Horrible service. They tell you they have something in stock so you’ll come in. Then they don’t have it when you drive over there. This is the second time I’ve walked out of this location.

Beware of hidden fees! We just got out of the store and they charge an extra $10 above msrp just to buy the phone there and an extra 35 or 40 to setup your phone there (all of which was just to turn the phone on and have the customer to log on into their account) not to include Verizons own setup or activation fee (cant get away from that one) save yourself the money and buy online and have it shipped to your house. Not only will it be faster but it will also be cheaper. They said they explained this prior to my wife ordering the phone but she said they didnt.

We called to get in for transfer of phones. Good luck we got accomplished our agenda and am now working to check out all phone functions.

My phone had broken and Manny was an excellent help in getting a new one set up, and as Im brand new to the area he even gave me directions to a nearby store while I was waiting for it to be set up. I purchased a phone at this location more than 6 months. When I purchased the phone I also purchased a case which supposedly had 1 year warranty. Less than a month after I purchased it the case broke. I went to the store and I was told that they did not have any at the time and to return in about 1 week. I stopped by 2 weeks later and they told me to.leave my name and they would call me when a case came in. I waited 1 month and when I never received a call I stopped by again and this time Josue the gentleman that initially sold me the phone said he would order it from another store and he would call me when it came in. I waited a month and called I spoke to Ramon the store manager which took my information and said he or Josue would call me to let me know what happened. I expressed my concern since I have been waiting so long for a case. He said that he is now at the store and he would take care of it. Its been a little over a month and I still have not heard from Josue or Ramon. If you are looking for an honest phone retail store. This is not it. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get you to go away. Will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. If this is happening with a $40 dollar case I cant imagine what could happen if you have a problem with an expensive phone.

Last weekend my family of 5 switched to Verizon after being with a competitor for 14 years. I can honestly say that Jose was the most helpful person in this process. He was very knowledgeable about the switch and even gave us his person cell phone number in case we had any concerns about process. Yesterday, I was having issues with my 2015 Ford Explorer connecting to Bluetooth with messaging and turn by turn voice direction on my google maps. I went to this store, Nick and Kim spent time with me fixing the problem with my iPhone, they were very patient and knowledgeable. They fixed my issues and I sure appreciate them! I was having issues with my old phone and a rep ended up calling me today expressing to me about a promotion that i was eligible for so i decided to come in and take advantage of it! The service I received was excellent.. Marco is awesome! I got all my questions answered and I highly recommend to take advantage of any promos going on this month!

I stopped by to get a screen saver changed, it was cracked. When I bought the phone the salesman told me that because I bought this screen saver I would get it changed for free as many times as I needed. I purchased the phone in Jan. Of this year and this is the first time Ive asked for anything. I also purchased the insurance as well. Anyway, he tried to talk me into a liquid covering for $100.00 I said no. I just wanted it changed for free as promised. He then told me I would have to pay $20.00 for a new one. Switch and bait was his or Verizons rulesI am extremely dissatisfied and disppointed in the whole process. I really hate when people lie to me. I hope someone call or writes me back so we can fix this problem. I also was at the store where I purchased phone.Rhona McAdam

Overall the staff is helpful and friendly. However, I wont pay a bill there ever again as they entered the wrong routing # of my check, thereby causing me to receive a late charge as the check was not accepted as good. When I went back to complain, the representative was not apologetic and just told me to call the verizon # to straighten the matter out.🙁

The staff stayed late to make sure my phone switched over from Sprint. Sales reps were very professional and knowledgeable. I went from iPhone to Android.. they trained me and had a lot of patience with all of my questions. The phone is amazing and I highly recommend them for all of your phone needs!

Amazing staff! The Spanish guy Miguel especially was of great help. After paying my bill I asked how much for a case. He showed me a few. At the moment we’re out of my budget. I had dropped my phone a few times in the past and had To replace it before.He sympathized and took immediate notice. He had several personal cases of his own...for each occasion he mentioned lol So he reached into his desk and cleaned off a personal case of his and gave it to me to have. Came in to replace my old phone after its battery died and was helped by Mr. Jorge Lopez. Jorge was very helpful providing me with great deal and helped set up the phone and transferred all the data from my old phone to my new one. Was very helpful and we were all set in around an hour.

Stopped by my local Verizon store in Apopka to ask questions about apps. Erica provided great service explaining how to use file manager and blocking numbers. The store sits back off the road and you can easily miss it but it is directly across from Victoria Plaza. I would highly recommend this store.

