D&D really helped me out after I wrecked my car. They handled the salvage, which saved me a lot of time and worry.While I hope to never be in that situation again, Id recommend D&D. Be straight with them and theyll treat you right.

Been parked there for half an hour while the driver shops with lots of parking spots available. Real professional look you got there D and D. Remind me to use a company with actual respect. If they do this publicly without shame, how do they treat your car when nobody is looking?

My experience with D&D Auto was nothing short of amazing. I never write reviews but feel this place really deserves the recognition! Employees went above and beyond to help me out when I broke down away from home. Mechanic was VERY transparent and honest, said he wasnt in the business of ripping people off and was just a truly trustworthy guy! The man that towed us was very nice and personable, and after explaining my situation offered a great discount for the tow. Would absolutely recommend their services!

Everytime D & D has done work on one of my vehicles they have been HONEST with me about any repair. I have had some winter beaters that they have kept running without doing anything that wasnt needed. They have always been accommodating and quick. I would enthusiasticly recommend D & D for any towing or repair. They are AWESOME!

This is a great company if you need to work done on your car. They dont low ball you and give accurate quotes on how much anything would cost. I have gotten a lot work done on my truck and only trust them to do any type of work on my vehicles.

I left a doctor’s appointment with my four-month old twins to find my front tire flat and sitting on its rim. Imagine babies an hour past their nap time, after having their shots, a flat tire, and a spare tire that I can’t access because the safety lock was rusted.Scott was there within 10 minutes of calling, got me to a mechanic, and I was on my way with a repaired vehicle by the end of the day. Outstanding service!

My Dodge Charger broke down really late at night I work graveyard shift and I was on my way to work at 11 being a mechanic my self did not help i am x diesel mechanic going to Oshkosh I had a blowout but the tire that blew out knocked off my gas tank filler tube I poured gas all over the road and I was stranded in between Appleton and Oshkosh I Googled on my phone the closest towing place and indeed I found D&D Towing they picked up on the 3rd ring and within a half an hour they were there at my location very fast do professional very clean truck clean uniform he was the owner his name is Scott he towed my car to his shop I continue to go to work by the following day my car was ready with new tires and a new gas tank filler hose so I give them all stars Scott and his son pulled it off then 24 hours I had my car back and life goes on like it never happened so thank you D&D Towing & Auto Repair good friendly family service just like in the old days😊😊😊

If your car gets towed at 7:45am they charge $273.00 in fees. This is crazy. My car was only there for less than 12 hrs. The worst customer service ever. Very rude. And my laptop is missing. Doubt ill get it back. I recommend you contact better business bureau file a complaint. If they get enough complaints theyll get shut down and have to pay part of the money they steal from people back.

Spoke with the first person that answered the phone and they were very rude. I was calling around to see my options and told them I would call back. I was told I needed to make my decision fast since they were at peak time...poor customer service skills. Ultimately I did not call back and took my business to Reckers towing and will continue to do so.

If I could give them a negative, I would!!! My sons car was towed by them after a storm towing ban, and held for ransom. I was quoted $273 with a daily charge for letting it sit there, of $40+!!! They refused to let me pay over the phone with a credit card; demanded cash. I couldnt get out to where they are in time, because we couldnt track down who had it. And there was no attempt to contact him. He thought it was stolen! They need to understand the story of Marshall Fields...Give the lady what she wants aka The customer is always right. It was distressing enough not knowing where his car was, then only to track it down and be told I wasnt allowed to pay them! And all the while sarcastically quoting state laws. HORRIBLE people!!!

I had to be towed due to a bad alternator. They diagnosed the problem, called with the cost, got the parts and stayed late to get it fixed so I could get back on the road that same day! They even checked my all my lights, air in tires, topped off all fluids, gave my car the full once over to ensure no further issues. The Service and Workmanship was exceptional. Thank you Scott, Jeremy and crew! Highly recommend! Phenominal!

