Went to get an unlocked phone and it was the best decision that I made in a long time. After walking around for maybe three minutes somebody came to help me. I was done Quick and it was easygoing, cheaper than walmart, and the gentleman who help me answered my questions thoroughly. The store was clean as well, inside and out. Other than the selection of items was a little short it was a good experience and Ill be going back.
Went through the store last week looking for a computer mouse.I walked through the entire store and only saw 1 cashier at the entrance, and 1 salesman helping a customer in the appliance section.While waiting around the computer section for about ten minutes I heard about 3 or 4 voices coming from behind the computer repair area (out of view).The employees seemed to be having a good time. Im glad they were enjoying themselves, I certainly wasnt. I left the store and I wont be back.

My order was not ready that same day, and when I went to get my 2 items only one was ready, but when I ordered it the website said that it was in stock, but when I get there only one was ready because the other was being shipped still. The nearest best buy to me is at least 45 min away. I had to make 2 trips
Our HD TV went on the blink so we took it to their customer service they were unable to repair it so they gave us a refund for a New tv
I can usually find what Im looking for. However if you shop around its almost certain you will find your item at a much lower price elsewhere. With that said, their brick and mortar locations are great to visit and see items first hand. Budget minded folks keep an eye out for the open box and refurbished items on sale. Many are good buys..
Terrible experience with their third party connection that handles all your purchases that you have delivered. Still not resolved after almost a month and they have $800.00 of my money they will not return due to their inability to take care of business. And the Best But Location I bought the appliances from just tell me its out of their hands now that Ill have to keep dealing with this foreign 3rd party seller. I guess they figure everyone has money lying around that they dont need to use but rather give it up so that the inexperienced, incompetent and inconsiderate 3rd party foreign companies can help Best Buy take advantage of their consumers by robbing them. I will never buy anything from any of the Best Buy establishments unless I can leave with the product in hand, and I will make sure that I pass my experience on to as many individuals as possible to help hopefully some to escape the Terrible experience that Im still enduring!
The staff is always friendly and when you order online it comes quite a bit faster than the estimated delivery date :-) make certain you check the clearance board,, they have great deals on open-box items
The folks in the back are always quick to answer the back door for Shipt pickups & always polite and courteous!
This place is good to get electronic Devices but dont get T Moblie phones their I bought a phone and was sopose to be activated but when I got home it wasnt and had to wait to go back the next day and mornings arent good for me so by the time I got their they called T Mobile to fine out what was wrong with the Sim card and it took 1 1/2 hours to get thur only for them to blame Best buy then said that I need to go to T Mobile to show my ID they said that Best buy didnt ID me witch they did so had to go T Mobile the next day because it was closed when I got to T Mobile I told the guy what happened and he shook his head it took him about 3 mins and the phone was good he said he was very sorry but wasnt his fault.
Good deals on open box goods otherwise its not the best buy in town. Overall good selection lots of employees to help. Personally Ive had good and bad experiences.

Good place to shop when you dont want to wait for Amazon delivery. You can still find things needed right away . I went in for a phone charger and got some help from an employee ( Im sorry i dont remember his name) who assisted me with the right one.

Best Buy is a good place to be able to buy from. Product my wife wanted was in stock, self serve was simple, employees were courteous. Prices were same as the Well Ship it to you in 2 days store. Ill continue to support them as long as they can compete.

Not too impressed with sales help when trying to decide which TV to purchase. Employees not too helpful and many sets were not able to be turned on for a demonstration. We had better help from Walmart of all places and thats not saying much because they arent too impressive either. So sad that Best Buy isnt the nice store it used to be.
Theyve figured all angles to protect customers and employees as from the corona virus. Very well organized. Fridge went out. They had a nice side by side reasonably priced. Sales rep William was great. Got what we needed with no hassle. In these trying times very good shopping experience.
Nobody was available to help for over half an hour of waiting. Im surprised because the store manager is amazing with her customers... I rate the store manager 5 stars but her staff needs to improve their customer service....

