This was my first Crumbl experience, and I was pleased. The store was clean, and bustling with staff. We placed our order on a kiosk, and only interacted with staff to receive our order. Our interaction was friendly, and we didnt have to wait long for our order. As for the cookies, they were great! Theyre large, soft, and chewy. We got a chocolate chip and a sugar cookie. I liked the sugar cookie the best. The cookie and icing paired perfectly. The cookie had just enough of a buttery/hint of salt flavor so it wasnt too sweet with the icing.

Dont get me wrong, I love their cookies, but tonight there was 2 people in the store and a line out the door.. they werent letting anyone in that was in line but people would walk up and they would let them in. I finally asked what was going on after standing in line for 45 minutes with NO movement...the worker said they were trying to catch up on online orders before allowing anyone in the store. So I decided to.order online and so did my daughter a couple minutes after me. I was #8 in line on the app, and my daughter was #27... I got my cookies within 10 minutes, my daughter within 15 minutes the 4 girls in front of us were still waiting to order theirs...makes absolutely no sense.

LOVE Crumbl cookies. They may seem expensive for “just a cookie” but the weekly flavors are always good. One cookie is definitely a lot (although I always splurge for at least two.) they keep well for a few days and share nicely so order a couple for a lower price!

Love their cookies my family and I have made it a tradition to get a box of 6 weekly and we each get to try some. I have never had a bad experience in this store. Something to look forward too

So my review is docked due to as I was walking out of the bakery, one of the employees was pushing her way in instead of holding the door for me she tried to push past me causing me to almost drop all 6 of the cookies and she did the exact same thing to my husband but pushed passed so fast she bumped into the infant carrier.Other than that once we got home and tasted the cookies they truly are delicious they taste so rich soft and good!

Delicious and creative cookies! I stopped here the other day because Ive heard the hype of this place for months now. Upon arriving there was a line out the door and I knew this place was a winner from that point forward! I opted to place my order while in my car and pickup my cookies curbside. It took about 5-10 min from initial placement of my order to the delivery of the warm goodies to my car. The box of cookies were still warm when I received them! Yum. I will definitely be coming back in the near future to try out the new flavors they come out with each week!I ordered:*blueberry crumb cake (very yummy and balanced flavor)*milk chocolate chip (kind of bland, not a huge milk chocolate fan)*waffle (incredible flavor, tastes like a sugar cookie/waffle highlights, also comes with syrup which is cool!)*chocolate featuring Oreo (my favorite of the 4, anything with Oreo has my attention. The frosting was a cream cheese flavor)

I’ve worked in the baking industry & know how busy it can get. i waited 30 minutes for my cookies and the people that ordered behind me got theirs before me….they were calling names out left and right and never called my name. i was being patient because they were so busy. i went to the counter and my cookies were sitting right there..super bummed i waited so long and they never even called my name. cookies were good though

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS SHOP!! I ordered cookies for delivery and I received someone else’s order. The ones I received also looked like they had gone through the washing machine. I called and emailed the store on multiple occasions. Provided photos and the name of the original recipient. The people answering the phone were kind but unable to help me. They told me that a manager would call me. I have heard nothing. Now I’m out $24 or a box of 4 cookies that I never received.

I have never had cookies so good in my life!! (Sorry Mom 😅) They always melt in your mouth, even the next day! I cant get enough! And the staff is always so nice and so friendly and they have great suggestions. Just wish I lived closer, Id be here every day 🤣

I have been here twice. They have very unique cookies that are changed up weekly that is the part I love. Overall I think it’s pretty hit and miss with the cookies. Some are amazing like the blueberry cheesecake and the pumpkin caramel. Some are terrible in my opinion like the chocolate chip and sugar cookie. The majority seem to be kinda good but not great. Eventually with all the rotating flavors, I think everyone will find something they really like.

These are, by far, the best cookies ever! I love sending them to friends and family. They are always so happy and it makes their day so much sweeter!Couldn’t be happier to have Crumbl in our area!

If you are not a cookie lover…this is the best place you can try. I was an instant huge fan of this place after my first trip. Flavors change weekly creating a ton of variety so there will always be something you like. Highly recommend to anyone.

The cookies are gourmet size, meaning they are huge! They are also very delicious and consistent! The packaging is also super cute. Every cookie is very decadent, you have to try it for yourself.

Overpriced cookies. Youve got a choice of 6 kinds of cookies to choose from. I went on a rainy afternoon and they were letting 3 people in the store at a time, which was fine...but I was 4th in line outside and it was 25 minutes before I got inside. Lots of chaos, couldnt figure out why it could take so long to get 5 cookies, but it did!! Sugar cookie was cold, idk but Im not such a fan of cold cookies. I thought the rest of the cookies would be hot, justifying the wait, but nope. Put 4 of them in the same box and charged me 35-50 cents for a box for the 5th cookie!! Youd have thought theyd put the one cold cookie in the extra charge box alone, but thats what you get for $15/hr help. Cookies meh, service...chaos, selection 6 cookie. Nothing special! Overpriced and I suspect not long for this franchise!

