Got me in the same day for an oil change. Waiting area was comfortable and Sheila was was inviting and pleasant to visit with. They did not try to sell me any additional services that I didnt need or want- which is always nice.

I had a very simple issue(which I did not think was an easy fix) and Sheila at Ultimate Automotive was very speedy with informing me about the problem. She knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle just by describing what was going on, AMAZING! She was efficient, kind and her willingness to take the time to help me is very much appreciated. Just incredible work. The delearship told me I had a head gasket leak. I brought my car to ultimate and boy was I glad I did. Turns out it wasn’t a head gasket leak at all. These guys saved me $4,000 that the dealer wanted. They were very quick in finding a solution and fixing the problem. For the 3 days I had it and what they fixed I only paid $650. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for work. I wasn’t sure they would work on it since my car is a Chevy Volt. (Hybrid) but they did awesome!!!

A more honest group you could not find. This is a small business with a conscious and they always treat me with respect. They give me the straight story on what needs to be fixed. The prices are fair.

Bruce and Sheila run a great auto repair shop. They have worked on 3 of my families cars. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. They have always provided top notch customer service. I recommend them without reservation!

Bruce and Sheila run a phenomenal business. I was referred to them when I first moved into the area in 2013 and will not go anywhere else. Theyre fair with pricing (which is greatly appreciated by a broke twenty-something), are incredibly knowledgeable, and efficient with service while still doing a great job. I recently had pretty serious issues with my brakes and a check engine light that they addressed for me and my car feels like new again. There was a manufacturer defect with one of the parts and they took care of towing and replacement for me in a quick time frame even with their busy schedule. Finding a good shop to trust your car to is a hard thing to accomplish, but Ultimate Auto will have my business as long as I live in the area. Thanks for being excellent.

Ultimate Automotive was recommended to me by a Burnsville native and Im glad I found them. Its difficult to find an honest car mechanic. I had a 1998 Oldsmobile Regency, just a rusty pile. I took it in to get looked at and they told me that I needed to get rid of the car and if I was thier kid they wouldnt let me drive it. I then gave the car to my uncle and he jacked it up to take a closer look and it snapped in half! Happy they let me know and were up front about the whole thing. I will not take my car anywhere else. Amazing service, great people and overall honest and transparent. Do yourself a favor and take your car into to Bruce and the team, theyll take great care of you and have you on the road in no time.
