This Baskin Robbins has improved quite a bit over the past six months to a year. This time I got one of the best looking (and tasting) sundaes Ive ever had from a Basin Robbins. The staff are friendly again and I look forward to not having to pass this store to go to others closer to Altamonte Springs like Ive been doing in the past. If you had given up on the Apopka Baskin Robbins, it is time for another chance.

Felix made my experience amazing! His co-worker (Kristin I believe) lied about not having pralines and cream Ice cream (not really sure why she felt the need to lie about it 🤷🏽‍♀️) and they did not have waffle bowls or cones. You could definitely tell that they were going through a difficult shift. However Felixs customer service skills were exceptional making the experience a positive one.

Some of the workers are really nice, service is pretty slow..but product is always great.

The ice cream is great but......often some flavors are empty. The service can run from great to feeling like you are bothering them depending on the server. If you are going to sit at the outside tables you might have to share them with a homeless person. They need a camera at the very least looking over that area. Personally I wouldnt sit there without a gun.

Poor service, second time I visit and they dont have brownies. the store closes at 10 at night and barely 6 do not have. There was only one car before me, I ordered a dozen mixed donuts and 2 Sunday. The employee tells us that if we are going to ask for donuts and shortbread, the ideal thing was to get off and order inside. I wonder. So they put a drivethru, if you cant order from the menu? It is something unpleasant for the one as a client that you are going to spend your money on a store because you want something the employees claim you as their you were their boss. They must verify and improve customer service systems.

I called and they don’t sell ice cream anymore... why is the sign still up?

The services from the person taking the order till the one on the window horrible plus they are always out of a lot of ice cream flavors like rocky road and mint chocolate

Always a good place to go for a really good cup of coffee and a donut. Sandwiches arent bad but I dont usually get them. Employees are always friendly and smiling.I like this location.

Clean. Fun to go out late night for ice cream. Service was good. No issues with our order. Everyone nice and friendly.

Customer service was great and staff was friendly, very clean as well.

We went there to get ice cream before 6pm and were told they had no ice cream due to cleaning. They arent suppose to close till 10pm why are they cleaning at dinner time when its the busiest. Apparently they dont want to make money!

What I liked about this place is the friendly employee working behind the counter. She was very helpful and very attentive.

Horrible, was was planning my wifes surprise 30th birthday party she was in a severe accident four days prior to that surprise party,knowing that that was the type of cake that she likes they could not make it nor call me nor email me to let me know that it was not prepared. Still have not gotten a refund from either the corporate online ordering or the actual store itself where I went to pick up the cake. Get conflicting stories from corporate telling me that the store should issue me the refund but yet the store owner has yet to call me for days after I filed a complaint with the corporate office.

Has to be the best icecream Ive, ever had.

There is no customer service. The icecream is freezer burnt and they are freqently out of many things. I do not recommend!

They were dazed and confused as we asked them for some ice cream. It turns out that they were out of a few flavors as the employee eats the ice cream. I asked for a waffle cone and the employee said, We dont have anymore, with ice cream in her mouth. Then someone I knew tried to order a float from the menu and hey, it turns out they couldnt do that either. At least they were breathing so I guess I can give then one star.

Terrible. Ordered the energy cold brew to find out they didnt have it after moving up to the window. So I ordered a hazelnut coffee with extra cream and Splenda. Just to receive a plain hazelnut coffee 🤔

Why do I even go there? Theres never any lids for the quart containers. Then the ice-creams are labeled incorrectly. Please order supplies and put the right names to the products.

Went tonight, doors open, staff having a party in the back, nobody greet me, no one acknowledge me in the store. Very disappointed, Manager take care of your employees, supervise!!!!!!

I find this location to always be unkempt but the staff is usually very courteous.

All ways out of ice creams when ever you go the staff always act like you bother them at night