I have tried your cookies awhile back and I love them so much. They are very stuff which how I like my cookies. I thought it was unique that cookies are large in size and one cookie makes you full. I love it!🥰

Yesterday was my first time ever going to crumble cookie. Upon arrival the line was incredibly long but that is to be expected with supposedly the worlds best cookies. After waiting in an incredible long line. I was able to see on the door that only 3 groups of people in the building at a time. However, there was about 30 people in the building so no one was following guidelines. Walking into the building there was about seven staff members. Which I would think things would be moving along quickly but most of them were talking amongst each other. The way you order is on a touchpad and I got the classic sugar cookie. When checking out it asked if I wanted to give a tip? Why would I give a tip when nobody really even helped me. For one sugar cookie was $3.98!!!! What the heck, but Im trying to keep an open mind because I remembered theyre the worlds best. Trying the cookie the frosting is made out of a almond extract buttercream and a cake like sugar cookie. Nothing special or nothing I would think world famous! Im not trying to give a bad review but this is my honest opinion. If you want the same like sugar cookie for three times less and maybe even better go to Eileens colossal cookies in prior lake.

Went to the store in Scottsdale and it was amazing. Went twice while on vacation! The staff was amazing, especially for our first time and the cookies are truly amazing. I love the flavors of the week and hope they continue to keep the original chocolate chip and chilled sugar each week. It’s nice to have the new flavors but also great to have flavors you can get each time! I also can’t wait for the one in Rochester, MN to open!!!! Please hurry 🤩

I ordered for delivery and the cookies that were supposed to be warm were warm and the ones that were meant to be chilled were in fact still cool! They were absolutely delicious- I will say the chocolate chip cookie was nothing exciting- just an average chocolate chip cookie, but all the others were great. Can’t wait to see how the menu changes each week!

So a friend brought over some cookies to try from this place I had never heard of and I was addicted after one bite. I went the next day and got myself a dozen cookies to try all the flavors and of course share with my family. The cookies are so good and soft. They serve them warm and fresh, right out of the oven. The store by me is always busy so the last couple of times I did a curbside pickup and ordered ahead, but unfortunately that didn’t mean your order would actually be ready at the time you requested. They need to have a better more efficient system to allocate the cookies for timed ordered and walk in orders better so that people that took the time to order ahead aren’t still waiting 30 minutes to get their cookies. If I didn’t have problems with that twice I would give them 5 stars because the cookies are Bang ON!!

These cookies are absolutely delicious! If you are ever near one I wouldn’t recommend walking to one I would for sure run! I’m going to have to order more in the future without a doubt!

My partner and I absolutely love this place. The cookies are worth every penny. If you have a sweet tooth please stop in. We reccomend the frosted animal cookie cookie. With the rotating weekly line up you are always interested to see what they have! Five for five! Very clean and very covid friendly!

Cookie was great. However, I order one and it took 15 minutes to get. Others orders multiple and got theirs with ease while it took a long time to make one cookie.

Apple Valley, Minnesota location not customer friendly - have purchased many times - recent occasion cookies undercooked - they said they would make it right!!! Just give you the run-around!! Too bad - but very expensive especially when not edible or risk if food poisoning.

The best cookies I’ve ever had. But the management should address the Point of Sale issues at the earliest. The other day we waited for 45+mins and the line didn’t move an inch and finally left. I’ve seen more than 10 people leave in front after waiting close to an hour. This needs to be addressed.

The first 2 times I’ve been here has been amazing. Nothing wrong with the cookies at all!! Super delicious! The 3rd time I went there was a problem. I understand they are very busy and it’s a small store, but every time I have been someone has greeted me and took my order. This time I waited and 2 people jumped in front of me and did their own order. It would have been nice to know that so I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes for 2 cookies...sorry no cookie is worth that!! Please be consistent!

When we arrived there was a small line but it went very fast! We were greeted with a kind attitude and had great customer service. Very quick and easy process to order and fast hand off. DELICIOUS all around!

I never had a Crumbl cookie before. My wife and I stopped in and got a few. I had the chocolate chip which was incredible. Warm and chewy. My wife had the potato chip/chocolate chip. I had a small bit and thought it was incredible too.

The staff was incredibly sweet & the cookies were amazing. They gave my daughter an I ❤ cookies sticker & we took home 6 cookies... the reeses cookie was to die for & made this pregnant mamas craving for cookies completely satisfied!