Not from the Appleton area. Our car broke a brake line and had to be towed. They do good work at a fair price. My son is attend college in Appleton. Nice to know we can get good old fashion service. Very honest and up front about the repairs and cost.

Scott and his team offer excellent service with competitive best pricing. The service I had was friendly, and the maintenance was great. They even have a oil change reward card!

These guys should be called Bill Padding Express. I have never experienced such a horrible company that pads the bill as bad as these dinks... (not to mention the horrible customer service) these guys are outright criminals...They would be a great suggestion to somebody you really dont like... the ultimate revenge. I think Chevy Chase experienced these guys in the movie Vacation.$40 for tarp service ( no tarp seen) $75 curb service( ????)  total bill $400 to tow a car 5 miles. + charged me two days for the the car to be in the lot, yet it was there 11 hours.Choose somebody else or youll be sorry.

Could never recommend this company. They have given multiple customers who want an invoice a hard time, to the point of being rude and saying customers should know they would have to ask for that ahead of time if they were going to need it. With the multiple other companies I have dealt over the years, an ivoice is standard. And most people would not realize this is not automatic. Why not have your drivers ask your customers if they will be needing an invoice for insurance or other purposes? Simple solution, but obviously too much work for this company.

The Owner Scott does not have soft skills, nor any care for his clients. As a Manager for an Insurance Agency, I was horrified with Scotts demeanor and blatant refusal to answer a towing inquiry. Our insured came in with a tow bill and we reached out to Scott to provide us more information. Scott refused to provide us an original copy of the tow bill, citing there is a 60.00 hourly charge to locate a receipt. In other words, he doesnt keep records.However, according to Scott, its perfectly acceptable, for the ENTIRE credit card including Expiration and 3 digit security code to be baked into the carbon receipt. In other words, an identity thiefs goldmine. It is also acceptable for the receipt to have the wrong date on it - an entire year off.Scott takes zero accountability for his actions, and has 1,000 excuses for providing poor customer service. Scott was very rude and unprofessional. I ended up telling Scott to have a good day and I disconnected the call.Im sure this guy will be happy to provide anyone a tow. I am also certain this guy will not hold himself or his employees accountable when someone gets their identity stolen. Or when a tow is done incorrectly and someones car gets damaged.

Dont do business with this company. My car broke down D&D was the closest towing company as I was not from the area. The driver couldnt recommend a repair shop so I had them take to the closest shop. The shop didnt call me and when I called to find out where my car was delivered to they couldnt tell me. The level of incompetence was amazing. I have never received such poor service over a simple question over where my car was delivered. It took me a whole day to figure where my car was taken; it should have taken five seconds.

Fee after fee after fee. They say they are open 24hrs... This is a lie!! By that they mean charge extra for after hours towing. Then nickel and dime you when you get your vehicle. Just have a straight price and cut the bull crap. There is a lot if towing companies. I would suggest using somebody else.

Called for a tow late at night. Driver showed up in a very reasonable time frame. Friendly personel and at an affordable rate.

My first experience with this company was with my Pontiac Sunfire. The temperature gauge spiked, it turned out to be a bubble caught in my coolant. I was only charged towing. My second and third times was with my Honda Civic. My alternator and battery were both dead. They towed me and though they don’t normally work on foreign cars, they found a new alternator for me, while I had provided the battery. The very next day, my alternator shorted, killing my battery as well. Was towed once more, and wasn’t charged for the new alternator or battery, only for the tow and labor. Although costly, they provided me with a slight discounted price for the trouble. I have not had any issues since. The staff is easy to chat with, and this company is my preferred auto-shop and towing service. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.P.s. It seems that John Fischer below me had an isolated incident. John, I am not part of the family, nor am I a family friend. The 5 stars is genuine, and I recommend you give them another chance.

Called to get my car towed. Tow truck was there in less then 15-20mins not even. Everyone i spoke with was very nice. I would go to them if i had to get my car towed ever again.

