Great store with Excellent pandemic precautions. The staff is tremendously helpful & the items are fantastic. I quite enjoy that the clothes are sorted by size & into mens & womens sections. Also if youre into good deals then look into The Super Savers Club & you will get superb discounts on any items you wish to purchase at all stores. Highly recommended!

Cant shop here anymore. I loved the selection, the deals, the incentives program, and community benefit this store provided. Due to COVID they decided to completely remove their dressing rooms. I cant buy clothes without trying them on. I live 30 minutes away so I cant easily take them home to try on. And even if I do that, they dont take returns, only exchanges, so I end up in a never ending loop of bringing home things that dont fit and coming back. I have to just call it and stop coming here. I am pretty bummed about that. I hope they change it sometime soon before I officially find a good replacement store.

I dropped items off to deliver and he was rude! I have always worked in customer service in some way. Whether in person or on the the phone! I dont care if you hate your job but a hi and thank you is basic human skills. He was rude from the beginning but I continued to b nice and said thank you and he just slammed the door. Hire better people!!

Very overpriced. Make sure you check everything thoroughly for damage or missing pieces. Last visit the clothing area had a heavy stench of urine.

More expansive than Goodwill even.Not a Mans shirt under $4.99? Really some of us cant afford those high prices& with everything going up like that we will need better pay for those working and those on SSI or Diability.Make me want to tell people about my Applevalley Store.

Was alright, they really should accommodate American Express; for payment. After all; this is a donation ran thrift store and the percentage on it really is not that bad considering not that many people would be charging. Maybe have a minimum sales for CC transactions or something. I was super disappointed when I went to check out and got turned down after I was shopping for 2 hours. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Their headline for their clothing policy is EXTREMELY misleading. The fittings rooms are closed due to Covid (which I get) and was told I could bring it home to try them on. They didn’t fit so I brought them back and told me I couldn’t return the unless I did an exchange, I had no interest and wanted a to do a return which they didn’t accept. Manager was incredibly rude and called me “sweetheart, the signs are posted everywhere” in which they really weren’t, the signs that were actually posted were in very tiny writing. Again the manager was incredibly rude and won’t be shopping here again unless their business model improves. Don’t shop at this place.

I was in last week and saw 4 people without masks. I know it isnt right to assume retail workers who make less than a living wage be mask police, BUT thats why there is management. I severely question the management and line of power in this establishment if they cannot uphold a state mandate. And as someone who also works in retail during this global pandemic, I expect more from a cooperation of this scale.

My husband and I love Savers. We often find brands name with tags still on! My husband has at least eight Tommie Bahama shirts all of which had tags still on. I am an ELL teaching and have found all of my teaching materials at Savers! The store is organized and the staff is fun!

Very frustrated and disappointed in this store. I dont always trust the web sites to be up to date (for hours, donation deatils, etc) so I tried calling...no one ever answered. I then emailed the manager listed on the web site, using the link provided. I was pleased to receive a response w/in MINTUES. I asked if they were taking love seats (NOT something I want to load up and drive there, if not). The answer was YES, but when I get to the store, they said no. I showed them the email and they just shrugged and said, they are not taking love seats right now. POOR reflection on the company when the mgt and team members are NOT on the same page!! I lost a lot of respect for this organization and wont ever go back. And Ill recommend that to anyone who asks me.

I used to Love this place, I go in yesterday and everything is triple the price of any other 2nd hand store!$12.99 for a food processor from the 70s!$15.99 for a popcorn air-popper thats over 30 years old!$19.99 for a used Renaissance clay goblet from 2008!$20 for a broken doll!Someone working there has lost their Damn mind!

Very organized! I used to go to the one in Bloomington that closed and that one was always a disaster. This one is a little smaller but way more organized. I can still spend 3 hours looking through everything.

We mainly went for cups and bowls, but I still had a fun time when I failed trying to scare my dad.

Employees are always friendly and helpful, I love coming here whenever I can because they always have new stuff. The only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars is because the store could be layed out a little nicer, it’s kinda hard to manuver with a cart. One of the nicest thrift stores I’ve been too.

Great place to find treasures

Many overpriced items. It’s a hit or miss if you will find a good deal. Employees are clueless about not blocking those shopping and at times make it nearly impossible to navigate the store. I shop here every so often hoping it will be different but so far it’s been the same. I have actually left because of the clueless employees.

Love this place. Especially on sale days, even with the chaos the staff stays professional and on top of things.

Pricing is too high, not very clean store

Several times I have gone to this store and have come home to find items missing. Sometimes I am charged for them, sometimes not. I’m not sure what’s happening, but the cashiers are usually slow and clumsy. I’m sure the shirt I thought I bought for my son yesterday ended up on the floor behind the register. Prices continue to rise as well, which is disappointing. Store is consistently dirty/dusty and I am sneezing by the time I leave.

Very bad store. Overpriced clothes especially mens clothes. Also not very clean, lots of dust on ceiling. Better and cheaper to go to macys than shop here. Donated items with overpriced tags. Also, very unhygienic staff with armpit smell all over the store while putting caps in men section.

Was at savers today very overpriced I seen a Blue Ball jar it was higher than the antique shops. I seen many items I wanted but everything was way high

The prices are outrageously expensive, there are items that are maybe “top” brand but are VERY used. Savers use to be a place for deals but not anymore, expect to pay at least $10 to $20 for a decent top (if not more). For a donation center, (also have seen this at the Burnsville Unique) they are over charging on mostly everything and buying second hand should not cost this much! It deters people from buying 2nd hand and spending less at Walmart across the street! They shouldn’t even be called Savers anymore, you aren’t saving any money!

Most items are way overpriced. Sometimes I have confirmed even higher than retail. Lots of stains on clothing so check them closely because its clear that they either dont look them over or dont care.

Staff are weird not much in there I wanted to buy I would suggest Goodwill or Salvation Army they have way better stuff and variety.

You have to go often. To find the best deals. Most things are ok. It would be a lot cleaner if people would actually take care of their children. You can get costumes here. And evening dresses. Youll have to dig a little . Most things I do d like a 53 dollar coach purse. Nice shape was in the floor. Tops and pants. Dresses . I look all over and go d new stuff just stuck between hats and gloves. Jewlery is ok. Ive found some really nice earrings at a good price. Also look for specials. Senior fday. Kids day. Expensive for a thrift store. I can get skirts at Goodwill for $2.99 whereas Savers average price is at least $6.99. Ridiculous. Also, many of the shirts and pants I looked at had stains on them. Really? Youre charging $9 for a stained shirt (or a nasty, dirty, unwashed) shirt? One shirt I found had huge armpit stains. Really?

Staff can be friendly. Some things are a bit overpriced for used clothing. Got a leather couch from them for $70 love it but got 2 other couches around the same price that puked on me soon after. Very dusty. Asian woman there seemed to pop up wherever i was and get in the way while i was looking through clothing, went by purses and minutes later she was there IN MY WAY again. A lot of the staff are inconsiderate of the shoppers and seem more concerned of getting clothing put away than the fact theyre in the customers way which makes it very uncomfortable to shop there sometimes. Also some younger employees were just standing around and talking about getting drunk and swearing in front of my 2 year old. Every time i go there it seems they hire more idiots.

Rohnda the manger is a vicious women, treating employees like GARBAGE even in front of customers!!! She doesnt have any qualities that manger should have. I wish I can repot her to the authorities.

With a coupon, from a donation drop off, I got quite a bit of stuff for less then 20$.....you have to look at what you are buying...but book prices and clothes have been a real find for me there more than once...
