The customer service I received while in the store was amazing. The employee that helped me was knowledgeable and very friendly. I left with the bottle he suggested and I am thrilled with what I purchased.

I have personally frequented this store for about 8 years. Alps (store owner) is definitely the most up-front, reasonable small liquor store owner I have ever done business with. If you come in and he doesnt have exactly what you want, he is willing to compensate for the lack of stock. Personally I say to hell with ABC Liquor. If reliability, friendly service and local small business support is your fancy, then this is the store for you. Be prepared to develop a solid friendship/relationship that will last for years.

I wouldn’t even give this store a star if I had that option. I had fraud on my credit card from this Store because they don’t ask for identification which is stupid improves they might even be selling to minors . I called the owner to let him know there would be an investigation because they took a fake credit card with my number on it . Fortunately it was declined by my bank which is on top of things. The owner was extremely rude and says he never asks for ID, then how does he know people are even legal drinking age. I will definitely let the Apopka police Department know about this and whoever is above all liquor stores . Do yourself a favor and go to ABC liquor store which is professional and cares about peoples security !!

They have everything but they never open on time

Best liquor store in central Florida. What really makes this place worth going to are the people working there. Theyre attentive, generous and always point out the best deals they have in stock. If you havent been to Apopka City Liquors then youre missing out.

Decent prices, friendly staff. The store is a bot claustrophobic though. But that just means they have a lot of choices!

One of my favorite liquor stores in the neighborhood. In particular, I like the large selection of craft beers. But they need to get Funky Budha back again.

Very rude staff. Apparently they dont own a ladder or step stool, nor do they want your business if you want to purchase something off the top shelf. UPDATE: The manager did reach out & try to make things right. So at least they work to improve their service.

I have been to this liquor store a couple of times I find that the attendance or the employees not very helpful or friendly they dont take the time to ask you what are you looking for or if they can help you there either on the phone or talking to each other really dont care about the customers