I stayed in the car yesterday. My wife went in for a computer cable. I HAVE purchased TVs, laptops phones and the like over the last six years when I was there with clear purpose. The Best Buy staff are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help you find what you need. Also The Geek Squad is available to do repairs and trouble shoot our computers if the need should arise. I had gone to the apple valley one after I had already been to the location in Victorville where I received little to no help looking for a laptop. Yao had me out with the laptop I wanted in less then 20 minutes. He’s an asset to Best Buy and I will be only going to that one from now on because of Yao. He deserves a raise!

Best Buy has become somewhat unorganized with their customer service process. Walk-ins appear to get more attention than actually signing in and waiting your turn to be serviced with a associate and my recent experiences in Feb 2021. Two different locations I experienced this issue after trying to give the second location the benefit of the doubt.
The service was fast with curbside pick-up. Thank you associates whom assisted the pick-up and best buy for safe contact less service, 2 minutes is impressive🙂

No other way to say it.The Best Buy buyers have chosen to concentrate their ordering efforts on Samsung products essentially ignoring their customers needs for other brands of cellphones. I needed a cover and screen protector for an LG Risio 4. No dice. Supply all of shut down.
Worst store ever!!! We bought a laptop for my daughters birthday on the 30th of April and they lost it when they were shipping it to our house, it is now the 18th of May and they just canceled the order so we can get our money back and they told us that we will be receiving our money within 30 days and on top of that they also refused to give us a discount for our troubles. Never coming here again!! This store doesnt even deserve a 1 star.
Walked in to buy a 83 television store was pretty empty and after 45 minutes of waiting to be helped I walked out!! I guess best buy employees didnt feel like making a sale! Highly disappointed

Im a tech nerd so Best buy is like my library I visit there at least 3 times a month. The associates are always friendly and nice and their overall customer service is pretty good. My only complaint is that variety of smaller merchandise is limited.

The staff is almost always very friendly and eager to assist. I always recommend procuring your own knowledge on a product or sect of products before purchasing, in general, but especially here. Some of the employees have a very solid knowledge base while others seem to kind of wing it a little so your experience in that regard is kind of hit or miss. That being said they always try to help with a smile and they never pressure you into a sale. As a former Best Buy employee (not at this location or in this state) I would give them a 3/5.
Went everywhere to find a N/switch for our son and sold out everywhere!! Online was triple the price anyways went here and they didnt have any in store but, the two sweet girls helped me at the register and we ordered one for 299.00 as a mom who knows nothing about gaming these young ladies were awesome thank you !!!! I ordered a product for curbside pickup while I was out running errands. I received the email notification that it was being pulled and I happened to be in the area so I pulled into the parking lot and waited for the confirmation for my order to be ready. I placed my order roughly two hours prior to this. Heres where it gets good: at this point I have been in the parking lot waiting about a half hour, 45 minutes tops. The store is about to close and someone comes out to pull in the curbside pickup signs, so I panic and decide to walk in with my girlfriend. We are greeted by a manager (I think his name is petey?). Super nice guy, I voice my concerns, he tells me no big deal! The store closes at 8 BUT curbside closes at 9. Either way he says: head over to a cashier and theyll get me taken care of! So I head over to the register and am greeted by (Jillian I think Im not sure, got a little hazy on the details here but we will get to that). I explain that we were concerned about the order not being fulfilled so we came in, I give her my order number. Now for the TWIST: She informs me it is not yet ready and that she can do nothing about it, the she stops helping us to talk to a co-worker, coming back to us when shes done. Then she tell us what she can do: cancel the order, refund the money and we can buy our product again. For reference the product was very much NOT CHEAP. now THIS is my FAVORITE part: she says it could take a couple days for the funds to return to your account then she looks directly at my girlfriend and says IF you have the funds to re purchase it, do you have the funds available? At this point I am very much angry, but my girlfriend has a much cooler head and informs her that it is irrelevant if she has the funds, as she has a spending limit. Then our amazingly abrasive and rude cashier says: well you could leave and wait, theres nothing I can do. Then I lost my cool. I asked her if she was implying I leave the store, wait in my car for another hour and HOPE it gets pulled before they close? Yeah she replied. So I very angrily asked her to cancel my order. My girlfriend ushers me to the door after asking if theres anything else she needs to cancel the order.Long story short: -6 out of 10, would not recommend.
I havent been to best buy since before last March and I was quite surprised to see how many precautions they were actually taking in relation to the Rona! I usually try to minimize contact when I go out during these trying times, and best buy certainly made me feel better about having to make a sudden in-store stop!
The canceled the tech guys coming out. 6 plus weeks of waiting!When telling us they did so they mumbled the whole thing! Didnt realize what they had done till we called and asked about it. By this time all we want to do is return the tv and get the money back. But no cause the agreement they force on you when you buy the tv!Update they came out, turns out its the wrong parts. Now they are straight up ignoring our calls. The tv is still out