Process is very easy. Order at the kiosk and within a few moments you will have warm cookies in your hand. Nice treat. I don’t think the text alerts are working -both times I’ve been to AV location I did not get texts that order was ready-not a big deal because we were there. We will always have crumble on our radar - we are 25 minutes away but in AV 2-3 times a week.

The staff was very helpful on explaining how to order the cookies, what size box wed need. What flavors they had. We will definitely be returning or having the cookies delivered

Honestly the cookies to me arent worth the headache of waiting in a huge line and trying to order. The cookies are fine, but I just dont think they are anything special.Under staffed, like pretty much everything today.

It was my first time at a Crumbl location and I had heard so many great things about it so I was excited to try it on their grand opening day!Unfortunately, because it was the grand opening, the line was quite long. I waited for about 20 mins in line and by the time I got to the checkout line, I asked how long the cookies would take to make. The cashier stated it shouldnt be too long with confidence.That shouldnt be too long ended up being an additional 40 minutes. I understand that it was busy but I was hoping the cashier would be a bit more truthful with their time estimates based on the amount of people that were ahead of me.I had only ordered 2 cookies - the chocolate chip and the Caramel Apple. Both were beyond delicious, soft on the inside, but perfectly crisp on the outside. They even tasted amazing the next day!In total, I was here at this location for over an hour. Sounds excessive for just 2 cookies. I understand the made to order concept but I was expecting for such a busy day, they would make multiple batches of cookies in preparation for the amount of people ordering instead of making them as people order. On top of that, the girl who ordered behind me got hers first. Definitely was a surprise considering I thought they were making them in order.I only knocked off 1 star because I know theyre still figuring things out and it was a busy day. Ill update my review next time I come in - Im hopeful I wont have to wait an hour for them next time.

Cookies are amazing. Store is super clean. Staff....underwhelming. Don’t expect to be welcomed or even acknowledged when you enter the store. Be prepared to wait even if there is no line. No one will “run” to greet you. You will be lucky if they even glance in your direction. If the cookies weren’t so great, I def wouldn’t come back.

Love the variety and creative creations of the cookies. Just wish they always have non-chocolate options weekly. Sometimes too when I order ahead it’s still a 15-20 min wait for some of the cookies. But taste wise I love lookin on Sunday’s for the next week!

We are usually pretty happy with purchasing cookies from here and they always taste great! The one thing I would make a suggestion on is to not hand customers boxes that are filthy and full of icing.

Even if your a basic cookie kind of person, their chocolate chip cookies are huge, gooey, chocolatey and just perfect! My favorite flavor so far is raspberry cheesecake and also can never go wrong with a classic chocolate chip cookie, especially when it’s warm, gooey and just melts in your mouth. So good! Please go and try Crumbl cookies! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Screen says sold out of a specific cookie but there is a whole tray of them visible to everyone waiting for their cookies. I ask if I could switch one of my cookies for one of them and the response is they are for the online costumers. Shouldn’t the people in line at the store come first?

Been to Crumbl Cookie a few times. I have never had an issue with my cookies tasting bad or not looking what they advertise. They always verify before giving you your cookies this is what you order. The customer service is great, everyone welcomes you as you enter the building. The pice is very adorable! Highly recommend going to Crumbl, I loved it each time I have gone!!

Most of the cookies have been excellent. I love that they (many flavors) are served warm, and the presentation is fun. The app doesn’t seem to update accurately for waiting position in line; sometimes I’ve been #30 and waited for 40 minutes, and other times #14 and waited about 30 seconds. I’ve had the wrong cookie given to me once so always check your box before driving away. Otherwise, I love the cookies and the experience.

Excellent cookies! The chilled sugar cookie has some almond extract for a lovely kick of flavor. The cinnamon roll cookie truly does taste like a cinnamon roll. And they look beautiful! Great to share with others.

The location is clean and the cookies are good. They really get you with some of their flavors of the week though. Be careful or you will find yourself looking at the menu every week and taking multiple trips like we do!

Crumbl Cookies is such a warm and fun environment! All of the employees are extremely nice and make us want to be there! I absolutely love some of the flavors and am sad they are only a week, but then get impressed the next time I go!

We have been to Crumble a few times and love it for the most part. We went last night and there were about 10 people in front of us. They did a great job of getting everyone’s orders out in a timely matter. The reason I only give them 2 stars is due to the sanitary reasons. The gal that was scooping up the cookies, putting them in boxes and adding the frosting was wearing gloves which is great. She would then run the boxes out to the cars touching the door handles and continued to go on her way handling the cookies. She went outside about 7 times and not once did she change her gloves after touching the door. She then grabbed a rag out of the water bucket wiped down the counter then put the rag back and continued handling the cookies! I understand they are busy but you also need to seep sanitation up to code.
