This store usually has everything we need. Staff is friendly and we ended up down. Lawn makeover because they had items on sale. We prefer Home Depot over Lowe’s.

Always friendly employees here and great prices. We have been renovating our home for awhile now and went in so much it felt like we were always so welcomed. We got to know so much of the staff who were always willing to help.

Every person we encountered from garden, hardware, customer service, paint and in between were so helpful! They asked us if we needed help before we even needed help! Employees were young and older and all knew what they were doing and friendly! Much appreciated!

We didnt venture out to go to Home Depot, my husband an I just felt like a drive. I did need some reporting items when we saw a home Depot in I believe was Apoka.Weve been to 4 different home Depots since we moved to FL 4 years ago from Toledo, OH. The store by far had the best, most helpful staff ever!!! Had 6 people say hello and ask if they can help us.One younger garden fellow walked us right to the product I was looking for.One pretty lady of color walked by us a 2nd time and said well hello a 2nd time.That was surprising to us.Most home depot stores, Leesburg, LadyLake, and Sanford employees are hiding or standing in the bathroom texting.Wish we lived closer to your Apoka store. We went in to look at washer & dryer for our new home & got help from customer service appliances rep Mark Gonzales from NY. He answered all of our questions about the brands and current sale prices. He advised on what size we needed per our laundry usage. He discussed the pros & cons of units we looked at. That helped us make a completely informed decision on our purchase. He gave us great insight into how good it is to have a warranty plan in the long run. He was kind & personable on top of professional & informative. That is the greatest kind of customer service one can hope for.

Nice Home Depot. The staff is really friendly. I was asked by multiple members if I found everything, etc. It was a nice touch. I recently moved here from Georgia, so it is an improvement over my former place. Looking forward to shopping here in the future.

Bought a washer from them. I took two weeks to ship it. Then when they got it here, the delivery guys said they could not get the connects off. That the connects had froze up. They told my spouse that she would have to call a plumber. I arrived home just as they were leaving. I had the connects off 30 seconds after they left. They refused to come back and left the new washing machine in middle of the dining room. Oh but I got 25 off the haul away fee.

Mark in appliances was extremely helpful and has great customer service. I chose to buy my fridge here because of his customer service when I called the store. Even when he was clearly busy with alot of customers he did a great job of assisting us with our purchase.

Just needed a couple of garden tools, did not require assistance. Very quiet afternoon.

Rented a truck, lumber prices have come down drastically, good customer service if you can grab an older guy. Too many young people hired who dont know which end of a screwdriver to hold.

The employees are all very sweet and helpful, they need more of them. I needed PVC parts and the ones I needed had a full box but a different size. The size I needed was nowhere to be found. That area is very unorganized..

I always like shopping at the home depot. You can always find special deals on some of the products.

Had a mower to be delivered between 10th and 12th then I was informed it was change to the 16th asked for a time did not know would call 30 minutes before after arguing with them they gave me a time then they bring it out and has rust everywhere called manager and was told they leave there mower out until sold that all of them have rust mind you we are talking about spending $ 4000 on this what can you say but come pick it up and look some where else

You will always have people to ask questions about whatever you want. Now it was disturbing to have no carts at the flowers and mulch and products for the lawn easily accessible. What is that about. Lots of parking. You have to go to the front entrance or look for carts on your own on the parking lot. Would have given a 5 star but thank goodness I had my husband with me to find a cart.

Everything was find until I cashed out. Cashier, had attitude! No greetings, no communication, no eye contact. Not even Thank you have a nice.Such a disappointment, since I greeted her first.Gonna go to another home Depot next time.

A solid place for your tools, materials, plants, and so much more. Ive never had the best of luck quickly finding what Im looking for here. The employees when I can find one do a good job at pointing me in the right direction but I wish their aisle signs were more visible so as to see what each aisle contains.Alot of what you would buy here is also overpriced compared to Wal-Mart or Amazon but its nice to be able to take a look at the item first and compare it to similar items. Walmart doesnt come close to matching the materials and tools you will find here but Amazon does surpass it.The Apopka location is on the west end of town and is a clean store in a nice area of town with employees Id refer to as friendly and willing to help with what you need.