Whoever the developer is on the online website is absolutely terrible, just like gamestop constantly crashing, orders being misplaced and charged incorrectly. The fact that as a major corporation in America you would be causing multiple transactions coming from peoples accounts . I pay for my item at the time of order or my order is not placed, somehow my order was charged two times through online of course and I could have easily ordered it directly through the company but I thought hey good deal let me try this out and end with 2 separate charges about 1,000.00 each which then causes a lot of issues with me and my bank and ultimately my bank helped me resolve this and get answers. I did call corporate and file a complaint but odd again they did not get back to me . This is so unbelievably un professional I wont ever be ordering from you again or stepping back into your stores. The fact that corporate could not resolve my issue I will be going to bbb. Hope this review helps and it was placed and ordered for this location.Certified Reviewer
I visit the store trying to get gaming computer and just seen associates pass by and no associate came to ask if I needed help waited around to see if they will ask me if i needed help since no one approached me I decided to leave, being occupied moving inventory around instead of helping customers is there priority bad customer service

Had what I needed, and that is appreciated. Shelves kinda thin on Samsung S6 tablet accessories, and Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 5G accessories. I also found it odd that dashcams are Not in car section, but by cell phones... go figure. Keep in mind if you think you will need any help at all, let the associates at the door know so the can get you in the queue.

Had a hard time getting a tablet, the mgr was snippy and then ignored me. The dvd selection was bare and there was little selection in tablets. But the guy who did help was very helpful and took time to make sure I found what I was looking for. But check out took awhile because there was only one cashier. Then no one opened the closed doors up to let me out but I went ahead and pulled them open myself. Hurt because I have a bad shoulder but I wanted out if there! Dont go close to closing time.....

Would not let you shop. Had to tell a worker what you wanted and they would get it. Understand Covid restrictions but felt they lost a sale because I couldnt do my own shopping.
I love the option they offer for Progressive Leasing. The staff there are quite helpful and if you look hard enough you could find a great deal on open-box items.

The only downside to Best Buy is this still a little spendy specially when you spend a certain amount of money it should be a little bit cheaper or have a little bit more discount or give you a bonus

Theres a regular person that sits on the left as I walk in and he always says welcome back cause Im a frequent flyer when it comes to purchasing Electronics.
I don’t know what it is but I’m thinking the greeters should be more like Walmart’s friendly and helpful. This lady behind her masked asked me what am I looking for then tells me ok you can come on in. I felt so wrong for trying to go down a different isles my wife even looked at me and said are we going to get in trouble? After I found something I wasn’t looking for I took it over to let her know and before I could say anything she seen what was in my hand and said “ that’s not an Xbox remote” if I wasn’t a grown man I would have dropped that thing on the floor and just ran out. It’s most likely I didn’t because my wife was with me. I’m just going to order things online from now on I miss the old experience of being able to walk around a store and look at new and interesting things and not feeling wrong, but if I’m going to have some crazy over powered hostile greeter I’m done with it.
