The team at Fabel was extremely professional, had a seamless transition from estimate to vehicle pick up. They were in communication during the entire process and finished 3 days ahead of the estimated time. The vehicle came back looking brand new and even had the interior vacuumed and cleaned. I scraped the entire right side of my car along a small rock wall during an Uber ride and they took care of it. I feel like my car feels as tough its in better shape then it was before I left it. They even took care of a scratch that had nothing to do with the accident since it was near the spot that needed to be repaired.

Super friendly and understanding staff. First rate quality workmanship. Good turnaround time. If you need anything done with your re recational vehicle, from body work to mechanical to wash and wax. They even polish the aluminum rims.

First ever accident and decided to go here for the repairs. As a 20 year old female, body shops are usually intimidating but Kimberly made the experience so simple and stress-free. I hope I never have another accident but if I do I know where I’ll go!

This is a great business! I was introduced to them by coincidence. I happened to break down about a mile down the road from their W. Prospect location, so I pulled in to see if I could get on the schedule.They sat me down in there new air-conditioned waiting room, gave me a free soda, (HOT DAY) and took an immediate look. I thought that with a facility like this, this will be pricey, but ten minutes later they sent me on my way with a temporary fix, (until parts could be ordered), at ..... NO CHARGE??!!I could not believe it either ... not even for the soda. Once the part came in, I brought the car back and got it done right for about half the price I was expecting. They even washed and vacuumed my car!This is a very friendly, and efficient operation focused on the customer. What a nice change of pace in todays corporate greed world!

I cannot say enough nice things about everyone I worked with and the work they did. I am super super happy. I plan on having more work done in the future. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I gave the one star review because I saw first hand how you take care of customers cars. Here is an example. Phil (area sales) locked the customers keys in a black Jeep Wrangler and was using a hanger in an attempt to unlock it. In doing so he damaged the paint on the A pillar. The customer was already on the way from out of town to pick up the Jeep so Chuck (the manager) decided to touch up the Jeep instead of properly fixing the damaged area. They do not treat your car as if it were their own. They collect paychecks and that’s all that matters. For being in the business 30+ years Chuck it’s unacceptable. If you get your car worked on make sure Chuck and the boys aren’t caving an paving your vehicles and cutting corners like I witnessed.

Honestly, your best bet for professional, honest, straight-forward service at an affordable rate. They take care of you like family. The best autobody location in all of the valley.

Phil was very helpful and informative. The addition of Chuck is also a huge boost for the Fabel team!