Went to buy a large landscape tree there was no price on it .The assistant manager lost to locate a price..suggested a price very reasonable but in line with a probable.Charge. An attendant immediately got a forklift and it was loaded in m y truck very quickly.I had visions of having to wait forever why they obtained a price for the tree and wait a very long time to have the tree loaded on my truck.Good management prevailed and we all did it quickly keeping there 6ft requirement and a good sense of humor about the whole debocl.. Great folks..

Ive spent thousands of dollars at this location in the past 3 years remodeling and doing project in and around my home and when I say thousands I mean upwards of $40k or more....today I was approached by an associate and asked to put on a mask, when I explained why I wouldnt she proceeded to tell me I would have to leave the store if I didnt put on a mask, their signs she was referring to say our associates are required to wear facial coverings for the protection of themselves and our customers, it is recommended that all customers wear facial coverings while shopping ...... not a requirement, not a policy or any type of law as she referred to....so when I was given the ultimatum to out on a mask or leave the store I chose to leave my cart of several hundred dollars in items that I had spent over an hour shopping for and walk out of the store....I will not spend another dime at any home depot location as long as they allow this type of behavior from their employees.

After attempting to support local businesses on Small Business Saturday, we ended up at Home Depot. Maters & Taters closed 10 minutes early, and an independent Christmas tree salesman has his trees so exorbitantly priced that we have up and padded the wallets of the big box store... much to our dismay, especially on this particular day. $59... 8ft. tree cut by the most helpful, friendly young man who trimmed the tree, wrapped it perfectly and sent us on our way. Price, product and service... A+!

Went for paint and they were very helpful. Fast service and the mix was perfect. We use that store a bunch and always nice.

Not very happy with this location. We were at your store last week. I walk with a cane and cant walk long distances. I was using one of the few chairs that you have. Was over by the paint and the chair would not go forward any longer. The guy in that department was right there and I told him what was happening with the chair. He said it probably is dead and needs a charge. Then he told me and I quote I dont know what to tell you. He then walked away. Great customer service there! My wife tried to find another chair but none was available. We left and went to Lowes. They had plenty of chairs and thats who will get our business from now on. More training on customer service is needed at this location.

Right now Im not too happy with Home Depot. I had the flooring department order some tile for me on February 9th. I stopped at the store at the service desk on February 18th to check on the order and date it would arrive. The young lady at the service desk was unable to get the vendor to answer the phone regarding the order status. She sent them an email and also copied Home Depot to check on my order. She said someone would call me in a couple of days. Today is the 22nd and still no word from Home Depot. I wish someone would get back to me. I paid over $500 cash for the order and am getting frustrated.

I decided to stop off at a different Home Deport that my local one to pick up a Milwaukee Air Inflator. The store was very clean but a bit unorganized when it came to tool section. There are 5 different area for Milwaukee gear, one section on the left wall clearly marked, milwaukee display in the middle of the floor where they display the promotional tools, then you have the end caps in the same general area then down a ways by isle 13 another encap with a larger variety of tools on display. I was pretty lost with all the different location but after about 5 minutes of looking and unable to find anyone in the emediate area to ask i simply looked it up on the website which took me around the corner half way down isle 15 where i found what i was looking for. All in all it wasnt a bad experience just a little different that my local home depot in leesburg. They have everything all in one location which makes finding what your looking for a bit easier. Casher was very friendly.

