Great service during visit, while waiting on delivery and follow up afterward with a personal postcard from the manager Tami. This is the fourth bed I have purchased from the original mattress factory in almost 20 years, changing bed sizes and moving between Florida and Tennessee being the primary reason. I just purchased and had delivered at end of January a queen set of orthopedic luxury firm with queen frame, floor model headboard, and mattress protector plus delivery set up with confirmation provided the day before with a 3 hour window. Recommend this and any other Original Mattress Factory over any other place to purchase a mattress for your home and other locations.

The sad thing is I need a mattress and I am not going to shop there now because I had the driver cut me off and when I called to talk to the driver and let him know ...his exact words was” I don’t pay attention to anybody” not even a I’m sorry I apologize. So I guess I’ll go buy a king size mattress somewhere else! What a DOUCHE BAG 🙄

The young store manager was fantastic. Eager to help and wanting us to be happy with our sleep experience. HE made mattress shopping easier and pleasant. Thank you Delvon Johnson for your help and expertise. However, The rest of my experience was a total disaster. I spent way more money than I needed to in the store and I ended up with something that’s not at all worth what I paid. I feel like I was cheated. They are not good people to work with (the managers), and I suggest you stay away from this store. Go buy a good name brand mattress, and you’ll thank me. I wish I would’ve heeded the bad reviews on this site before I went into the store. I will never show up there again and suggest you don’t either. I made sure all of my friends and all of my social media acquaintances know what happened to me at the store so that they don’t go in and make the same mistake. Stay away from the original mattress factory!

I brought my mother here to buy a new mattress. The gentleman who was working was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She ended up buying a very comfortable mattress that is perfect for her. The delivery was free and the scheduling was easy and flexible. I highly recommend this location.

We bought our new bed here about a month ago and we LOVE it! We wanted an adjustable split-king. Looked at 4 different stores and liked what The Original Mattress Factory had the most. The others had lower prices, but we felt the quality here was better. The people were all very professional and friendly from sales to installation.

Bought his and her mattresses (twin xls) and had them installed 6 days later. We made a good decision and are very happy with the entire process.

Love love love their mattresses. No BS about how foam is great...foam is cheap and totally breaks down. These mattresses are flipable and increase the life span of your mattress. They make them here in Florida so you are supporting local jobs. Try them...

Cant believed that they changed me extra for adjustable bed leg to fit my bed. After was promised not to worry original mattress will take great care of me. I wasn’t able to get a fair delivery date with my work schedule. Was Avery disappointed but I’d like to call this out Devon at the Apopka branch is very courteous and helpful towards customers. I can’t believe myHR only place I purchased mattresses failed me that way.

From the time we walked in the Apopka location, our sales person was very friendly he listened to our needs in a mattress and was able to help us choose the perfect mattress, he didn’t rush us he was very courteous and allowed us to try the different mattresses and explained each one to us, we did decide on a mattress that works great for us and I haven’t had any issues with it, thank God! It’s more comfortable than my previous mattress and works well for my back, I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great mattress.

The Original Mattress Factory salesperson was very knowledgeable of the complete mattress products offered and recommended the right mattress for my sleep habits. A no pressure style is used with a very competitive pricing structure.

Just like the radio ads say, super simple, great product, no pressure.

Walked in and was promptly ignored... if you really want to talk to someone, maybe go to the winter park location as they have some very friendly/knowledgeable associates there.
