Great experience purchasing a name brand I used to buy at SteinMart but for much less! Found 2 nice shirts and a lovely sales gal.

Went right after Christmas to look around. They have things for the holidays marked 75% off. I really didnt pay much attention until I saw some chocolate I liked. Normally around $4 dollars in most stores in even given day, but on their clearance the original price on the bag was like $25 🤣🤣😂😂😂🤣🤣😂😂 get a grip Bealls. Scam pricing making people think theyre getting some bargain.

I found what I needed, went in line, there was a woman who need attention, which was fine with me. The manager on duty saw me waiting and call for a cashier to open up. I thought that was nice.

I was about to spend $130.00 when the rude lady with a limp told me I need to put a mask on instead of politely asking at which point I would’ve been happy to explain I cannot wear one. Instead I walked out and took my business elsewhere. These people need customer service training.

I just recently visited the Bealls in Apopka on Wekiva the beginning of July and I simply loved my visit took my 81 yr. old momma n we had a great time. Ive been back a few times this month the staff is very kind n polite. The store is immaculate n nice n clean Betty is my favorite cashier I definitely recommend this Bealls to everyone.. Clean, tidy store mostly oriented on Floridas life style (aka: beach, boating). Store crew are not very knowledgeable on return process. Pay attention if returning some items . Are prices and /or items match original receipt.

Quick shopping trip for some items I found online. Store was clean, but shoe dept a little hard to find items as sizes were not in order. But sale was really good, and check out was a breeze.

Linda in the petite department is honestly one of the better sales people I have ever had help me. She went above and beyond helping me exchange a blouse I got my grandmother for Christmas that was no longer in stock. She also knew the exact placement of the pants I needed exchanged as well. Extremely kind and knowledgeable about her department and the store. :D

Its busier than one would expect all hours of the day. Store is well staffed though. Been going there for years. Mostly for shoes and underwear and socks. You aint getting a silk tie there though. It is what it is and it is where it needs to be.

I mean its a good store but, I honestly never find very much in the store that I would wear. Even if I did find a few things the prices would be kind of high. Over all it its a good place to shop.

Has the greatest prices and every Tuesday is senior day and you get 10% off even on top of the discounted items.

Look for deals and dont forget your coupons. They always have in-style clothes and plenty of sizes. The employees are very attentive and willing to help. 4/5 only because some of their clothes can be found elsewhere for a much better price.

First time ever in a Bealls store. Great prices and selection for mens polo shirts. Disappointing selection for women. Also - very poor customer service. Asked employee for assistance, but was pretty clear that she had other things to do that took priority over a customer wanting to spend more money.

My shopping experience at Bealls was pleasant. There were employees working in each departments that I visited. Therefore if I needed help they were available, friendly and willing. Lots of items were on sale.

Well I like their prices could be a little bit cheaper if they had somebody to help you in the shoe department would be even better that is a pretty good Store I just want out bought me two brand new dresses and about five brand new shirts theyre on Friday $345 worth but with my coupons on my phone I saved a hundred bucks by the time she running it up and took the coupons off my phone it turned out to be only 249 but like I said they need little bit more help on finding shoes and their shoe departments just not really organized that good

Lack of customer service. Bealls 3:05 pm, saturday 8/25/18, back guest service desk, asked for help, 3 women ( employees ) were talking between each other, said “hi” to me but kept talking (pretending they did not notice me) Spent about 3 minutes waiting, no reaction, left the store.