My wife and I bought our 1st riding lawnmower here, everyone knows these are a major expenseAfter purchasing our John Deere riding lawnmower it had maybe 5 hours of total use on the machine when a back rear (larger tire) went outAfter trying to figure out how to fix this for about a week we finally had to patch the tire because of air loss so frequently in the tire itself, so finally we fixed itOne additional front driver (smaller tire) goes out after this creating an additional problemNow I know I will be contacting John Deere directly, its just the hassle of this being a tractor that is over $2,000 dollars and really less than 8 weeks oldYou would think you wouldnt have issues, this early is extremely frustratingHome Depot says you only have a month and when I spoke to Becca she seemed to say theres nothing that can be done because it was bought outside the return windowShe seemed to not care at all and almost have a theres nothingI can do attitude about the whole situation and this is the manager on dutyI explained to her that all cases should not be equal especially considering it had 5 hours on the tractor which shows on a digital readout on the machineI should be able to receive my money back or an exchange, the fact I couldnt do either is very poor business and not customer friendly at allNot only will I never shop at a Home Depot again primarily because I dont wanna spend that kind of money ever again and be treated like its no big deal to a companyAgain I dropped major cash to help keep my home nice for girls and familyIn 2020 Covid i have many optionsIll take my business elsewhereHopefully John Deere is able to help better than these guysGo to Lowes

I went to this location this morning to rent a carpet cleaning machine. When I got it home I set it all up and it did not work. Took it back to store to get another one. Got it home and filled container as I went to pick it up a few gallons of water rushed out of container all over my kitchen and dining room. Took a while to clean up. I would defiantly not recommend their machine rentals because I believe they do not check to even make sure they are in working condition before rental. Also by my end of experience my customer service was definitely less than par .......

Good place to find quality items competitive with Lowes

I ordered online and used curbside pickup. It would have been a flawless transaction had it not been for someone having turned off their cell phone so they didnt get the notice immediately that I was waiting outside.

It is a great place. They have almost everything for hour home. Sometimes you have to wait in line pay.

I went to purchase wood product on a Thursday before closing. I was incredibly disappointed by the customer service. I understand the store was closing within 25 minutes of my arrival. But, three different interactions with three different employees has ruined my desire to continue to go this store. I would recommend checking similar stores within the area.

I trust home Depot more then any other hardware store. But they are more them just hardware. Going into a home Depot is like a breath of fresh air because you know theyll have what you need. Even TP when no one else had it.

I went to Home Depot today to buy a fan I can’t find anyone to help me, finally a very nice gentleman Wayne came and ask me If I need his help he was very helpful and answered some questions about the fan that I was looking for. I was so please about his service and his patience. Home Depot need to hire more employees like him.

Well I decided to go get 5 doors today at Home Depot after waiting in the door section for 15 mins for someone to show up I went looking for a Employee and couldnt find one at all after walking around for another 10 mins I than gave up and decided to go to Lowes on the way out I stopped by customer service and let them know that they lost out on a decent sale of doors. They then said would you like us to find someone I politely said no thank you Ive wasted almost 30 mins already then continued to raise there voices suggesting they would now help as I walked out. I said no thank you Ladies waved and left. I Went to Lowes and got everything I wanted for cheaper and they were on sale and stacked military discount on top. Very poor customer service period.

Provides most of do it yourself needs. Can be difficult at times to find assistance.

Ive spent 15,000 at home depot over the past year and never rented tools. The first and last time i do ever. Take my deposit and keep it for up to 5 days, any other tool places i have used has not once kept it for more than a day. Its BS and you have lost a customer for good. Take my business elsewhere

I really appreciated the special help the associate in the painting department took.

No carts at all when coming into store. Noticed that the Garden center was closed up but all the carts were down there Aisles blocked up making it hard to get around in some of the aisles. Limited staff at cash registers, seems like they want you to go to self serve instead of having cashiers.

Home Depot has everything you need from home projects. We have a new home but everything isnt perfect so we change things to improve. Such as lights and trim. We also purchased bamboo plant for yard.

Customer service went above and beyond today during my visit. Thank you for all your help!

The help pointed me in the right direction so I didnt spend a lot of time searching for what I needed.

Everyone here is too busy to be bothered. Customer service is non existent, I asked several associates for assistance and everyone pawned it off to someone else. This is why I prefer Lowe’s only reason I came to Home Depot was because Lowe’s were out of stock on the shelving I needed. I ended up waiting over an hour for assistance just plain unacceptable!!!
