as fancy as the others, and thats because Ninsson focuses on more important thing--fixing your car. Strongly recommend!

Took an extra day to finish on my car but they were very open, honest, and didnt charge anymore then the estimate for the repair.

They were so helpful after I got my car towed by Reckers next door and fixed the battery within one day! Kept me updated on their progress via phone which helped a lot.

Best in the valley when it come to customer service and honesty. Will save you the dollar where and when needed.