I just have the most amazing experience with Joel Crews. He was sooooo patient with assisting me in getting an upgrade after I lost my phone overseas. Given it is a family account, we had to get a hold of my uncle out of state just to complete the transaction of purchasing a new phone. My uncle could not remember his pin and Joel walked him through what needed to be done and waited until his pin was reset and proceeded with helping me choose the right phone for me. All the while we talked, laughed, joked and he answered all of my questions. I got a call from a gentleman sharing with me about a promotion that I was eligible for that I wasnt aware of. We schedule an appointment and when I came in today I got my questions answered and the process was much much smoother compared to last time when I went to the Altamonte location. After having a not so great experience at the Verizon Corporate store in Altamonte Springs, I upgraded to my iPhone 6 at Cellular Sales and was treated royally by their employee Ralph.His knowledge and customer skills were top notch.I got exactly what I needed and the store was inviting and I will continue to do my cell phone needs/business with Cellular Sales in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing professionalism and precision in which the Apopka Verizon representatives Marco and Jose met me and my fiancé’s needs. Her phone had just been stolen and they gave us an amazing deal and to top it off an upgrade to a brand new iPhone X! They put us at ease. So she’s happy and I’m happy. Had an issue with my phone which brought me into store today and i ended up upgrading my phone. The rep who helped me out did an excellent job! He helped me enroll into auto pay and secured my extended warranty on my new device. I definitely recommend this location for any business. Ive been here several times before and with every rep i have encountered they have always jumped on the problems and took care of it.

I was extremely pleased with this Verizon store! I dealt with Mr. Javid Sukhu and cannot stress these qualities that he exhibited enough: Patience, expertise and professionalism. I have never felt quite so comfortable in a cellular store before (keep in mind that I bought the phones at Costco and that experience was, as always, a total nightmare that took over 3 hours lol). Perhaps it was the fact that I was there on a Sunday, BUT Javid took his time, made sure that I understood exactly what the terms were, plus stayed another hour with me after the store was actually closed. I highly recommend these guys!!

TL;DR the store breaks Verizon regulatory rules to steal money from customers. Lies to their customers faces AGAIN even when you have corporate Verizon on the phone to correct their mistake, and threatens to charge them more money when they are proven wrong about something.I simply came to this store to port my number over from cricket to Verizon. in the middle of the transaction I ask him what all I will have to pay today, he says the first month (of course).. then as if he remembers Oh and the $35 activation fee, and $20 for the sim card but we will wave that for you* .. (Side note, I brought my own phone so Sim Cards are Free & so is the Activation fee, as listed ALL over their website). I tell him that the Verizon website says that the There IS NO activation fee for pre-paid AND there is no charge for Sim Cards.. he doesn’t reply so we magically we get passed all that, for all I know he was just ignoring me. He proceeds porting over my number, I pay him the $50 first monthly fee in cash (Which oddly I get charged a $1 transaction fee for paying in cash??), he gets the new account activated, puts the Sim in the new Note 8 I brought in myself, THEN at the very end as I have already gotten out of my chair to leave he slides over the $35 activation bill and I ask Thomas RIGHT TO HIS FACE are you sure that it is VERIZON charging me this not your company, this is a fee that VERIZON charges?. He replied instant :YES, loudly and annoyed. Well I walk out to the parking lot, get on my phone with Verizon customer service and come to find out that NO Thomas was lying the entire time. There IS NO ACTIVATION FEE ON PREPAID SERVICE WITH VERIZON AND ALSO When you bring your own phone to activate service the SIM Card is FREE.. ALL of with is posted at least 10-15x on their website... I go back to the store to have the reps talk to him, THEN after I had Verizon Corporate talk to Thomas the sales rep, He yells “FINE I’ll just credit it I don’t want to do deal with this”.. After 20 minutes of going back and forth because they can’t seem to figure out how to work their computer system to refund me my cash I JUST GAVE THEM, another bold agent (I didn’t get his name) at the store had the audacity to say to me we arent corporate, we dont have to follow their rules and we can charge activation fees and charge for sim cards, whats the difference if it’s us charging you or them. Well, BOTH of them are against the company standards to which your company represents. Then Thomas get annoyed and said “I should have charged you for the sim card but I didn’t I was trying to be cool with you”.. Again, Simcards are fee.well at the end. I STILL didnt get my refund and they told me I have to wait at at least 2-3 weeks for a check to come in the mail...for the $35 dollars in cash I JUST gave them... I am going to spend the next two weeks writing a bad reviews for this place on EVERY single social media site, Google Street View, Google Address locater, Yelp, Facebook, Verizon Corporate, Their indirect sales site ect.