Their prices were well within line. They were kind and courteous in doing my repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

These people are absolute crooks. They steal personal belongings out of cars. They also lie about their towing policies. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I was involved in a car accident on on march 21 2017. The tow truck driver who came was nice he told me there is no charge for the tow. He gave me a business card with there address on it and that was that. No paper work receipt. This accident occurred about 4 miles from my house. Or one mile to there shop. So he took my car to there shop. A few hours later maybe 5 hours. I left something in my car and needed to get it. So I walked in and met a guy who I guess is the owner of the company. He would not let me grab my item. By law he says Im not allowed to touch my car. He says to me only if its for medication. Well it was for medication. When I told him yes it is for medication. He looked surprised and kinda let out a sigh. I did end up with my lock box and medication inside it. I then asked him how does this work how long can I keep my car here and that Im not being charged. He instantly said the tow here is $150.00 and $40 a day to keep it here. I was very shocked thinking ok no charge. I told him that your driver told me there is no charge. He left for a moment and came back and said that his driver assumed I had full coverage insurance. Which I dont. Apparently if I had full coverage my insurance would of paid for it. Again no receipt no paperwork telling me the fees. I got pretty upset being surprised like that. I dont have money to keep it there at $40 a day so I said I want it back to my house. He charged me another $100 to tow it. I said if your driver didnt assume I had full coverage I would of had you tow it the 4 miles to my house. So with tax it costed me $304.50 for a 5 mile tow. They are scam artists STAY AWAY . D&D 24HR TOWING 2121 e Glendale ave Appleton. The owner is rude arrogant and a con artist. $305 for a total of 25 min both ways and sitting in his junk yard for 5 hours. Wow takes me a long time to make $305 he made that by ripping me OFF.

They took good care of my old car on there modern fat bed service at a good price

Do not deal with these people they are absolute Crux do not know how to work a credit card machine will steal your vehicle and not tell you where theyre taking it then hang up on you when you call them the drivers are rude I would never use this company the owner and every one of its employees should be ashamed to drive a truck that says D & D 24-hour towing

While other towing places in the area I called turned down my request to put a lowered Integra on a flatbed, D and D Automotive did not hesitate. They were very reasonable and the driver was professional in both getting the car in tow and doing so in a timely manner.

I commissioned d and d towing to help me out with a towe in hopes they were a truthful company but was completely shocked by what happened with them. I asked for their service to help my car out of a tiny ditch and they said it would be a quick simple job, giving the notion that it wouldnt be an expensive jpb, actually saying so also. So not only did they charge me $150 for the 1 mile towe, but charged me another $150 because it was in a small ditch.. then on top of that, they charged me another $140 for minor miscellaneous fees and another $30 a day for placement in their yard.. all of which was charged to me without my consent! If they would have told me it would be nearly $500 for a $100 job, I would have taken my business elseware! I have never worked with such a deceiving company before and I have time Warner cable. I hope with this review, that I can articulate to people how truly deceitful and dissatisfying this business is. Please take your business elsewhere. This business is not the business for your car care needs!

After my motorcycle broke down they towed me back to their shop and had repairs done at a low cost. Professional and knowlegeable crew.

Friendly customer service. Tow truck guy called me 20 minutes after I made the call indicating that he was going to be a little late because he was finishing up with another customer (took him about 30 minutes to get to me). When he arrived, he apologize and jump right into getting my keys out of the car. Asked him about when theyre going to process the payment and he said usually on the same day or next business day (called him on a Friday). Looked online at my bank statement Saturday night and notice there was 2 charges of $47.25. Called D&D and asked why I was charged 2 times and the guy on the phone said to call back on Monday to see if it went through twice. I waited a few more days and noticed that it did go through twice; however saw two transaction that they had deposited $47.25 and then took it out again? Not really sure what happened on their end.
