My car has gone in for service at his shop twice and I have been VERY pleased with his work. It runs amazing and better than it ever has. These days its VERY hard to find a mechanic that is honest and not just trying to take peoples money. Especially at times like these for small business owners. I am Extremely Particular about my vehicle and this mechanic is one that I can trust. My trust is not gained easily. after going to tires plus and having them tell me I needed $1,583 worth of repairs to fix my idling issue, Autopoint did it for ONLY $548! Very honest gentleman here folks. I would suggest him to anyone.

I came here a while back, and he warned me about another business and I went there anyways to get it looked at (not saying names or type of work but its obvious). He was dead on accurate.So I took his recommendation as he does not work on what I needed. I came here 6 weeks later for work done that he DOES do. I at first thought it was my inner tie rods that needed work, my friend mechanic who couldnt come into town to do it, spoke with him and clarified it was the outter tie rods that needed work done. He already gave me a quote and he also did an alignment work on my car which I requested. I brought my own part, he charged the labor which was better than I expected. When he finished he adjusted the labor cost to a cheaper price cause apparently the outter tie rod was less expensive. Honesty goes a long way with me. I have a ball joint that isnt urgent but needs to be done within a year. I will be back for this work also.He is super fast, and I am totally happy with my alignment as well. It was so fast I had time to make return for rental tool at autozone, exchange a faulty pot at bed bath and beyond, go to fed ex office (delivery), have a 4 hour detail job at Sweet Water on 441, make my 1pm appointment, and be at work by 3pm. Yes I was mad busy, so this was light at the end of my tunnel.I am a hard person to get 5* from, so this was a statement to myself. I hope this puts some ease of minds seeking a good mechanic.

Not pleased with service. Went to get an alignment which turned to a bad visit. A mechanic should never talk bad about other mechanics. They should always respect our decisions, even if it means leaving their shop to go to another mechanic to replace a part that they noticed to get replaced. In my case, an additional part had to be replaced before getting an alignment. Came back another day to get alignment done and the mechanic kept telling me all these issues that my car had. I know that my car is old and know its problems already. Left having to pay additional labor plus alignment. Not satisfied. Only reason why I came was because few places align lowered cars and they are one of them, which I appreciate but I had a bad experience.

We brought our car in several times, Ive been without my car from three month. I ended up having to towing my car to another repair shop, we then were told all the parts Renato put on the car were not the problem. We took our car to a auto repair shop in Apopka, and got the car back three days later running perfectly. Now he put all these new parts on my car and charged me for the repairs that didnt fix the problem.

Great repair shop. My friend Anthony told me they do good work and they do indeed. We will come back for future service.

If you need a honest place to go this is it. I took my car in to change my front brakes due to a noise I was hearing, I was almost sure it was my brakes so I just went for it. They called me back and told me my brakes were fine! And spent the rest of the day doing a diagnostic for me. In the end it was somethig small, and only about 40! Any other place would just just changed my brakes, without asking since I was so sure. I highly recommend this place to anyone. THANK YOU AUTOPOINT!!!

Renato is a really bad mechanic, I paid him to check my car because it was shaking, so he diagnosed that I had to change the tires and the shocks that were bad and was making the damage on tires. But I went to others mechanics who both checked for free and found that the problem is the axle. I just spent time and money with poor mechanic, I returned there and after a long time discuss with he, he just wanna take the money and dont even recognized his error, not professional it all.
